Positive experience! This is the nicest dentistry place, even medical places, I’ve ever been. Everyone from the start to end were professional, friendly and patient first – like during my appointment, they checked in if I was ok and understood the next steps in the process. Very clean and advanced technology. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Harika is so friendly and explains what needs to be done. I hate going to the dentist but her and her staff make it an enjoyable experience…. even my son doesn’t mind going to the dentist now. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring dentist. The office is very clean, you can watch Netflix while they are working on you.

I’ve always been a bit hesistant to go to the dentist, having had bad experiences. Found my dentist on Zocdoc, and easily made an appointment at Bay Smile Dental – and it’s been a wonderful experience, helpful and friendly staff. They always schedule an appointment, and have a confirmation system via text, which doubles as a reminder for you so you never miss an appointment. I started fixing my teeth here, and they have provided informative suggestions/plans. My dentist has a very pleasant manner, is kind and while working on my teeth, always kept checking in if I am ok – making it a positive experience. I came here before the pandemic, but also during – and they always had a clean, organized office, but since installed many HEPA filters and have the air going, and everyone wears masks so you really feel safe! That’s a plus! Highly recommended A+!

Definitely a wonderful experience here at Bay Smile Dental. Upon entering, I already felt so welcomed; Evelyn greeted me with a smile on her face and even made small talk with me. The place is very modern, with a tablet used to fill out paperwork near the receptionist’s table. When I was called, the dental assistant, Hilda, came in and she also made me feel very welcomed; we made small talk as well and also laughed like as if we are really good friends! After she took my xrays, she asked if i wanted to watch something on the tv to make me comfortable while she was polishing my teeth. I find it pretty awesome how the tv is right over your head so that while they are doing work on your teeth, you can watch a show with no problem! After about 10 minutes, the dentist came in. Dr. Harika was very friendly and extremely informative when it came to what was going on when it came to my teeth. After everything was said and done, she and Hilda proceeded with doing a cleaning on a my teeth. It didn’t feel harsh as compared to other dentists where I got my cleaning done. Will definitely be coming back to them for my next appointment! This is definitely one of those dentists that you want to stay as a patient for a very long time! 🙂

We had a great experience with Bay Smile Dental. Dr. Jaspreet Harika and her staff is very professional and helpful. I took my mother to Dr. Harika after she complained of gum pain. Throughout life, my mother had lots of dental problems and her case was very complex. Dr. Harika did the thorough analysis, came up with a plan, explained all our options and after working together we finalized the treatment plan! My mom is not suffering anymore and we are so thankful that we got in touch with Dr. Harika. I fully recommend this place for all your dental needs, you won’t be disappointed!

I have moved to US few years ago and never visited dentist in the past. There were lot of fillings pending and i have ignored all the time. We indian’s traditionally visit dentists only if we have a dental problem. I visited Dr. Harika based on my friends reference. She is amazing highly talented doctor who is very professional, transparent and calm. She explained me all the issues and created a plan for me how to save my tooth and fix things over a time line. The staff is very friendly and help us in appointments, explaining about insurance, plans, etc. We made Dr. Harika as our family doctor for my kid, wife and myself. I recommend this office in getting an estimate on what needs to be done, they are truly fair and they will try to help us.

I broke my tooth in an accident and had it extracted by Dr. Harika. Even though it was on a weekend, she answered my emergency call and offered to treat me the same day even though the clinic was closed for the weekend. Given how much dental procedures can cost I was worried about the expenses, so she gave me a complimentary examination including several x-rays to determine what needed to be done and to give me a quote. She discussed my situation very professionally & I did not feel stressed or pressured to go through with her recommendations, even though she had examined me for free. I have had a previous painful dental extraction done so I was clearly nervous, but I was certainly impressed that the extraction happened almost without me noticing – quickly and without pain. Dr. Harika is certainly a highly skilled and very compassionate person – she even called me later on to hear how I was doing! I have never been treated with so much care and professionally by a dentist. Also, the insurance paper was handled properly and I did not have to pay more as the work done during service and after reflected correctly in the insurance category. Dr. Harika and her whole staff all do such a great job!

Dr. Harika was friendly, honest, and efficient. I thought I may have a cavity, but it turned out I had only chipped a filling (minor, no repair needed). She did find that a bonding I had done as a teenager (hit in the face with a door and my tooth broke into two pieces) was starting to come undone and suggested it needed to be fixed. When I asked about the timeline, she didn’t push me, but instead said that it would definitely break sometime soon, so it was up to me. Obviously I wanted to get it fixed! She talked me through the fact that bonding doesn’t tend to hold as well a second time, and that a veneer is likely in my future, but didn’t push me or rush me into getting one. In general, her office is great, I loved her demeanor, and I have definitely found my new dentist! I had the re-bonding done a couple of days after my initial appointment, and I was very nervous. The original procedure was the most painful dental experience I’d ever had, and when I explained my nerves to Dr. Harika, she told me that it was likely so painful because of the damage my face had taken, and that it likely wouldn’t be so bad this time. She was very careful, very communicative through the procedure, and it was pain-free. I couldn’t have been happier.

Dr. Harika takes the time to explain everything to my parents. They will even take the time to give me feedback over the phone if I need it since my parents have limited English. The place is clean, modern, and uses the latest technology. The staff is friendly and professional. Their office staff, Evelyn, knows me by name (now that’s rare these days). Wonderful place for the whole family.

I took my 7 year old boy to Dr. Harika for Gum Infection. Dr Jaspreet Harika and the other staff was polite and professional. Dr. Harika took time with me and explained all the options we had. She recommended a course of action to take, and we are following through on their plan. What a great Service…

I’ve always been scared to go to a dentist…but because of an unfortunate broken tooth I had no other choice to than to go to one …Dr. Harika  and her staff are awesome …I felt very comfortable and they did not make me feel guilty for not going to a dentist on a regular basis …Dr. Harika and her staff made me feel at ease. I will never go to any other dental place other than Bay Smile Dental…They are so warm and friendly along w/being very professional … this place !!

The dentist did exam and cleaning and when i asked if i need to change my two crowns, said no as they were still fine. The dentist didn’t try just to make money,  but was honest and really trying to help me. Totally recommend this place.

We have been coming here for 3 years now and never had a bad experience. They are great for the whole family. My daughter was so scared when she first started coming due to a bad experience with a dentist in Palmdale but with their patience and understanding she trusts and loves them. She has no problem getting her teeth cleaned or getting X-rays now. She actually looks forward to see Dr Jaspreet Harika and her staff

My daughter introduced me to Zoc Doc-that is how I found Dr. Harika. I had no sooner clicked the button to schedule the appointment of my choice and the receptionist called! They needed to adjust my time to a little later appointment, which I had no problem doing. I was just surprised at such a quick response! When I arrived, the receptionist was very helpful and patient. Upon completion of my registration form electronically, I was immediately taken back to the exam room and made to feel very welcome. As this was my first visit and I had not seen a dentist in some time, the technician immediately started taking pictures of my teeth using a new technology, x raying, and then polishing them in preparation for Dr Harika’s examination. We got to know each other while she worked. Dr. Harika was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative as we went over my x-rays and the pictures of my teeth. She then cleaned my teeth herself while explaining the condition of my teeth and suggested treatment plans. After she was done, we continued discussing treatment plans and options. I apologized for taking up so much of her time, but she said she devotes extra time for all her new patients. I had just called a few hours before to make the appointment! I highly recommend her (and the staff) and Zoc Doc!

I have had a lot of bad experiences at dentist over the years, so I was extremely nervous going into this apointment.  I can’t say enough about Dr. Harikas care of patients and professionalism.  Also, they have done a great job integrating technology into the practice. Each chair has a TV over it with access to Netflix to help keep your mind busy while you are at the dentist.  Highly recommend this practice.
