Had a wee emergency, veneer came off, and my dentist had closed the office during covid and has not reopened. So, googled “dentist open Saturday near me” and found BayBreeze Dental, Wesley Chapel. They are open alternating Saturdays and today was an open one. They worked me in and, from first phone call to exiting with my smile intact, the entire office staff were professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, clean, painless, and kind. I’m an internist with hardly any time to take care of my own health. And as you know “healthy teeth is health heart”.. my patients came in late which led me to arrive late. The whole staff was super nice and understanding. The dr was utmost fun, energetic, super caring and sweet. The entire staff and doctor decided to work after hours just so I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of coming back another day for them to complete my teeth cleaning. I was very touched as it’s difficult to encounter a place of service where you don’t just feel like another number waiting in line. Although my insurance doesn’t cover me at this particular place, I’m more than willing to pay out of pocket for a “ everybody deserves greater than GREAT” delivery of service with passionate care!
