Friendly staff, clean (newly remodeled!) office space & no pressure. I LOVE how they don’t try to sell you a bunch of cosmetic services like tooth whitening and/or orthodontics. Baldone has these things available, and will sell them to you if you are interested, but the staff doesn’t tell you that you need them like my last dentist. I also LOVE that they didn’t try to pressure me, as the patient, into having tons of work done “now”. Previously I went to a dentist in Crestline (who shall remain nameless). Every appointment she said I needed to have some major thing done, I fell for it 2 times, and then got the feeling that she was just replacing things to improve her own bottom line. 5 years ago she told me I needed to have a crown on a tooth because the filling was shot… at this point I went to Baldone for a second opinion. Charles said my teeth were fine. While a few fillings might need replacement in the distant future, there was nothing I needed to have done immediately. That was 5 years ago & I still have the same tooth & filling – without a crown. The 2 fillings I just had replaced were the first “major” work I’ve had since I started seeing him. I did buy tooth whitening, and it worked, but just for me. Not from pressure. Great place! Friendly Staff! No pressure! Just honest, straight-forward dentistry. When my son grows out of pediatric dentists, he’ll go to Charles Baldone too!
