I became a patient of Dr Millers around September/October 2020 when I went in for a consult. I had just been through the shock of learning all the work I had done the past 3 years had to be redone hence why I would be needing 2 extractions and 2 possibly 3 implants. His staff was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door, the young lady at the front desk smiled and welcomed me..extremely friendly. As a proud Christian I was pleased to see a Bible open on the table and beautiful Christian music playing in the speakers, the office is clean and welcoming. This was during the “covid” scare so they practiced all measures to ensure we were safe. The beautiful young lady (London) who took me back and got me ready for my consult became the same young lady who has assisted me throughout the entire process..I love this because it allowed me to get comfortable with someone who knows your case..she is amazing, caring, loving and takes very good care of me. Dr Miller, I can’t say enough about the work he does or the way he cares..he’s gentle and knowledgeable. He has taken care of me as though I’m his family and I appreciate this. I had an incident today, on a day his office is closed, but when my husband called his emergency number he returned our call immediately. He made a horrible situation better, he went above and beyond more than he had too. I will forever be grateful. I’m sure his staff makes mistakes at times as they are human but I’ve spent almost 11 months with them and every lady in that office has gone above and beyond to make my experience a good one, they greet me by name with a smile and are always willing to help me. Thank you ladies and Dr. Miller for everything you have sone for me, you are all appreciated.

Dr. Marc Miller has one of the most professional upbeat offices I have ever seen. He has stellar equipment. They have a procedure that works very well for them. The office is organized with each person knowing their role and yet I saw cooperation among them all. My hygienist for the day, Mary, was wonderful. She has 28 years experience in that field. London did my intake and she was very thorough. The receptionist was excellent. We are self pay being retirees but I felt the fees were reasonable. I have never been comfortable at the dentist but here it really wasn’t bad at all. Thank you Dr Miller.

UPDATED REVIEW: Mrs. Randi, a new employee, called me directly to apologize for the error that had been made months ago of my balance owed & has rectified my balance issues. I am very happy with Bay Periodontics new hire and am very appreciative they would go out of their way to make me happy & apologize for a mistake. It is difficult to take responsibility for something a previous employee may have caused. My dental work here healed beautifully & the extraction was so quick, painless, and precise.
