I am a dental hygienist and recently had the opportunity to work with this office. What a great experience- Dr. Rios and his entire team are extremely welcoming and the experience was wonderful. I watched their interactions with their patients and feel very confident that this office delivers top notch, quality care to the community!

No other dental office comes close! Dr. Rios and his staff care about the patient and truly deliver a comfortable dental experience. I am treated as a participant in my dental well-being, and never made feel like I’m just another patient to them. If you are hesitant to see the dentist every 6 months, let this office change your perception.

Dr. Rios, thus far, seems to be perhaps the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and i’ve been to plenty. Where one dentist might suggest extraction, root canal, bridge, Dr Rios examines same evidence and reached a far more palatable conclusion. Proof that great minds really do think like me. Yelp should let us put our own headings on our comment. Woohoo is so 90’s.

I have been to multiple dentist in my life from a hole in the wall in South America to Hollywood style practices where the chair massages your back while you are getting your teeth cleaned. However I have never found one that feels like home till I met the Rios family and their staff. From the Infectious smile of Emily as she greats you coming in to the awesome conversations with Dr. Rios during any procedure about life and cars. This is a place I can truly trust as they have saved me from 2 root canals when another dentist could of easily considered it one. I appreciate your honesty and professional from everyone in your office.

Dr. Rios is by far the best Dentist I have ever had!!! He did a perfect job on my 4 upper front teeth 11 years ago and the still look great today. And, he does not suggest or push expensive work/crowns unless you absolutely need them (as in my case with broken teeth). The staff is always friendly and my cleanings are always great (most recently Kathy did my cleanings). I drive from Charlotte, NC to see family in Jacksonville and always make sure I come and see Dr. Rios rather than seeing someone where I live. I just have 100% in him.

Was provided with a friendly greeting by the front desk upon arrival and seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Rios and his staff were all very courteous and the service was quick and painless. It’s always a pleasure coming to Cypress Point Family Dentistry! Thanks guys!!

It was a great experience as a new patient with Dr Rios and his team at Baymeadows Park Dental. Having dental fears dating back to childhood I was a bit nervous about what to expect going to the dentist. It was quickly put at ease within an environment that is calm and completely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service in a convenient location with a first class staff that handles anxious feelings with great care.

Best dentist I’ve ever seen! Dr Rios and his team are so amazing. They take away the threatening stigma of dentist trips and focus on getting you healthy and treating you like family. Emily up front is so sweet and awesome at her job! If your looking for a new office make this your home! I feel so confident in my new smile and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Imagine looking FORWARD to going to the dentist!

I have been going to Dr. Ríos office for more than ten years. From the time you step into the office you feel very welcomed by the friendly staff. Dawn always does a superb job during my teeth cleaning and makes the time fly with nice conversation. She also does a very good job explaining how my teeth are doing. Dr. Ríos experience always shows and I’m confident in any procedure he suggests. I highly recommended it!

I am not afraid of the dentist like most people seem to be but also don’t care much because it usually ends in painful flossing or embarrassment. Not Cypress Point! The staff are always friendly and to make it better they are very considerate of the fact that I have braces and she was very gentle and encouraging as well! I will definitely return!!

My husband and I searched for several days to find a dentist for our family. I am so glad we chose Dr. Rios at Cypress Point Family Dentistry. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and they have really done a lot to take away the fear of dentists. My children are very comfortable coming in for their appointments. I would recommend Dr. Rios to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Dr. RIOS is the most gentle, caring, HONEST dentist in Jacksonville. He will not work on you unless you are completely numb. He will never do any procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. He’s a great family man and even has candy that HELPS your teeth. Also, PLEASE DO NOT USE YELP REVIEWS. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND PAID FOR BY THE MERCHANTS. GOOGLE “yelp scam” or “yelp extortion”. You’ll see what I’m saying.

It’s always a great visit at the office. Dr.Rios is one of the best in town. His staff are very friendly. I hate needles and hate going to the dentist but with Dr.rio and his staff , I am so comfortable. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face. If you’re looking for a dentist that’s reasonable and take really good care of your teeth. This is the place to be !

I’ve had a pleasant experience each visit. ALL of the staff were so caring and friendly to me. They took their time explaining my treatment plan and what’s covered, so I could make the best decisions that fit me. The location has plenty of parking and the office is clean with with amenities like TVs in the ceiling and light music playing (I needed the distraction). BPD really makes an attempt to go above and beyond for service. I appreciate the past few times they were able to fit me in last minute too. You all are an amazing team, thanks again!

Dr Rio’s and his staff are very professional and friendly. My family has been going to Cypress Point Family dentistry for years now and we always recommend them to friends. They are very good at taking the time to explain any additional procedures and to provide cost estimates based on our insurance.

Dr. Rios is the BEST dentist I have ever had. He is incredibly down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. As a dentist, he does incredible work. He performed a root canal for me some years back and when I visit a new dentist (b/c of moving twice), they always mention what a nice job he did. In addition, the root canal was painless! (beside the initial shot of course haha). God bless this man!!

They are courteous and friendly and quite accommodating with scheduling. The technicians and dentist are knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Rios communicates well regarding dental problems, procedures to correct, anticipated results. Emily is a “whiz” with reviewing insurance coverage and providing a comprehensive plan. Their fees are fair – not exorbitant. I was most impressed with every aspect and look forward to my next visit. (I have never said that about going to a dentist. Usually I say I would rather have surgery with anesthesia. Not anymore!!!)

I had my first appointment yesterday and was taken right back. I’ve had some traumatic experiences at the dentist in the past and am definitely a coward!!! They took excellent care of me & I was comfortable the entire time. I was especially surprised with their ability to get my whole treatment plan done before my insurance ran out, they made it happen! I will recommend everyone I know to their offoce!
