They were quick and friendly especially the phone staff. I did feel like they were a bit rushed especially the doctor but I guess that’s par for the course. Nor importantly the facility is clean, they have an organized system, and they have up to date procedures and equipment. Lots to keep kids happy as well. They also have a lot of expertise with kids and how to resolve dental issues with efficiency.

I have seen and heard some negative reviews about this place but I have been taking my daughter here since 2019 because she needed some fillings that her regular dentist couldn’t perform, and have nothing but great things to say. I have been allowed to go back with my daughter everytime. She actually asked to go back alone today for the first time which should tell you something. We have had ZERO problems or bad outcomes. We return Thursday for a broken tooth and she isn’t scared to go back and they do very well at explaining things. The office is super nice and clean and kid awesome environment. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Daphne Pediatric Dentistry. I took my daughter once to my adult dentist and decided pediatric may be a better route. Every experience there has relieved any anxiety she could have possibly had! TVs, balloons, prizes, dental hygienists with the best attitudes and gentlest care. They explain everything to her so she knows what to expect. Today she had a very minor procedure to correct a cavity in her molars that have no enamel due to infant antibiotics. While they “painted her tooth” another hygienist painted her nails! I have never experienced this level of care for myself or my children. She will forever have a positive attitude about a somewhat scary experience because of these people and this place!

Our experience at Bay Pediatric Dentistry was nothing short of incredible. We brought our very apprehensive 4.5 year old who needs some cavities filled and the staff was so wonderful. They were all so patient with him and so reassuring to us as concerned/anxious parents. We are so thankful for all of the staff and doctors there!

My 4 year old daughter is a new patient and she had to have some work done today and have the sedation. The staff was so nice and talk to me patiently about the sedation and the dentist explained everything to me afterward..We were referred here by my kids other dentist because they don’t do the sedation for the younger kids.It’s a longer drive for us, but I think we will be switching here to Bay Pediatrics..I really liked them..

My sons have seen Bay Pediatrics Dentistry from the start. Dr. Wells and the rest of the staff are great. We always have a great experience, from an accommodating appointment schedule, punctual service, and very friendly staff to encourage the kids. Dr. Wells is especially good at encouraging the kids in taking responsibility for improving their dental health habits. Bay Pediatric has created an environment where the kids never have any anxiety about a visit.

Amy addressed all of my concerns & assured me that everything i was feeling was normal. She explained my daughter’s procedure very well & assured me that the procedure Dr. Wells will be preforming was very common. I was sure to be feeling judged by the time i left but i was not. I highly recommend this office. It was very clean and organized. We were welcomed with smiling faces. The only thing i could complain about is not being able to talk much with Dr. Wells himself. But i did have a very upset 2 year old.

My kids love Dr. Wells and staff! They always make them feel comfortable at their visit and greet them with a smile and hug every time. They invite us to sit at the feet of our younger children in order to keep them at ease with the cleaning process. The best part is we have 4 children and they always schedule them together. They have plenty of entertainment for the ones not in the dental chair to keep them busy!

I love this dentist office, they have worked on all my kids and they make even the shyest child feel comfortable. I like they try and separate you so the child can build a trust and bond with them. If your child can’t handle separation they will allow you back with them as well. Whatever works best for your child’s comfort level is the most important detail and they pay perfect attention to the needs of each individual child.

This is the only office that my autistic son has been treated so kindly at. The whole staff an doctors went the extra mile to make us feel so comfortable and took the time to Make sure everything was done thoroughly even though my son gave them a difficult time. I am beyond grateful for people like this who go out of their way to make a stressful situation not so stressful!!

First time going today & I absolutely loved it. We didn’t wait long for the appointment to start. Before we even got back to the chair our dental assistant Nicole made sure she introduced herself and made my daughter feel like they have known each other for years. Got to the chair and she showed my daughter what all they were going to do let her feel the sharp ones and pick her flavors. I also had my almost two year old with me and she missed nap time so one of the other nurses took her to get a toy and ballon so I could pay attention to my daughter who was getting her teeth done. 20/10 recommend. Thank you DPD for being so welcoming.

My children have been going to Bay Pediatric Dentists for 10 years and every experience has been better than the last. We are so thankful for Dr. Wells and the staff at Bay Pediatrics that have given both of my children excellent dental care for all these years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist with a top notch staff.
