I’ve always appreciated the treatment I get from Dr. Bartels and his staff. I never have to wait when I arrive for my appointment, and I love that the staff have been there a long time and enjoy the work environment–it says a lot about Dr. Bartels as a dentist, boss and person. He is very professional, calm and gentle and takes time to listen and answer any questions. His hygienist, Keely, is patient and friendly, too. That is why I keep coming back, even though the downtown location is not always the most convenient for me.

Started going to this practice out of convenience. I worked downtown so could walk there easily. I do not work downtown anymore but make the trip every cleaning to see Dr.Bartels and Denise. They are a great team and always greet me openly and take the time to answer any questions I might have.

I have gone to Dr. Bartles for about 15 years. I have had 2 crowns, 2 root canals and several fillings. I have always gotten great results and would recommend him to anyone wanting professional dental services. In addition to results he is very personable and takes the time to fully discuss any issues you have or options you need to consider. I get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year. I have had several of his hygienists do this and all have been very good. Keely is terrific.

Wife and I have been going to Dr. Bartels for many years. They keep their schedule on track and the experience has always been quick and pleasant. When we started having children, we originally took them to a pediatric dentist but have since switched them over to Dr. Bartels as well. Although they don’t specialize in children, they do an excellent job with them regardless. Just remember to bring a few quarters for the street parking – there’s usually a close spot to be found.

I had an emergency abcess situation. I called the dentist at 11 a.m. they got me in at 2:30 p.m. on an emergency appointment the same day! Didn’t wait long, once I filled out the forms. And, the Dentist was extremely friendly, and down to earth. He wasn’t in and out, despite having multiple patients. And most importantly, no one waited on him, and his timing was perfect caring for each patient. I’ll definitely be back, because I have finally found a great Dentist!

I’ve been visiting Dr. Bartels and my hygienist, Denise, for 15+ years. I highly recommend this downtown location. They are deeply concerned about safety, comfort and dental education. I am moving to a new Premier location closer to my new home/work but have no doubt, if I don’t like it, I’ll for sure co wider the 25+ mile drive each way. Denise is bar none the best! She helps schedule other doctors, like my periodontist and even scheduled me with my new dentist.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Denise my hygienist was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Bartels seems very nice, attentive, and didn’t jump on doing unnecessary treatments:) loved the privacy while having my teeth cleaned. They have separate rooms, rather than being in one large open space with dividers (which is what I am use to). Overall excellent experience!

Dr. Bartels and his hygienist Keely are professional, friendly, and thorough. Dr. Bartels uses a less-is-more approach, and doesn’t recommend fillings or other procedures unless truly necessary. They always take time to address my questions patiently and thoroughly. And the convenient downtown location is great!
