Dr. Basil was kind, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job with our son’s teeth. He was careful to walk our son through the entire process, so he always understood what was going on. The staff is friendly and warm, the office is bright and airy, and the staff always did a great job of being conscientious of our time during appointments, so we were in and out in an efficient manner. Dr. Basil is fantastic! I have been going to his office for months, and I am continually impressed with his honest & professional demeanor. I went to four reputable Orthodontists in the area and had given up my search when my hygienist (beautiful teeth from Dr. Basil) recommended meeting him. He was the only Orthodontists that was upfront and helpful, providing plenty of options rather than just pushing braces & his agenda. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling. I highly recommend Dr. Basil and his team for any of your orthodontic needs. Nothing short of amazing! Fair prices, easy payment plans, and they are reasonable about treatment (yes, we all have lives and can’t change our bands every two hours)! The office may not be GLAMOROUSLY decorated, but it is CLEAN! Dr. Basil is awesome! Had the same bracket come unglued twice (even swallowed it after wire came out of the one next to it); called Dr. Basil during the day on the after hours emergency number. He got back in touch with me right away and didn’t chastise me for calling an emergency number without an emergency. On the contrary, he reassured me and promised to have it fixed early Monday morning! Can’t imagine going anywhere else for adult orthodontic treatment!

What an amazing experience. If spending a ton of money on teeth can be amazing. When we found out my daughter had to have braces along with some other work done we set out to find a place we were comfortable with to do the work. Interviewing orthodontists so to speak. Dr. Basil was a bit higher in price (not by much) but now I know why. The thing that earned Dr Basil our business was not just experience but He was the only orthodontist to not only talk to us about his plans but spent most of his time reassuring and talking to my daughter on her level about exactly what he would be doing with her. No other pediatric ortho did this. I’m not entirely sure there’s a nicer person on the planet. Everything from scheduling by the front desk ,to his ortho assistants, to the follow up after braces came off. The whole process has taken 2 1/2 years and just when we thought they were going above and beyond they would do something else to prove their dedication and care. So much so that no matter how busy they are Dr. Basil and his team make it feel as if we are his only client and nothing else matters to him. Thank you Dr. Basil and your team!

I am a client and I’m a freshman in high school and I love this place! The staff is always super sweet and always know what they are doing and they always get me in and out super quick! Dr. Basil is always super nice and checks to make sure everything is good and always lets me know if I need to do something in particular to get my braces off as fast as possible! Also I love the choices they have for the band colors and I always look forward to changing them when I get there! The staff are super funny and are really good about getting appointments set up for the next time and making sure you understand what they are doing when you go in for your braces. We love Dr. Basil and his staff. He was able to help my son that two other orthodontists said would need jaw surgery. No jaw surgery! Does not recommend the standard four teeth be pulled. Only recommends what is necessary. Another daughter only needed one tooth pulled to adjust and wear her braces. Have three more getting braces this summer.
