My visits are always pleasant. I have had a lot of work done and every visit the staff always make me feel like they care. I am always greeted when I get off of the elevator by name and while sitting in the lobby it is awesome to see how they introduce new patients to their practice. All of the dentist assistants are kind and caring. When you checkout upfront they always make sure everything went great at your visit and have smiles smiled their faces. The reason I keep driving an hour away here is because I have not once came in and felt like just another patient to then. I have recommended many of my coworkers and family here.

I read all of these reviews before calling for my appointment and even then I was still skeptical on a dentist office having so nay reviews. I have to say, after completing one full year with these guys, every visit has been beyond amazing. When I come in I feel like family and when I leave I feel like they truly care about me. Anytime I have had work done one of the nurses always called to check on me the next day even from their personal phones which made me feel like I was in great hands and not just another number to them. My forever dentist.

What an awesome place and a true blessing to their patients. I read most reviews before making my decision to give them a try myself and I can say I was very well pleased with how nice and great they were. I am very afraid of the dentist as I have avoided seeing one for the past 10 years. They never shamed me for not being to a dentist in so long and they also made me feel so welcomed here. I was also worried about pricing knowing this is in Ballantyne but was surprised to see their prices are the same as the prices my husband has been paying at his dentist the past several years. I had the best time at the dentist I may be the very few who can say this but I truly did. The registration lady was so nice and amazing. I was running late but they still took me and the office is sooooo beautiful. My dental hygienist was Kirsten Williams and oh my word she did an amazing job from explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums to answering my every question. She was so nice and very reassuring I knew I was in great hands and am so glad I found this dentistry!

I have been a part of this dentistry for two decades. Each time I arrive they have implemented something new to enhance the dental process. But the core of it all has never changed. Caring and professional Dentist’s. A team of hygienist who want you to be comfortable and relaxed while performing routine or complex procedures. I have had the best care in the most comprehensive office for total oral care. I have always felt bad when I did not maintain the work they performed each visit. I went to get a temporary crown on Moday January 8th. Dr Yaste & his team did a fantastic job of taking care of me. They gave me a blanket, a small bottle of water & some of their county music to listen to by headphone with the sound set set comfortly high. I wear a hearing aid. This is the Dentist to come if you have deeply difficult teeth problems. Dr. Yaste & his are best. Dr Yaste has been my dentist for about 8 years now. Dr Yaste & his team are the greatest. They do great work. They really care about your mouth, your teeth but also you as person.

My initial review wasnt kind to this this dentist but I had to bank in and amend my review. The reason I did so was because they reached out to me and quickly tried to resolve the situation. Even though my initial appointment was cancelled they tried to get me in the following day. That’s commendable as most company don’t usually don’t take any action on how they are percieved but there public. I cannot attest to their processes and services but what I will say is that Care tremendously about their image. I think that’s a great thing.

Just went for the first time. They did say that you pay upfront and are reimbursed by insurance for the first visit (one time occurrence) but that was understandable. Beautiful office and friendly staff, easy location in Ballantyne. They were very thorough in the on-boarding process for new patients and made sure to check in and explain everything as they did. I felt confident that I was in capable hands the entire time!

I don’t have the best teeth, so I’ve never really look forward to the dentist. I’ve also had major trust issues with dentists in the past. From the moment I walked in to Ballantyne Center for Dentistry, I knew I found a good dentist. They were sweet and timely, I read their mission statement while I was in the waiting room, and they followed through and lived that out. The dental hygienist, Jennifer, was incredible. She was very thorough, kind, and compassionate. I’ve never made it a point to try to see the same hygienist in the past either, I never remembered who worked on my teeth. This time, I couldn’t forget. She was wonderful, wise, and took the time to talk to me rather than rushing in and out. I was very grateful and am so happy I finally found a dentist to stick to!

Ballantyne Center for Dentistry is beyond amazing. Life experiences had left me in a dire situation. The compassion of this entire team from the front desk and back is beyond exceptional. They have created a team which cultivates patient engagement and compassion. I felt as if I had been coming here my entire life. Starting with Sherrine, who engages in every aspect of your life, not just dentistry. She coached me through every choice I was making, reached out during off hours as if she had been my forever friend, and supported me through the entire process. I definitely feel I have made a forever friend! Stephanie, Dr. Yaste’s assistant, is nothing short of remarkable. She never rushed me through all my questions, explained every procedure, and was heartfelt in every aspect of her delivery in my care. I truly felt her compassion. As for Dr. Yaste, I sought out many consultations, with this center being my last. The moment I met him, I knew he had my best interest at heart. I felt his love in changing people’s lives and his compassion for those who have battled through dental situations their entire lives. He treated me respectfully and with genuine compassion along this journey. I never once waivered in my choice because I genuinely felt his accountability to me. This is only the beginning of my journey but post op day 1 I feel amazing and I know I made the right choice in this center, in these people, and in their hearts!

Today I got my smile back! I have been to many dentists through the years and have had pretty extensive work, including an implant. Life, however, can get crazy and before I knew it, I found it had been years since my last dental cleaning and checkup. I saw the great reviews for Ballantyne Center for Dentistry and scheduled an appointment. Sheena cleaned my teeth and did a WONDERFUL job. I was nervous about being lectured for ignoring my dental health (especially after the work I’d had done), but Sheena made me feel so comfortable and was very gentle and understanding. Dr. Tesmer was so friendly and he seemed genuinely interested, listening to my concerns. The checkout process was easy and everyone I met was so pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend! They certainly put a smile back on my face.

This is the warmest, most enjoyable practice I’ve ever experienced. I am 66 years old and have been through the fears and anxiety of old school dentistry, but at BCD, such fears are a thing of the past. From my first visit years ago when I came to Dr. Yaste with unresolved veneer problems from another dentist, he and the staff at Ballentyne Center for Dentistry has taken the very best care of me every single visit. The office is very attractive and pleasant, I have never had to wait long enough to even consider the wait- and often wish I could finish the coffee I just brewed or the article I started. I have had numerous emergencies and the staff always works me in with amazing efficiency. The office now has very flexible hours so appointments can be scheduled before and after work. Dr. Yaste is thoughtful, gentle, proactive as a doctor and on point with his profession- offering the most current options to complex dental issues. Again- it has been years now- and I still can’t imagine trusting my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommended with no reservation.

I have know Dr Yaste for while but this is first time I am writing a view about him, because normally I am very careful with what I am going to write, until I am very much know the person. Dr Yaste is a truly man with integrity and who has deep compassion for what he is doing. Dr Yaste is Willing to help me even he learned I have a lawsuit with my original dentist, who caused me lot of pain and suffering. He truly fulfills his responsibility and passion for the patient, they do need help. He takes care patients first, instead of his own interest. I have been rejected by other dentists,( who totally ignored the suffering I had and I was very desperate) mainly because they do not want to my case affected their business, as it is small business net. I was one of lucky one, I met Dr Yaste, and today I learned he is going to help dental emergency needs, as public health crisis is going on, in order to easy the burden of the hospital. Wow! Wow! Wow! A+++++ Dr. Yaste and his entire staff are so wonderful! My daughter needed two veneers replaced and I needed two crowns replaced. During the entire process everyone made us feel like we were family! They are all so sweet and friendly and they all treat you with such care and concern! I have to share my experience because it has been more than amazing. For several years, my family has seen Dr. Yaste. I have not one single bad thing to say about this man. He has exceeded every single expectation we’ve ever set for a dentist office. However, last Friday I had an emergency and really needed to be seen. Christian wasn’t working but they graciously worked me in with their new doctor, Dr. Tesmer. At first I was super nervous, I mean who doesn’t get nervous going to the dentist? I needed a root canal or an extraction. I chose the extraction (they are doing an implant in 3-4 months) but still I was nervous! Let me tell you that Dr. Tesser walked me through every single second of what he was doing. From numbing, extracting, everything. He asked me more than 10 times if I was comfortable or if he needed to stop. He made sure I was happy and content throughout the whole procedure . I could go on and on about his knowledge and expertise but it would not do him justice until you experience the practice yourself. Ballantyne Center For Dentistry has ALWAYS been on the top of my list but this particular doctor just set them to a new standard. Thank you guys for every single thing that you do. It does NOT go unnoticed.

One word: “WOW!” I hadn’t been to a dentist in 13 years, and I had an infection in one of my gums. I called to get an appointment and they moved some things around to get me in the same day. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Not only did they take care of my problem, they helped me get a game plan together to address my future dental health.
