I have my fourth child going through braces with Battistoni and Beam. They have provided excellent service every time. They are always on target with their plan of action for the braces. They are pleasant and friendly every time I am in their office. They are great with getting you in when there is a problem with the braces. They are accommodating to your schedule. I cannot say enough about all the people that work there. I would highly recommend them.

Such a wonderful team of professionals. Make my daughter comfortable every time she visits. Work smart, fast and treat kids with respect—the doctors and assistants tell the kids exactly what is needed and why, so they understand what’s happening. And during the pandemic, they have taken extraordinary measures to all employees and patients safe. Very impressive!

Was there for a consultation and had a wonderful experience. A little nervous as an adult looking for orthodontic treatment, but everyone was very friendly, yet professional. Felt comfortable discussing their different treatment options available to meet my needs. I look forward to my next appointment with Battistoni Beam Polivka Orthodontics.

Outstanding customer service with an understanding of how to meet the needs of the patient. The office is welcoming, efficient and flexible for working parents who want to be a part of their children’s care plan. They are patient and not quick to intervene unless the child is developmentally and physically ready for it.

There is not enough words to say how happy I’m with this location and the staff. They go above and beyond to make my son feel safe, calm and that he understands what they will be working on. Also to a worried mom. The orthodontist and the staff are so amazing, caring. I definitely recommend this location.

Where do I begin as to why I LOVE the office of Drs. Battistoni and Beam?! Both of my boys had their braces put on on the same day, two years ago. One is done, and the other is close to removal! The staff are all extremely professional, polite, and they always have a smile for you when you walk in! The entire staff does whatever it takes to accommodate the patient AND the family. They will work with you on appointments, and if there is an emergency visit needed on a non-business day, such as what  we had experienced on a Sunday, they will meet you at the office to make the patient comfortable until the next scheduled visit! The office is extremely clean and very inviting, with every season and holiday represented with decorations! I couldn’t ask for anything more! I truly feel I have made lifelong friends within the staff of “B&B”! I trust the Battistoni & Beam staff with my children’s teeth, and you should do the same! Oh, and they not only work with children…I’m thinking of having them take care of my teeth straightening as well!

We picked them after a few initial meetings with some local ortho’s for my daughters braces and we couldn’t be happier! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions my daughter or I had were answered. I always felt they were thorough, explaining to both of us what they did and what the next appointment would be for. The office is super clean and even during Covid my daughter always felt safe. We had two emergencies with her braces and they fit us in right away. She even got her braces off a month or two ahead of schedule! I highly recommend.

My daughter has been going to this location for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. They’re friendly and knowledgeable, they speak directly to hear so she can answer their questions. The office is clean and they are very fast. Her appointments are always on time and we’re never waiting long, plus it’s very easy to schedule the next appointment and if you have an emergency they get you in right away. Now with COVID-19 their protocols to keep everyone safe make myself and my daughter feel comfortable. I would highly recommended them!

I’ve had an excellent experience for over a year, but am posting now because of how well they have responded to the COVID pandemic. They have reopened quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, have done so in a very safe and thoughtful manner. They’ve been very good at following recommended safety protocols, and have been able to physically distance while still being friendly. All this, while still providing excellent orthodontic care. This is no small achievement, so kudos to this entire office – great job, and thank you!

Staff and Dr. Battistoni were all so friendly and helpful when my son got his braces on last Wednesday. They took the time to explain things to him and the doctor spoke to me so we both knew what to expect. My son is the second child to have braces at Battistoni and Beam and I trust them completely

We have been very happy with the practice.  My son had his braces put on over a year ago.  They were very accommodating to payment plans.  I had HSA account over 2 years to make it easier on our pocket book.  My son has been anxious about his orthodox treatments and the doctors have been extremely helpful with his individual needs.  It’s a bustling practice with a lot of incentive programs for the teenage population that tends to be non compliant with treatments.

They get the braces on and off in the stated amount of time. And my children’s teeth end up looking great in the end. I cannot say enough about their office and everyone that works there. It’s a really great place.

This is our second round with BBP and it’s just as wonderful as it was a few years ago with our older daughter. Everyone is so friendly and very passionate about their work. The doctors and staff keep patients informed on what they’re doing and why. You know expected outcomes and timeframes. Also, they’re available in case of an emergency. An added bonus is the incentive program they have for their patients! I would highly recommend Battestoni Beam Povlika Orthodontics!

My experience at this practice was second-to-none. Drs. Battistoni and Beam were very cordial in both explaining and operating the process of braces. Patients are always treated with a smile as they walk in, and the respectful and gleeful attitude stretches from the front desk to the assistants and doctors. There is even music in the background to make the patient feel at ease. You will not find a better orthodontic practice in the area than this one.  Drs. Battistoni and Beam will be sure that you leave with a straight smile. They have that goal with every single patient that walks through their front door.

B&B operates with utmost professionalism. The office is run like clockwork. My daughters have been patients since June 2019 and every appointment has been quick and on time. The doctors and technicians are informative and considerate. The doctors thoroughly evaluated all options for my daughter’s treatment. I’m very comfortable with the treatment plans and treatment

Just had my braces taken off right before Christmas. It was a surprise and what a awesome Christmas gift it was! I can’t stop smiling because now I have a beautiful smile! The staff is so nice and the Dr.’s are very good. Thank you again Dr.’s B&B and staff.  I tell everyone I know that wants to get braces to come here!

Hi-tech and caring office!  Drs’ Battistoni and Beam, along with their entire team are focused on providing their patients with a great experience and most importantly a great smile! They utilize the newest technology, including Damon Braces, Suresmile and Invisalign to ensure that treatment times are shorter than average and the results are fantastic. It’s a pleasure to visit the office of these doctors. The staff is friendly, timely, and professional at all times, doing their best to make each patient comfortable and at ease. As a patient, you are educated regarding your particular needs, various treatment options available to achieve your goals, and finally realistic payment plans to make your choice practical. These doctors and their staff treat each patient as as a unique individual deserving of a beautiful smile!

Bridget is my fourth child to go through this process with Dr Battistoni. She is only 8 and was really nervous about getting her expander. Holly and Dr Battistoni. Both were so kind and so calm with her. They explained everything from what they were doing to what she may feel during the process. I felt like he spoke to her as if he was speaking to his own daughter. She was fine the whole time because they were so calm and caring. A huge thank you to them for making her comfortable!

Once again, Battistoni, Beam & Polivka knocked it out of the park. This was our first visit back to the office since the beginning of the Covid situation. They have an excellent, quick, safe and smooth system in place. We pulled up in our car, called the number on the sign and were immediately ushered in for temperature checks and a quick wait in their clean, socially-distanced waiting area. Treatment for both myself and my son was a breeze. All of the staff were upbeat and happy to be back at work! I was then escorted out the back door, so as not to cross paths with any incoming patients. I will be bringing my youngest for his first ortho consult very soon!!
