What, Great Customer Service” is my first impression. From setting my new patient appt with a timely call back to completing my New Patient Info Online (from my phone). I was texted my Appt details. My Initial visit and 1st treatment plan went Well. Lastly, the Bay View from this 14th floor office is Beautiful. This Tech Savvy Dental Office Ranks with Five Stars, Thank You All for Your Good Care of Me and the Good Vibes.

If you’re looking for a new dentist, or aren’t sure you like your current one, here is the place you want to go! Dr. Canizares is awesome. She is always happy to answer any questions I have, and has a great team she works with. From the receptionist, to the back office, dental assistants (Yocelyn was great), and dental hygienist (Karissa), I always feel like I am important and welcomed. They are always on time…I’ve never had to sit and wait! The view of the bay is amazing, and definitely helps to make me feel more relaxed. Way better than just sitting in a windowless room. While nobody likes to go to the dentist, at least I don’t dread it as much as I have in the past.

I went to BayView Dental because it was in the same place as my former dentist. In fact, I thought it was my former dentist until I got there. The cleaning I got was quite good, but 11 months later, I got billed for some x-rays that were not covered under insurance. Who knew!?! They worked it out with me in a prompt and professional manner. That says a lot about how they run their shop. There are plenty of good dentists in the area and they all say they put their customers first. BayView is one that actually does.

Everyone was very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and cared about me. They were also professional and did an excellent job, taking care of my teeth. The best dental care that I have ever had. I recommend others to BayView Dental.

Nobody likes going to the dentist. I have to say that I really don’t mind… My hygienist is so great! I have sensitive gums but she never hurts me & I get a thorough cleaning. The dentist is also very thorough and gentle. I highly recommend BayView Dental. The entire staff is professional and welcoming!

This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. They were very fast in verifying my insurance and getting me an appointment as quickly as possible. Dr. Carina was very kind and personable and did a few fillings on me. I did not feel a thing! I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!

This place is a night/day experience from my former dentist. The entire staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The staff and dentist office is organized and efficient. The dental assistant made me feel welcomed and was extremely patient. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind, and provided a wealth of information. The entire dental planning was very collaborative. It is nice to be viewed and treated like a person. I would recommend this to anyone. The location is terrific and the view from the office through the windows is an added bonus. Thank you guys for restoring my faith in dentists.

I moved here from Boston so I needed a dentist close by to my apartment and this is a great location in DTSP. I was able to bike here in 5 mins. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. As a new patient, you have to make 2 separate appointments – first one is an exam and X-ray and then you have to come back for the actual cleaning. I wasn’t aware of this because it was never communicated to me so that was the only thing I was a bit surprised by since I’ve never heard of any other facility doing this. Regardless, it is a great place to get my teeth cleaned and the location is so convenient.

While eating a milk dud I pulled out a crown. I don’t currently have a dentist, and found BayView through my insurance. They were able to see me in two days, and had no trouble getting me rescheduled. They took me in exactly on time. To top it off, I really couldn’t fee when Dr. Canizares gave me the Novocaine shots. Gabby did a great job of making me feel comfortable, letting me know where we were with timing, and answering all of my questions. While not many (any?) people like going to the dentist, I am almost looking forward to my return visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They doctor was thorough and discussed what she was doing every step of the visit. I appreciate how efficient and nice everyone was, and the finances were clearly explained and approved before proceeding. I am very happy with this dentist and the entire office.

Ideal dentist experience. Dr. Canizares and her staff were very welcoming, friendly, and thorough. They took the time to get to know me and make sure I felt comfortable. I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy any devices or toothbrushes like a lot of other dentists. The view from the appointment chair was pretty awesome, as well. Their office looks out over the bay in downtown St Pete. I’ve definitely found my new dentist in the area.

The visit to this dental office was the best experience I’ve ever had; this place is awesome. From the time I got there interacting with staff was great. Gabriella “Gabby” is a true treasure to the office, sweet, caring and most of all, a staunch professional who does a great job. Dr. Carina Canizares was amazing and is truly passionate about the care and attention given to her patients. Karissa the hygienist was phenomenal, thorough and gentle, she truly is an expert in her craft. This office is just amazing, I didn’t realize that the level of professional dentistry care and service that I received along with the overall office ambiance I’ve experienced in the past at other places was sub-par until my visit to this office. I can’t stop raving about the quality of service and the great people that work in this office. If you want to experience dental service that’s in another stratosphere pick this office.
