I rarely leave reviews but I have to when it comes to Bayview Pediatric, they are phenomenal! The staff are all so kind and welcoming. Dr. Stephanie is amazing! My son and daughter look forward to going- which is crazy for my 4 year old! She is so patient, caring and knowledgeable of the best and safest treatments. They take every precaution to make sure everyone is safe during this pandemic. I can’t recommend them enough.

I am writing this because I am so relieved after speaking with my daughters dentist, Dr. Stephanie! I was concerned about a issue with my daughters teeth and Dr. Stephanie returned my call promptly and relieved my concerns. I’m so thankful to have a great doctor on call during these stressful times. Bayview is truly a great dental office with amazing doctors that really care! We took our 2 year old daughter to see Dr. Stephanie at Bayview Pediatric dental group and couldn’t be more pleased! The office was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Plenty of toys, a big fish tank and even iPads for the kids! All the staff were super helpful and friendly! Dr. Stephanie was awesome with our daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Dr. Stephanie has great bedside manner and is great with kids! The doctor spent extra time with us for teaching and answering questions. We will definitely be bringing our daughter back here in the future! My daughter got a cute pair of sunglasses and a toy for being a good patient I highly recommend Bayview pediatric dental group! Update: My almost 3 year old just finished with her 3rd check-up with Dr Stephanie and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Stephanie is always so great with my kiddo and very patient! We were seen on-time, which is always appreciated! My little girl just loves getting her teeth cleaned by Dr. Stephanie!! The office is immaculate as always and the staff was professional. My daughter also enjoys Nemo in the fish tank in the waiting area. Looking forward to our next visit in 6 months!

HOW HAVE I NOT WRITTEN A REVIEW?!!? Oh yea, motherhood. Here’s my review before the world ended (pre COVID): Dr. Stephanie is AHHMAZING. She is kind, gentle, smart, caring and patient with my two little beasts, I mean, daughters. If she can get a 3yr old to sit still during a filling and still get a hug at the end of the visit, you know she’s got magical hands! First, The front office staff is superb. I work in the medical field and know how difficult it is to deal with insurance companies, but her staff is always upfront about billing and co-payments/deductibles. The back office staff and hygienist are professional and efficient, which is key for pediatric patients who have zero patience. Second, the office. THE OFFICE. It’s beautiful. Parking is easy. The coffee is delicious. The fish tank is mesmerizing. The kid’s entertainment is epic. Some days the kids just want to hang out even past their appointment time! And last, but not least, Dr. Stephanie is such a superb dentist. She takes her time, as a mother she understands how to speak to kids, she is cautious but not overly worried, she has a calming voice but enough energy to entertain your kid during their appointment while doing a detailed dental check up. My post apocalyptic review (post COVID): At first I was hesitant about seeing a dentist during these unknown times. But because my little one has hypoplasia I am diligent about our every 6mo check ups. Again, Bayview WOWs me. From their contactless paper work (texted to you prior to your arrival), to the thermometer being placed not on the counter, but INSIDE a sealed container to deter germs, the staff is safely masked and gowned up. The equipment are all covered and protected, there are HEPA filters to sanitize and provide continuous air flow…I mean, I can go on and on. I would feel 100% confident eating a full meal picnic style on the floor. Is that weird? Probably. BUT THATS HOW CLEAN IT IS! And the best of the best– ready? They still give little treats and prizes to the kids in pre packaged individual baggies!!!!!!!!!! Insert tears of joy. Isn’t that the sweetest?! The girls felt so special, and nowadays when the answer is always “no, sorry it’s closed” or “birthday parties don’t exist right now”… lol… it’s so sweet that the office went that extra step to make the kids still feel special and have a sense of normalcy. Sigh. Ok, look no further. Sorry this is long. I am passionate about good dentistry. Goodnight.

I have been taking my now 3 1/2 year old daughter to Bayview since they opened. My daughter loves Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Tera! They are amazing with children and both are surperb dentists! They provide amazing care and are great at what they do! The staff is friendly and professional. The office is immaculately clean! I wish they would let mommy’s been seen here! My daughter looks forward to seeing Nemo and Dory in the fish tank and getting a special prize at the end!

This is such a great practice! The staff are phenomenal with kids and sincerely caring. My son got so nervous a couple times when we tried to complete a procedure, they stopped and postponed it for us at no charge. They actually care more about the patients having a positive experience than making immediate money. I really appreciate their approach and sensitivity towards my child. Thank you!!!

We had the best experience at Bayview with Dr. Stephanie and staff. This was my daughters first dental apt at 20months. The office was clean and tailored to maximize our children’s experience. Everyone was so kind and engaged in our apt. Dr. Stephanie walked us through everything and was very detailed on our daughters healthcare. I truly was blown away about our experience, they are dialed in with professionalism and we highly recommend Bayview.

Highly recommend this dental office for little ones. – Check in process made easy with a great waiting area full of toys – Front Desk staff was helpful, professional and friendly – Dr Tera and her assistant were absolutely incredible. Visit started with child being given a plush toy and a toothbrush to help brush the dragon’s teeth! Such a great way to go over tooth brushing They explained every tool and let my child examine it before they used it. They listened to my child’s comments, concerns and adapted accordingly. For example, my child was not a fan of the rinsing process, so they used a damp cloth to remove the toothpaste the second time they did it. They provided constant reinforcement and encouragement. Dr sat down with me to go over exam and recommendations for my child and her needs. They gave my child a balloon at the end of the appointment which made her day!

Dr. Stephanie(love her!!!!), her dental assistant and Julie at the front desk are more than accommodating!! Dr. Stephanie is very informative, transparent, smart, friendly, genuine, and just a good dentist.  She took the time out to sit with me and explain in detail everything that my child should be doing and what will be the best results for his teeth and gums, also may I add she educated me on brushing that I was not told before that now I can apply to myself. Just overall a great experience and a beautiful office, great location free parking too!!!!!
Best dentist for your child.

Dr Stephanie is wonderful and is my three year old daughter’s new dentist. I appreciated the nutritional and habit counseling after the cleaning. The office is nice and clean, and staff friendly and efficient. Their work felt much more like the real deal than the previous visits my daughter had in terms of scope and depth. I was used to seeing my daughter done in 10-15 min but it was much longer here. I think my daughter was slightly intimidated but it helped she’d been to the dentist before. My daughter was happy with the gifts she received and played in the front area before going home. We will definitely go back for the next visit.

I cannot even begin to express how much we truly LOVE Dr Stephanie Onwuegbusi.  We previously had bad luck with another local pediatric dentist which made trusting another dentist with my children very difficult. Dr Stephanie immediately put my worries at ease. Upon entering her staff was so welcoming, they made me and my kids feel so comfortable. The dental hygienists were super kind and patient with ALL of my kids. Dr Stephanie walked each of my kids through a thorough demonstration on how to properly brush and floss, educating not only them but me as well. I cannot say enough about this place. As we were leaving my 10 year old who is extremely picky said that this was by far the BEST dental experience he had ever had. Coming from him that is HUGE!  We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great first visit with dr Stephanie. She is amazing with kids. Her staff is very welcoming as well. My 5 yr old is always looking forward to his dental visits. Dr Stephanie makes it so easy and fun for the kids. I cannot thank her enough for being such a great dentist for my kids. I would highly recommend her and the office.
