It has been years ago that my oldest son needed braces. My wife and I did a thorough research on all the available Orthodontists and decided to go with Dr. Baum. When we met Dr. Baum, we instantly formed a bond with him as we find he is very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and very clear in presenting to us what our son needs and treatment plan. As medical professionals ourselves, we appreciate the time that Dr. Baum took to explain everything to us. The staff there has always been very wonderful and helpful in every way. In time, it was my turn to be the patient and Dr. Baum and staff treated me as anyone else. They always greeted me with my first name as if I was part of their family. In my experience, all the staff are simply wonderful but I want to especially mention of Kim. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and experienced with her work. She always make me feel at ease as she work on my braces. Dr. Baum is great but Kim (and his staff) make Baum Orthodontics awesome.

Dr. Baum and his staff have been amazingly friendly and accommodating. My daughter is only 8 and needs phase 1 expander and braces and she absolutely loves going and the whole process because of how special and exciting they make it each time. Not to mention the facility is beautiful! You can’t go wrong by choosing this practice for your child.

Baum Orthodontics makes sense! Years ago, I had gotten three conflicting opinions in the past about treatment plans for braces; being conflicted, I did nothing. Fast forward several years, I went to see Dr. Baum (at the high recommendation of my current dentist) and I got a treatment plan that makes sense…and at a fair price! I’m thankful I found the best orthodontist in Orange County. I’m excited for the improvement in my teeth that I’ll see!

I was referred to Dr. Baum by several of my neighbors who all rave about him and his staff. I had previously taken my daughter to 2 other orthodontic offices for consultations and to get a feel for the doctor and staff previous to going to Dr. Baum. Needless to say, we decided to proceed with orthodontic treatment with Dr. Baum. He is friendly, sincere and took a lot of time explaining all of the details to us. His office staff is always very friendly when I call and when we go to the office and always very helpful. This is important to me since we will be having many future visits to his office. Since I am new to all of this orthodontia stuff, I truly appreciate the time and patience Dr. Baum and his staff has taken to answer my questions and explain things to me several times. I also appreciate the efficiency of the office. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for each of our appointments so far. We look forward to a smooth orthodontic journey for my daughter with Dr. Baum and his staff.

If I could give this review 6 stars I would. I have had braces before as a child, so this is my second time through this process, and while being an adult with full upper and lower braces is no fun, Dr. Baum and his staff made it by far the best experience possible. I am a perfectionist in every sense of the word, and was thrilled that Dr. Baum and I had the same goals and understanding throughout the entire process. The office staff was always friendly, professional, efficient, and made a true effort to schedule at the most convenient times for me, which was extremely helpful. Dr. Baum himself is not only a fantastic orthodontist, but also a wonderful person, and works harder than anyone else I know. If I had to go through this process again, I would pick Dr. Baum again in a heartbeat, and I encourage anyone looking for an orthodontist to do the same if you value a friendly, efficient office with an experienced orthodontist that will go the extra mile to make your smile perfect :).

Dr. Baum has been my orthodontist for over 10 years now, and I was probably one of the most complicated cases he has had. Since day 1 he was always sympathetic, kind, thoughtful, and never took any short cuts in my treatments. Not only that, but every specialist he has referred me to has been equally kind, honest and world class – which speaks volumes about the crowd he surrounds himself with. One double jaw surgery and 10+ years of excellent care, my life has absolutely changed for the better all because of Dr Baum and his amazing staff. Not to mention, Kim who gave me outstanding service and was always such a treat to talk to during my visits. She is the best, and I would not have trusted many others to help me with my treatments! I cannot thank you guys enough for the wonderful care!

I love Dr Baum and his staff. They are caring and accommodating. I work full time and they have worked around my schedule. Dr Baum even met me on his day off when I was in pain and took care of me with care and concern. I had been to several other orthodontist for consultations prior to Dr Baum and Dr Baum was the only one who told me invisilign would work for me with confidence. I got amazing results. Dr Baum is very experienced and now my son is getting his braces for phase 1. We love their Tustin office. I would highly recommend Dr Baum.

We love the Baum Squad!  They make you feel right at home.  We had our first experience when our older son was in need of starting with braces and have continued the process with our younger son. What an amazing experience getting braces is turning out to be for my son! Everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. The reward system they implement is the perfect incentive for my son and helps to keep him on track. We have had prior experience (with a different child) using a different orthodontist …let’s just say the differences are night and day with Dr. Baum offering a such a positive spin on the “getting braces” experience. Great staff, always friendly and accommodating! I have not waited more than 10 minutes to be called in the office. I work full time and a few times I only had a limited amount of time and they worked around my schedule. Dr. Baum is awesome. I went to several ortho office and was told that I would need braces and invisilign would not be an option. Dr. Baum was one of the only doctor who said the invisilign would work for me with confidence.  Dr. Baum is very experienced and I got amazing results with invisilign. He listens to you and came in on his day off to check on me when I was really concerned. Now my son is also getting braces from them. They moved to a new location which is state of the art and beautiful. Thank you Dr. Baum and staff for giving me a beautiful smile!

Love this place so so much! There’s two locations for Baum orthodontics, one in Tustin and one in Irvine. Tustin location is the place I mostly go to because I like it here better than the Irvine one (cause of how new it looks and the layout and whatnot). I felt at eased from when they first did my teeth impression to my current braces appointment now. Kim is the person who does my braces and she is a perfectionist with everything. I’ve had friends who’s also had their braces done at other places and it definitely wasn’t as good as Kim’s, I must say. I absolutely love how perfectly aligned my brackets are, (believe it or not I’ve seen other places that’s done not a so great job LOL) my appointments are always fast and painless most of the time. The guy who took my impression was very outgoing and he made me feel very comfortable during my x-ray (forgot his name but he has braces)! One of the things I find good about this place is that they try to give you appointments that are not too far out from each other. This way, the braces process won’t take yearrrs and will go by a lot faster, I believe mine will be 2 years straight, including jaw surgery in between the process. Man, I’ve heard so many stories about how the orthodontist will tell you your braces will be off at a certain time period but will actually end up being a few years after that so I’m glad it won’t happen to me. Overall The environment here is so relaxing and welcoming and everyone is very nice from the staff to dr.Baum to the new orthodontist who often come to help Kim and check up on me. I also forgot her name but will try to get it the next time. I can’t wait to have my braces off in the future and see the results as I’m sure my teeth will look amazing! Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Love, love, love everything about this place! Our family is in our 6th year of orthodontia with 3 kids. I will miss them all when my last one gets hers off next month! Every single experience has been amazing! Every person in the office is kind and wonderful. They are all experts at what they do and so helpful. Dr. Baum is a wonderful person on top of being a great orthodontist. Highly recommend!
