Thank you all so very much! The entire health care team at Bandera Modern are immensely kind. How often does one leave the dental clinic and feel “that was a great experience!” Well that’s exactly how you’ll feel. An absolutely great place to go to for your dentistry needs. It’s not often you go to the dentist & feel absolutely at ease through out the entirety. Nothing is uncomfortable and that’s totally due to the clinic’s staff being so kind and friendly. I came in with an extremely painful tooth and did not feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure(s.) I highly recommend this place

I have been bringing my kids to the children’s dentist side here for years they love it and I’ve always had a great experience. Finally my husband and I came in for our exams and treatment and we were very satisfied with the service we got from all the staff!they made us feel welcome and comfortable and answers all our questions. Will continue to receive our dental services here.

My family and I have been coming to this location for 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. In the past I had only gone to small family owned small dental offices and was nervous about such a large office but I have been so pleasantly surprised. The staff is super helpful and friendly and our cleanings are fantastic and thorough. Would recommend!

What an amazing staff! I just recently changed dental providers and was a little worried going into a new office, but the staff made it a really easy transition. The office is nice and clean. The doctors listen to what you have to say and take that into consideration. The assistants will absolutely handle you with care. I have never been more satisfied with any service! Thank you for a great experience.

The staff and dentists at BMD are friendly and professional. They kept in the loop as far as what work I needed and the cost of the work. Some dental places I’ve visited ( but would not spend money at ) in the past seem to think telling their patients the cost is some kind of secret or big mystery. I got a detailed dental plan with all the costs included here. They also have Saturday office hours which I really appreciate so I don’t have to miss work. I feel the staff makes going to the dentist as comfortable as can possibly be.

I was hesitant to go here due to some of the reviews…. however I realized that most of the negative comments seem to be from people regarding insurance. Because I am responsible enough to understand my own insurance benefits I decided to give Bandera Modern Dentistry a try. Their office is so convenient and easy to get in and out of that it seemed worth the risk. And from the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was treated with kindness and attention. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite having a waiting room full of other customers, I was seated 5 min earlier than my scheduled visit. The treatment staff, assistants, and Dr. Leslie made me feel perfectly comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They explained everything to me from the services I would be needing to the financial expectations. They offered me a very affordable payment plan and completed my treatment that same day. My insurance was estimated correctly, filed, and paid with no issues. To say I am thoroughly impressed is an understatement. I am so glad I decided to make this office my new dental home. I could not disagree more with any review that paints this office in a negative light. They are fantastic!

I found Bandera Modern Denistry in my insurance provider list and decided to check I them out because it’s close to home, and they have a pediatric dentist as well. They were nice, professional, and thorough. They went over my treatment plan, costs, and payment options in great detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a patient here since April 2013 absolutely love this place. Staff is amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Dr Leslie has been amazing he helped me with my TMJ had a nightguard made for me and it’s helped with my headaches love love love this place. Kristy the Hygienist was so sweet gave helpful tips.

As a family, we recently (November 2017) move back to TX.  As we looked for a dentistry practice for the family, we researched numerous offices in the Helotes area.  Bandera Modern Dentistry was well recommended by our friends so I stopped by the pediatric side of the office and asked if we could make a one appointment for the whole family (pediatrics and adults).  On the spot, the pediatric manager looked at her appointments calendar and coordinated with the general practice (GP) to accommodate my family for a one Saturday visit for all.  As a family, we are all very happy with both, the friendliness of the office staff team as well as the thoroughness and professionalism of the dentists and dental hygienists. Specifically, we are very impressed and appreciative of how each dental examination chair has a monitor in which you’re shown the images/x-rays of your teeth, explained what the issues are and what the recommended treatments for each of those would be, for you to decide.  This is a new paradigm in patient care in which you and your dentist are making decisions together, ‘chair-side’.  As a family, we look forward to being seen here for many years to come.

My family and I have been going to this office for a few years now. From the moment you walk in you can tell how good the atmosphere is with the smiles on everyone ones face and the laughter between pt and staff (including mine when I saw a Keurig machine for free coffee). Staff was friendly, wait time for appt was reasonable. I left my appt knowing what I needed. They informed me and explained the types of cleaning and that ins pay different on them, that a healthy mouth cleaning is pretty much covered by my ins but since I had a little gingivitis I would have to pay a little extra. Over all my experience and expectations was great. Will continue to come.

Sooo nice accommodating and beautiful work! Never even need a Tylenol after Dr.Leslie works on me! Even my kids love this place!!!!! From braces to fillings never one tear or complaint out of them! If your new to area or finally done trying to find a great family office then this is your lucky day! I love his cosmetic work the most cause heck that’s the fun part especially when it always comes out awesome!!!! Oh and ladies as long as you have to sit there looking at him for a while it helps that he is easy on the eyes 🙂 just saying!!!!!!! Lol You won’t be disappointed I promise! Even when I go in thinking it’s the end of the world,by the time I leave Dr.Leslie and his great staff the world is right side up again! Doesn’t get much better than that :)))))))))))))))))))))

My family and I have come several times and I have had the best experiences when going to this dental clinic. They breakdown the cost and let you know what your dental plan will cover and what extra if anything you will pay. They are making all patients after you sign in wait in your car. They try their very best and you can tell the whole team is trying for you as a patient.You truly need to experience this clinic on your own experience and not based on just the reviews posted. If you communicate they will always work with you.I will continue coming to this clinic as long as I am a resident. Love you Bandera Team keep up the good work you and your team are amazing!!!!

It’s an odd thing to say, but I actually enjoy going to my dentist. Their staff is always friendly and personable, not to mention it always feels like you are seeing a friend every 3-4 months. Beyond the great customer service, their approach is applying the newest techniques and approaches to dental healthcare.  If you are searching for a new dental healthcare provider I highly recommend Bandera Modern Dentistry!

I took both my boys this morning and I was more than impressed with all of the staff! The dentist even came out and entertained my boys in the play area while I was filling out new patient paperwork. She is very easy to talk to about issues and takes the time to educate you on anything you need! The entire staff is friendly and amazing with kids, which is incredibly important to me when taking my kids to appointments!

I was blown away with this office over and over. They helped answer insurance questions last year when I was shopping plan options and won me over by how helpful they were over the phone for someone not even a patient!  When I was running late for my first appointment the staff was accommodating and helpful. I have a rare disease and my dentist looked into it and ensured there were no impacts to my dental care before the appointment started. I have trouble getting regular doctors to think about treating the whole patient and was blown away for my dentist to take the type of initiative. My treatment plan came up high financially and the staff took it upon themselves without me asking to look into it to make sure it was correct (I plan to discuss when I take my son in a week since I had to return). They could have easily handed me the financial summary as it was, but they wanted to make sure it was correct. Every person I worked with went above and beyond my expectations!!!

I have been here for two years，and they take really great care of everything，I don’t need to wait for my appointment, normally, I can go see my doctor right away! They always tell me all the informations I need to know before I accept my treatment. All the staffs there have been very nice and patient, they have warm smiles that can light me up for the whole day!

Went here for the first time, and I was very impressed. Dr. Leslie and all of his staff were courteous and professional. They worked with my insurance to make sure I paid the least amount, and I was very pleased with the results.  They also used local anesthetic gel which I’d never experienced for a deep teeth cleaning, but it made the experience much more tolerable. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for over a year now and I am very pleased with the service.  Dr. Leslie is great! – Very personable and makes me feel at ease especially since I have major anxiety going to the dentist.  My hygienist, Shelby is wonderful and is moving 🙁 so I will miss her.  Only certain people know how to make me feel comfortable in the dentist’s chair with my sensitive teeth!  My 13 year-old goes to the children’s side and it is always a nice visit.  I recommend this company to anyone who wants professional and genuine people to provide dental service.

My kids both had a dental appointment the same day. The office accidentally scheduled their appoints multiple hours apart. The staff were able to get both of my kids seen nearly at the same time. The assistant Imelda was OUTSTANDING with my kids and they really enjoyed how kind and caring she was. This is hands down the best dentist office we have visited.

This is the review of a cash-paying patient. I got my teeth cleaned w/ the hygienist, Esther, and she was great! There was hardly any wait time at all, and she was very patient and took her time to listen to my concerns. I have sensitive teeth & gums, so I was kind of dreading having to get my teeth cleaned. But I must say, I have never had a more pleasant teeth cleaning experience. My cleaning was a bit more expensive than normal since I had procrastinated so long, but it was still a reasonable price. Thanks!
