Can’t say enough good things about Dr Hannah E and her staff. Extremely competent, friendly, don’t keep you waiting forever. Am I saying nice things about going to the dentist? Never thought that would happen!  I highly recommend her and her great staff. I’ve been there since she took over for Dr. Metha. He praised her highly, saying he knew he was leaving his patients in good hands. I heartily agree.

after 3 different dentists, this one is quite possibly the best ive ever had. Im really horrible when it comes to any feelings of pain, i cant take needles and hate the feeling of any serious work being done to my teeth because of my sensitivity. For the first time ive found a dentist who has really taken my sensitive conditions into account and made things so painfree and easy for me. I feel so comfortable getting work done and i actually dont dread getting any work done, not to mention he’s given me pointers as to how to take better care of my teeth so i didnt have to get any more major work done! 🙂 i definitely recommend him.

My experience was excellent. The dentist takes his time to make the experience much better especially when having extensive work done. The staff was all helpful which was great considering I had to take my two year old with me (who would not sit still). The facility is clean. The entire experience was great.

After switching dental plans, and having to scramble to find a dentist within my network, I had one of the BEST dental experiences ever at Bayside Dental Care. Everyone from the receptionist (Rudy), to the hygienist (Jennifer), and the dental assistant (Liz) are the consummate professionals. This team is a direct reflection of the exemplary leadership they have in Dr. Hannah. After Jennifer took x-rays, she thoroughly explained the problematic area. Afterwards, she meticulously cleaned my teeth, while also explaining little details as she worked. Next, Dr. Hannah met with me, and after examining my teeth, she explained her recommendations for next steps, as she discovered a root canal I had done years ago, needed to be re-addressed. She pointed out specifics on the x-rays and proceeded to issue the appropriate referrals. I have since had many questions, and each time I have been able to phone both Rudy and Liz, who are exceptionally patient, to receive answers. In similar situations in the past, I have sometimes felt rushed at other facilities because the front desk may have been inundated, however, I always feel like I have the undivided attention of the staff at Bayside Dental Care when I phone. I am currently in the throes of completing my treatment plan, and I feel completely at ease, knowing I’m in some of the best hands the dental industry could possibly offer! I LOVE Dr Hannah, she really takes the time to explain why I need certain procedures and what to expect before and after. She’s very gentle with my teeth and I never feel like she’s rushing or doing the work half-heartedly. Her entire staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. She does get booked up pretty far in advance which is to be expected because she’s so popular. The office is small but cozy and clean. They have TVs with Netflix so you won’t have to be bored out of your mind while waiting in the chair.

I have been going to Dr Hannah for a few years now and she has always been thorough, kind and transparent with what can or cannot be done, all of which I value. Her support staff is wonderful and friendly and Rudy at the front desk always goes through great lengths to explain the work that is needed and best price recommendations. Overall they are all professional, friendly and make the experience seamless.

I have an irrational fear of dentist and had recently visited a dentist who confirmed my fears UNTIL I found Bayside Dental – gentle, caring, involved, patient and great dental exam and deep cleaning.  For me, TRUST is the primary goal, and this office can be trusted to do what they say they are going to do in the manner that puts the patient at the forefront.  I can’t remember being in a dental office where I felt such confidence in my dental care.  I highly recommend this group.

Checking the place out Looking for a dentist who works on sensitive teeth and he sounds like he might be the one! Staff very personable. Beautiful location at Prospect & PCH – easy to find and easy in and out. I take these reviews seriously, but honestly, I question why one would not have asked the dentist to show he cavities especially if one feels they have perfect teeth. I find it very hard to believe that a dentist created a cavity. I would say the cleaning uncovered the cavity, per chance. 🙂 I discovered this place b/c I received a coupon mailer flyer in the mail – the large, lamented one we get here in the South Bay.

Dr. Hannah is AWESOME! Explains the entire procedure thoroughly and is always cautious when she’s doing her work. I was nervous when I went in due to bad experiences with other dentists in the past. Glad I found her clinic and im also very happy that they accept my insurance. Again thank you Dr. Hannah and the entire staff they are always very pleasant, sweet and accommodating.

I was looking for a new dentist, and sampled a number of dentists in the Southbay. I came away disappointed. Thankfully, a friend recommended Dr. Hannah Ehrenreich. Dr. Ehrenreich and her staff are friendly and professional, and I received a thorough examination and evaluation. Lupe, the dental hygienist, did a terrific job of cleaning my teeth, and also gave me some excellent suggestions for maintaining them. Rudy, the office manager, was very helpful in reviewing my bill, which was very reasonable. In summary, I am a very satisfied patient and I highly recommend Dr. Ehrenreich.

Dr. Hannah is one of the best in her field and absolutely amazing as is her staff.  That said, can I please have someone from the office contact me because the phone system appears to be offline and my message request for my records have not been answered.   I have moved out of state and need a copy of my records for my dental support in the new location.   Thank you Dr. Hannah for this consideration.

I’ve struggled for many years to find a good, compassionate dentist. My teeth aren’t the best, and they’ve required a good amount of work over the years. There have been dentists who have tried to sell me on all kinds of expensive procedures, and have been rude, but Bayside is NOT one of those. Dr. Hannah and her staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped to decide the best course of treatment, they got to work and did an excellent job. I went for two rounds of deep cleaning, and it was the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a dental office– and deep cleaning is not always fun. The use of the laser deep clean was so much gentler than traditional scraping, and the results for my teeth and gums were amazing. True professionals all around, and they all were very caring, attentive and transparent about costs and procedures. I *absolutely* cannot recommend Dr. Hannah enough!

I moved to the area a few years ago and found Dr. Hannah and her team, by chance, in between Handels Ice Cream and Elite Dry Cleaners.  Because my dentist, whom I’d been seeing for 35 years, was an hour away after I moved, I tried Dr. Hannah for a check-up/teeth cleaning visit.  I’ve been a loyal customer ever since.  She, and her Team, are terrific.

Today I had a pleasure meeting Dr Hannah and her team. Even though my meeting wasn’t related to treatment, I paid attention to how attentive and caring the stuff is with all their patients. Really pleasant, family like atmosphere made even the most apprehensive patients feel relaxed.

Dr. Hannah was so nice and gentle –  didn’t feel absolutely any pain during my procedure. Liz (dental assistant) made me feel very comfortable right away. Rudy, front desk manager was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. Polly

Absolutely wonderful! They were able to squeeze me in within 20 minutes! Very friendly and kind staff. They even have Netflix and Hulu to watch in between seeing the hygienist and the dentist (even though the wait wasn’t long!) Rudy, the receptionist is outstanding! Dr. Hannah also works well with your budget, payment plans and what needs to be done by priority! Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist or anyone looking to switch!

I never  write reviews for any place, no matter how pleased I am (or not) with the service/s. At Bayside Dental, however, I have had such great service, that I needed to comment. The office is always clean, neat, and inviting. The staff, including Liz, Dr. Hannah, Lupe, and Rudy, are cordial,  welcoming, and professional. They all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The materials they use in their office are high quality and look great. I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience has been. I look forward to visiting again (which is something I have NEVER said about any place before, let alone a dentist!).

I am originally from out of state. My husband and I have been going to the same dentist for over 28 years in Texas. While working here in Cali he cracked a tooth. I had to find a dentist ASAP. Found Bayside Dental on Yelp. While there were not many photos of the place, I decided to go and check the place out before making an appointment. I am a little picky about location and appearance of places I choose to go to for treatment of any kind. After I checked the place out I was happy with the looks of it. I then called and made an appointment and they were able to get my husband in within three days. Rudy was very helpful in setting up an appointment due to the fact my husband is working late into the afternoon. The entire staff was very friendly. Dr. Hanna did a great job of explaining to my husband what needed to be done on his tooth. Afterwards my husband bragged on how good she was I decided to make an appointment. Like I said we have used the same dentist back home for 28 years. After examining my teeth Dr. Hanna found a problem with one of them which my other dentist did not see. I have never had any dental work other than a cleaning which I did faithfully twice a year. Good news was I still did not have cavities at age 53! Not so good was I needed to have a root canal. Even though I was a bit disappointed with the news I was glad she found it so I could get it taken care of. Over the years I have had problems with sensitive areas. It really hurt in those areas when I had my teeth cleaned. She had a couple solutions for that problem which I had never heard of. Well, I was super happy to get that taken care of as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hanna, she is very thorough and professional. So glad I found her!
