Dr Balle and his entire staff could not be more pleasant. Dr Balle remade my top dentures & suggested a slightly different shape than my previous dentist had made. What a difference! Looks so much better. When I needed my bottom teeth removed, he put in 2 implants with dentures that snap on. He removed 9 teeth with less hassle & bleeding than I had with an oral surgeon. I had several problems that had changed my life because I had always been in the limelight and my teeth was causing me to be insecure with meeting the public. Their dental hygienist, Heather, uses the most advanced technology giving the patient a clean feeling never experienced before! 12/4/18 posting again to verify Dr Balle’s supreme ability to repair an eleven year old implant that had become loose due to receding gums, in this case, it took less than an hour! As if a magician, so talented!

I have had dental anxiety pretty much the majority of my life. Walking into Dr. Balles office was very peaceful and relaxing. The check in process was so smooth and I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dental hygienist Danielle gave me a quick tour of the beautiful office and showed me to the chair. She made me feel so at ease and I have to say I felt no anxiety at all. The cleaning was so quick and painless. She was so informative letting me know everything she was doing step by step. Dr. Nguyen saw me next for an exam and was also so informative and professional. He explained so well to me what treatment needed to be done in a way I understand perfectly. I rescheduled my appointment for the next 6 months and am not dreading it whatsoever! I have to say if you have any fear of the dentist at all this place will alleviate all of that for you. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend Dr. Balle and his team. I was looking for a place to get my chipped tooth fixed which if you have done your research you should have some sort of an idea of what to potentially pay to have it fixed. In my case, it was a minor chip so I was anticipating $300-500. After calling 3 different dentists unsatisfied, I was fortunate enough to talk to Krystal who was very nice and up front about what to expect. Every place I called wanted to charge just for a consultation which I think is bullshit. My appointment was set up immediately for the next morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted instantly and proceeded to fill out my paperwork. Right after getting my paperwork, I was taken into the Dr’s office to get evaluated and again I think it’s extremely important to be up front with pricing and just being comfortable in the situation which the entire staff did a great job of. Dr. Balle arrived and after my X-ray he very carefully repaired my tooth for what I found to be a reasonable price. Dr. Balle and his team went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t imagine someone having a bad time here unless you really really hate going to the dentists office in general.
