I had not gone to the dentist in 3-4 years due to dental anxiety that I get from having scary moments at a past dental office I used to go to. I went on yelp to find a great dentist office near me. I found Bay Park Dental and after my first appointment, I new I was going to love it. When I went for my second appointment, I went in very scared and full of anxiety. While sitting in the chair, the dental assistant was so gentle and kind. She comforted me and she took my mind off of everything with some small talk. Then when Dr. Miller came in, I remembered how understanding she was during my first visit for my initial X-rays and cleaning appt. This day I went in for a large filling and crown that I had been avoiding for years due to my fear of dentists. Wow, Dr. Miller. and her team talked me through the entire procedure. They comforted me and understood my fears. I felt so relaxed and at ease. The procedure was quick and went smoothly. I usually would have anxiety knowing I have an upcoming appointment and would end up canceling it at the last minute, but I’m actually excited about finally, for the first time in years, being able to get my dental work done and completed. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in the office again, including the dentist, Dr. Miller !!

I was in dire need of a new look, the same stained teeth since childhood and it only became more embarrassing as I aged. My search led me all Over San Diego and I finally  ended up here! The initial visit was more than pleasant and I left the office knowing I had made the right choice with Kevin and his professional staff. I now have the  perfect smile that I had always envisioned and have a new appreciation for his practice and the wonderful team he has assembled. Photos are attached to show his triumphant work!!

I am about as phobic a dental patient as you could find.  That’s why I delayed getting treatment for WAY too long.  At the suggestion of a friend, I checked out Bay Park, and am I glad I did!  I saw both Dr. Kenny and Dr. Miller, and they were able to keep me calm and comfortable. That isn’t easy. They warned me that one of my cavities was so deep that it might need a root canal, but with some careful work, they managed to fix it without one!  It was SLIGHTLY sensitive for a few days afterward, but they warned me about that before they even touched it, and it was only for a short while.  My suspicion is that anyone who was very sore after treatment might have procrastinated as long as I did. Both Dr. Kenny and Dr. Miller are now my BFFs.

I moved to SD a few years ago and had been searching for a quality dentist ever since.  Finally, a friend recommended Dr. Kenny.  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule.  I was impressed when I arrived by the fun and family atmosphere.  The girls up front were very professional, but friendly and sociable as well. I recently had some pain and was diagnosed with a couple of cavities.  Dr. Miller took good care of me and i haven’t suffered any lingering pain or discomfort.  Needless to say, i was surprised to read Bob’s negative review as I haven’t had any bad experiences. I’m just thankful I finally found my dentist.  I highly recommend Bay Park Dental!

I used to hate coming to the dentist like most people, but that definitely changed since I became a patient here at Bay Park Dental Group!! The doctors and staff here genuinely care about their patients and I feel like I have developed professional relationships with them. They always ask about my family and remember the details from my previous visits and are always on top of making sure I feel comfortable, which I thought was nearly impossible to do at a dental office. Dr. Kenny used to be the main dentist there and I am equally sad and happy that he has retired. Dr. Miller is the new owner of the practice and I am just so happy to have her here! She is the sweetest, very gentle with all my procedures, and makes sure to explain everything going on and being thorough. She is very honest and respectful, so I definitely trust her with taking care of my teeth. The doctors and staff are all really nice people and there is always a light & happy atmosphere when I walk in! That is really important to making a frightening dental experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend becoming a patient here!

Dr. Miller and her staff are wonderful! I recently saw her as a new patient and she exceeded my expectations. She is knowledgeable, the sweetest down to earth person, and made the whole experience enjoyable (I usually have anxiety at the dentist). She explained the validity of her recommendations to me in detail and I could tell she had the health of my teeth in her best interest from the beginning. Parking is easy and the front staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is clean, has a bright pleasant atmosphere and a nice selection of refreshments/magazines in the lobby. Plus, they give you a sweet goodie bag to go home! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants quality dental care (which is very hard to come by nowadays). I have definitely found my new dentist.

The dentists at Bay Park Dental are nothing short of amazing. My husband & I both see them, as well as our kids who are 14, 10 & 5.  I have generalized anxiety, which gets pretty severe just thinking about going to the dentist. Dr. Louie is very comforting, patient and encouraging. Today, she literally took me from tears of fear to tears of joy because I was able to get some work I’d been putting off done. Most of my work has been done by Dr. Louie, but I have also seen Dr. Miller & Dr. Susie. Dr. Miller is very gentle and has a calm demeanor, which are both reassuring qualities for a dentist to have! Dr. Susie is always so cheerful and did a previous root canal for me. I had an endodontist compliment what a nice job she did when x-raying the tooth next to it. They are a top notch practice, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists!

I have been in SD for two years and have seen quite a few dentists, not being very happy with my experiences. I had my first visit with Bay Park in July 2020. I saw Dr. Sussi first and Dr. Miller second. The RDAs are SO sweet. Debbie at the front is great. The doctors were wonderful. Explained everything very clearly and efficiently. Their demeanor was beyond my expectations. I finally found a dental group I’m happy with. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing great dental care with awesome bedside manner.

Today was my first appointment and I was very impressed. The office staff as well as the doctor that did the cleaning are very pleasant and sweet. They seem to really care about making people comfortable. I was referred by a relative and plan to refer anyone that asks me for an excellent dental office. My teeth feel so clean and healthy. This was the best teeth cleaning I have ever received in my 56 years.If you try them you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been at this dental office for the last few years and I highly recommend. I usually hate the dentist but their office is fun. They have TVs on the ceiling and headphones for patients. The office staff is friendly and remembers their patients. I usually see dr. Kenny but on my most recent visit I saw dr. Miller and she was awesome and thorough. Overall great.
