This dental group is the best! I have had A very good experience. They are so professional and so polite. I usually never want to go to a dentist. Dee is wonderful and of course, The Doctor Menalagha and the rest of team. I am truly grateful to the team at Balboa victory.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Menalagha and the staff. They are the most caring group focused on helping you. I was in need of a good amount of repair and cleaning after years of neglect. They made and continue to make my dental  work a very enjoyable experience believe it or not.  One shouldn’t enjoy going to the Dentist but their smiles and skills  make a world of difference.

I always enjoy coming to this dentist’s office. The entire staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Menalagha is very gentle and cares about your comfort level every step of the way. This is a very convenient location because I work in the same building. I’ve referred one co-worker and hopefully more will come.

Fortunately, I’ve had the actual experience to receive exceptionally respectable services from the offices of Balboa Victory Dental. Their empathy, topped off by the tip top kindness and patience towards me has instilled a brand new first impression of how a dental company treats each individual client. I am looking forward to my next visit.

This staff had me laughing from the front desk to the back! The receptionists were both very welcoming and funny. I didn’t even have an appointment but I left with my teeth cleaned that day! They did it right on the spot. And they even offered me an orange juice.

I have visited many dental offices looking for Customer Service, honestly Customer Service is hard-to-find nowadays. The minute I walked into the office at balboa victory dental office I felt appreciated and not just like a $$$$ sign. The staff is friendly, service is quick, didn’t wait too long in the waiting room, the Dr answered all my questions and concerns, even though I didn’t do my dental work right away, I will definitely it done here.

Dr. Menalagha is AMAZING!!!!!! She is such a nice person,friendly, professional, and gives excellent patient care. I have been looking for while for a local dentist in the valley,  i was extremely afraid of going to the dentist because of bad experiences  in the past. But Dr Menalagha and her great and friendly staff made it easy for me. Thanks to the amazing Dr Menalagha and her great team!

I have visited many dental offices because I’m very particular about customer service, and honestly it’s very hard to find now days, seems to me that customer service its part of the past.  I came into Balboa Victory Dental and I was very impressed!friendly office and staff, welcoming, professional clean environment; they really care for the patient and treat you like a person not like a $$$ sign.  Although it takes me two hours to get to the dentist! I will be coming back, and making Balboa Victory OUR DENTIST for me and my family! 🙂

This is my fav dentist (and I’ve seen a lot of meh ones.) This spot was recommended to me by my bestie and he was right! A big part of that is the first person I talked to when I called- Dee! She’s not only extremely knowledgeable but also so personable. She was so upbeat and friendly, and that set the tone for my entire experience here. Her humor helped me feel comfortable when I came for my first appt, and everyone from the technicians to the dentist nailed it as far as what I want out of my teeth doctor- kind, warm and professional, with a real emphasis on making me feel as comfortable as possible. An extremely clean and pleasant office greets you. I can’t recommended them highly enough! When you call, ask for Dee. She’s awesome, and tell her Paul sent you!!
