After decades of going to several mediocre dentists I was lucky enough to finally find Dr. Ballou. I can’t rave enough about both him and his staff. He not only excels in every area of dentistry but I am always treated more like family than client whenever I visit. There are no adequate words to describe how fortunate I was to have found him. And again, both he and his staff deserve a 5 star PLUS rating!

My entire family has been going to Jason Ballou Dental for 5-6 years. Everyone is super friendly! Before any dental work gets done, Tina would contact the insurance company and get a pre-authorization first so I know exactly how much will come of my pocket. I never feel pressured or obligated to do work that they have recommend. I live in Irvine and will travel the long distance to get any dental work done here. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend going to Jason Ballou Dental. The facility is clean and everyone is very professional and kind.

My husband played for the Angels (baseball team) and that’s how I met Tina who works for Ballou Dental Arts and then I met add Ballou who took care of my teeth while I was pregnant and I fell in love with the entire team. (Tina, Stephanie, Amanda and Dr Ballou) They are all very professional and sweet people. When my sister came in to town to visit me for a couple of months I took for to see Dr Ballou and see what he would say about her 4 front teeth that has been an issue for her since she was 8 years old. She’s 24 now and finally smiles for photographs. Yay! Her self-Steven was very low before meeting Dr Ballou and getting her teeth fixed. Long story short- Thank God we have a happy ending. My sister now takes selfie and posts them online. That’s how happy she is now with her new perfect teeth. I can’t thank you all enough for your patience with us and kindness.
When I saw my sister new teeth I got emotional because it was something that really bothered her and now it’s fixed. Thank you again! X

This is a phenomenal establishment..,I don’t know what the other guy is talking about…everybody here is amazing. That guy is obviously WAY too pissed off and is acting like a fool on the Internet. Good job buddy. Way to stick it to em! I am a dental hygienist. I have worked as a dental hygienist for enough time to know who is good…and who isn’t! Which office is clean, sanitary and real and which aren’t. My fiancé and I both get all of our dental work done by Dr. Ballou. In fact, I send my entire family here. My mom, dad and brother when he flies back from Chicago all go here on account of me and my trust in Dr. Ballou and his staff. If a dental hygienist from USC Dental School has checked it out and given it the okay standard of approval…wouldn’t you trust that more than some guy ranting and raving about what? Exactly. This guy knows his stuff people….I have never met a more honest, trustworthy, smart and current Dr. Since I’ve been In Practice…but don’t take it from me…go there and try it out for yourself…you will see. From someone IN the dental field…this place is great! I will continue to send my entire family to Dr. Ballou for years to come!!

I have been to many dentists in the past couple years. My primary care dentist was lacking in various areas. I was referred here by my secondary dentist that was handling my larger procedures. Dr. Barrera is a great dentist and his recommendation was very helpful as I was from out of state. Dr. Ballou worked with me on 2 dental implants and the process seems very daunting, but he made it easy. Dr. Ballou was able to provide great quality and stand behind his work. I have since moved and been to another oral surgeon to finish my remainder of work. The dentist applauded the work that was performed. It was painless and he worked with me through any issues that came up. If you need some extensive work, I personally would come back here for the remainder of my dental work if I was not restricted by location. 10/10 would recommend

We love Dr. Ballou & staff!!! Been going here for about 7 years & have had excellent service every time. He even took my sons wisdom teeth out last year and will certainly do my other sons when the time comes… It was nice not to have to find an oral surgeon to do this procedure it was done right there in the office! Dr. Ballou and his staff are fantastic with a friendly, professional atmosphere. They don’t try and sell you all kinds of stuff you don’t need (no used car salesmen here) . What services you need are explained in a easy to understand way so you can be educated on what’s going on and not just given a bunch of technical words that make your brain hurt. You are family not just a patient. They take a personal interest in making sure your teeth are taken care of and you are happy. Give them one try and you’ll be sold. Don’t look around just make an appointment.
