My family and I moved to Huntington Beach. I was struggling to find a dentist. I told my husband about my bad experiences with other dentists. He mentioned he used to come to this office when he lived in Huntington Beach before we got married. “why don’t you give it a try?” My husband said. I scheduled an appointment. My husband had been a patient of Dr. Gordon for about 20 years. My son and I had been patients for about a year and a half. We always have a great experience with all the staff (Dr. Gordon, partner dentist, Valerie, Cece, Leslie, and Araceli). All of them are honest, professional, patient, respectful, and genuine. They actually take the time to take care of us and to attend to our needs.

Dr. Gordon is truly a master of his art! He was able to treat my dental issues in a way that two other dentists said it is impossible. In the process, he saved two wisdom teeth from extraction. Over a course of 2 weeks, he worked on 7 teeth, all with great results. I had my deep cleaning done at his office also. A co-worker who deals with dentists all day long (he is in the endodontics supply business) recommended Dr. Gordon to me. He said that he would not trust his family’s teeth to anyone else. Based on my experience I will not trust my family’s teeth to anyone else either. Dr. Gordon has a great personality and is very easy to talk and discuss dental issues with. I can’t say the same about the two other dentists that I saw prior to him. He has a great staff both in the front office and the assistants in the back. I can wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Dr. Gordon as a dentist who is an expert in his field, keeping pace with the latest developments in dentistry and constantly perfecting his skills for better service of his patients. (…) I had some bad dental work while out of state for a few years during college. When I came back I needed a lot of repair work as the other dentist didn’t seal his work and every filling either fell out or trapped junk and grew cavities under the filling. When I came to Dr. Gordon he gave me an action plan that tackled the problems as needed so I wasn’t overwhelmed with the cost of saving my teeth. One cavity was so deep he thought it might need a root canal, especially since it was bothering me. I asked if he could try a filling first to save the cost of a root canal and crown and he obliged me. He was so careful and shaved away the decay without hitting the root. He warned me that it was a temporary fix and might not even work. He called me the next day to check on my pain. No pain, no problem and that was probably 7-8 years ago. His skill saved me a root canal, I’m certain of that. Do yourself a favor and come here. This office is honest, won’t try to upsell you services you don’t need, and cares about your dental health more than getting your money.

This is a fantastic Dental Office!!!! Dr. Gordon is an absolute pro, and actually does his dentistry under a microscope so he can see in crazy detail. Leslie, Cece and Valarie are the nicest people you will ever meet. I couldn’t recommend this dental office more, and it will be my dental home forever.

Dr. R. Michael Gordon is a wonderful DDS. He takes the time to handle one’s case perfectly. He makes sure the patient is pain-free and comfortable. One is not rushed for the specific appointment nor does one have to wait for hours to see him. He carefully performs all procedures meticulously. He is easy to converse with and will answer any concerns and questions. We highly recommend him.

I’ve been a patient for 20 years and always found dr. Gordon and his staff to be friendly and professional. The extra care and concern for me led me to suggest Dr. Gordon to my family and friends.
