I’ve been a patron for a while now, at least 3 years, and my experiences have always been pleasant. Dr. Ballenger and her staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. Office is always clean and I’m usually not waiting for too long in the chair. There was one time, but they were accommodating an emergency situation, which was understandable. But in my opinion that just goes to show that they really take care of their patients

When I called to schedule an appointment, I was impressed with the professional and kind demeanor of Roz the office manager. The office is easy to locate. We have had two visits so far and are pleased with the service. I was sent for an extraction at one of Dr. Ballenger’s referral sites and the extraction was a breeze and painless. Maria and Kendal are very attentive and nice. Dr. Ballenger scored big with my husband who does not like even hearing the word dentist. This office can get busy but the way I see it is Dr. Ballenger is in high demand
