Marnie Bauer and her staff are the kindest and most proficient dental providers that I have ever encountered in my 70+ years.  The office is very clean and well-organized and the front office staff always have genuine smiles and welcoming words.  They address me by name as soon as I enter and that is just the tip of the iceberg of their professionalism and excellent customer service.  That being said, the icing on the cake is the gentle, exceptional dental work provided by Marnie, her associates and her hygienists.  I highly recommend this best-in-the-world dental provider to anyone wishing the absolute best in friendly folks and superb dental treatment.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bauer. However, Dr. Kansal and the entire staff at Dr. Bauer’s office are incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Wait time is minimal and the team works well to understand and resolve questions and concerns. This is a five-star office with exceptional personnel delivering quality work.

As always, the team at Dr. Bauer’s are on-point, kind, and accommodating. Alice did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today and had me in-and-out in 45 mins, all with a check-up by the doctor and a thorough cancer screening. The lobby is like a spa and a welcome respite at any time of day. I used to live around the corner from the office, but now will happily drive the distance for Dr. Bauer and her team.

This was my first visit, my welcome was warm and the office is very beautiful, clean, and calming. The staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable and informed me of what they would be doing the entire time. Everyone was very friendly, neat, and knowledgeable about the devices and practice. Highly recommend just after 1 visit!

Dr. Bauer and her team are truly exceptional. The office is always clean, and has a spa-like feel. The associates at the front desk are always friendly and professional, and always willing to help. Dr. Bauer goes above and beyond to ensure patients are satisfied, which I genuinely appreciate that level of customer service within a healthcare office. 10/10 recommend their office!

I’ve been going to Dr. Bauer’s practice for years, and not once have I ever run into any issues. The staff are immaculately professional and empathic, and incredibly capable at their craft. The office is always pristine, and their covid countermeasures make me feel safe when I’m in there. They’re very fast for how thorough they are with dental cleanings, and the patient’s comfort is always first on dental operations such as fillings. You couldn’t do much better to go anywhere but here!

I’ve gone to Dr. Bauer’s office a couple times and had the best dental experience of my life. Eve and Dr. Freddy are the best! Eve is the first hygienist to clean my teeth without inflicting any pain or uncomfortableness. She is warm, easy to talk to and her many years of experience show. Dr. Freddy diagnosed a massive cavity that other dentists missed for years and did all he could to save the tooth, rather than go right to a root canal, which I’m certain many dentists would have resorted to. He had to hollow out the majority of the tooth and somehow 4 days later I have almost no pain! I would highly recommend both of them.

This review is long overdue! I was a patient of Marnie’s for almost 3 years. When I accepted a promotion to transfer to a new city for work, I was devastated to “break up” with my favorite dentist. Marnie and her entire staff were always professional and such a joy to be around. There is a true artistry to Dr. Bauer’s work that is difficult to find in most practices. I can honestly say that I looked forward to my visits to her office. Fortunately and thankfully, when my time came to move on, I was recommended to the dentist whom she trained underneath that conveniently practices in my new city. I could not be happier for the referral and connection. My new dentist speaks of her work in the highest regard and I have to agree. Thank you, Dr. Bauer!

I went to see Kelsey for a cleaning. I was Kelseys last appointment. Before she even started she examined my teeth again. Now I did have an exam the appointment before but she wanted to make sure and double check on everything before she started working . I do have gum disease and didn’t feel cared for by my past dentist as the cleaning took only about 7 minutes. Kelsey took so much time to clean my teeth, she told me that my past dentists didn’t do a good job in cleaning as they missed areas which was pretty concerning. I go to the dentist every 4 months due to the gum desease and need an effective deep cleaning. Let me tell you I can feel the difference, my teeth haven’t felt this clean since a long time. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure I’m was taken care off. Be assured that I will not go to anyone else but Kelsey 🙂

I was referred to DR. Bauer by a friend. Best decision I’ve made was to follow her advice. Professional and knowledgeable staff, beautiful office, and amazing front office staff. I won’t lie, I have terrible nerves and I don’t enjoy going to the dentist. However, they have been extremely understanding of this. The quality of work is exceptional too. I have a crown. It looks so real, like a real tooth. I’m very appreciate of my hygienist Kelsey. We have a plan. I really appreciated her team take on the issue. If we both do our part the problem can be made better! Thanks again for helping me get my smile back.

The office is so inviting and professional. I just moved here from DC and found the Dentist I will be using. I received this nice welcome packet as well. I had an old filling that needed to be replaced. I delayed it until i woke up one morning with a very sensitive and painful tooth. They were able to see me same day and the doctor was kind enough to also fix it same day. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic Dentist! Awesome staff! They have always done pain free cleaning and been straight forward with everything that has needed to be done. They recently caught a couple errors from a former dentist and handled the crowns wonderfully. Dr. Bauer was concerned with my pain level and did everything she could to make it a pleasant experience. Her staff is sweet and funny and make you feel a part of their family! Love them all!!!

I find it very interesting that this dental office either gets a 5 or 1, I hope if you are reading these you take the 1 stars with the grain of salt they should be given. I hate the dentist, I hate the whole process, I hate how long it takes, I hate how much it costs I hate keeping my mouth open that wide for that long, if you know me this is actually funny. All that being said I was so very impressed with Dr. Bauers office staff and overall experience. Their attention to detail, they’re obvious and enthusiastic teamwork, and their overall professionalism is what is bringing me back, having me bring my child and telling anybody who will listen if you’ve got to go to the dentist see Dr. Bauer. With Dentists offices on every corner and the expensive dental work it is truly a wonderful thing to find a practice that makes you want to go out of your way to compliment them. Everyone on the staff in the office and who dealt with us was amazing. I personally had to have a root canal and and Crown although costly as dental work is, I found it interesting that the Dr. B found a cavity next to the tooth she was working on and didn’t charge me additional to fill it because I was already numb. This office goes above and beyond to take that bad stigma off Dental Care. Five stars is not enough, I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dental experience.

Excellent place!! They allow parents to go to the back with the kids. The technology they have and use is impressive and nice. The facility is extremely clean and looks new. The staff from the receptionist to the dentist were super friendly and I would definitely recommend going there!! 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Bauer and her staff are excellent.  Recently, an old filling by another dentist fell out and I found myself in incredible pain and in need of a root canal and crown.  Dr. Bauer allowed me to come in after hours for an emergency temp filling to stop the pain.  They took me the very next day for the procedure.  It was absolutely painless and I was able to return to work that day.  The staff is always more than courteous, the environment is spotless, and I’m thankful for their help.

The practice is compassionate and truly puts their patients first! I’ve been coming here for 10 years and Dr. Bauer and team have consistently provide A+ service. I had an emergency visit yesterday and Jen got me right in. Nio and Dr. Bauer got me back to 100% today. Nio was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I just love the team there. BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER GONE TO! Actually had my first appointment today. I was recommended from my brother who is an ER doctor, so I knew his judgement was solid. I was experiencing weird traveling sensations and pains in my mouth for months! I couldn’t figure out the problem!! My old oral surgeon in New York gave me NO answers or explanations as to what might be the problem. I was told it was likely my wisdom teeth, but they left it at that. I was left in agony and progressively getting anxious that something serious may be wrong. Thankfully, the team here got to the bottom of everything. They were thorough, patient and detail-oriented. The team is professional and every one was very nice and accommodating. I am so thankful to have found them!!!

Dr. Bauer and her staff are awesome! I’ve probably written less than 3 reviews in my life, but after visiting Dr. Bauer’s office to have veneers on my top teeth done, I thought it would be nice to share my experience. If you’re thinking about veneers, you probably have lots of questions, so of course I called several dentist offices around Tampa. To summarize, the majority of those other dentist’s offices basically said here’s the cost and make an appointment if I wanted it done. It was different when I called Dr. Bauer’s office. From the moment I made the phone call to Dr. Bauer’s office, Jennifer at the front desk was very pleasant and spent the time to clearly explain the process/procedures and answered all of my questions. From my first consultation to the day of the procedure with Dr. Bauer and Sarah, they both are incredible women, highly skilled & knowledgeable, caring, and their attention to detail is impeccable. I haven’t always had the best smile, but now it looks amazing!!! And for that, I will always be forever grateful for the transformation that Dr. Bauer and Sarah has done for me. I am so thankful to have found such a great dentist and would highly recommend Dr. Bauer-she is the best!
