From the moment I walked into the office I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience. Sharon the treatment coordinator was very detailed in explaining all of our treatment options as well as payment plans. They are one of the few providers in the area that still use Tricare in-network which is HUGE! It’s so simple to find a payment schedule that fits you! I was able to pick my down payment, how much I could pay a month, and they made it happen! We had a 4:00 appointment for just a simple consult and an hour later my daughter walked out of there with braces! It was unreal. Fast forward to the next day and I had some questions about the payment plan. I called Sharon and she was unable to see my contract, so she FaceTimed me right then and there so we could compare screens! But it gets even better! One of my daughters bands came loose and I had a hard time putting it back on. Dr. Behl FaceTimed me at 8:00pm from his HOME to help me! And when we still couldn’t get it he told me to stop by the next day to his other office after work, even though it would’ve been after hours. They also provide the kids with a really cool rewards program for good grades, good brushing, no breakage,etc. I work in the medical field and I have NEVER come across a practice that goes so far above and beyond to make you feel like you’re they’re #1 patient. I just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Behl and his staff.

They are fast and very friendly!!!! They have the latest technology and inform you of what they are doing on every procedure. They are very clean and the lobby is very comfortable. The lobby has Starbucks coffee and hot cocoa as well as water and sodas. The office staff are very helpful and coordinated!! They remind you of appointments with cards as well as emails. They also call! The financial adviser makes gettings plans so affordable! She will break everything down for you. She is also very friendly! Dr. Behl is amazing! He comes out in the lobby and greets everyone and talks to you personally about your procedures and the next steps to take, his assistants do as well!! Overall this business is wonderful and you won’t regret taking your family there for any orthodontic care!!!!

My treatment initially began in August 2018 and as I am nearing the end, I can honestly say that Behl Orthodontics has consistently provided exceptional customer service and professionalism. I was skeptical about randomly selecting an orthodontist but being a patient at Behl Orthodontics was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!!! I am beyond satisfied with my progress thus far and am looking forward to finishing strong! I would recommend Behl Orthodontics 10 times out of 10!!!!

The atmosphere was great! Dr. Behl is hilarious , the ladies in the office knew there stuff and was full of excitement. They got to know me and did not just worry about my mouth. Anna is who placed my braces on she was great as well. She cracked jokes and was quick, I made sure my next appointment was with her.

I’ve been a patient here for years. I was recommended by a few family member and I will recommend my other family and friends to them. I love their staff . Their receptionist Dana and Amanda at Chesapeake are very friendly. I especially love Grace. She’s very gentle and informed me about every steps. I love how she cares and ask me if I was comfortable most of the time. Thank you Behl orthodontics!

My son got braces through Behl Orthodontics a few years ago, and now it’s my daughter’s turn! We have had nothing but good experiences with the Behl Orthodontics team! The staff is friendly and attentive and they always put my kids at ease and even make them laugh (which isn’t easy with teens!). I would highly recommend Behl Orthodontics to family and friends!

I have a million great things to say, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. This entire team is supportive and informative. My whole experience has been great. The only con is that the treatment is very pricey, but it’s because I don’t have insurance. I had my appointment this morning at 8am, and my exam and braces were done in the same day. Natalie took her time, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

Always professional and friendly. From the initial consult to the very end, we appreciate Dr. Behl and the staff in this office. Thank you! Update: had to come back in for a repair to my daughter’s bridge. Dr. Behl and his staff continue as always to be caring and kind and patient. My daughter commented that the tech who took care of her stayed and talked to her while waiting for me to come into the office and talk to Dr. Behl. She is very reserved, and this made her feel very comfortable and important, not just another kid in the chair. Thank you!

I took my daughter here for a consult,but my appt was at 2pm. They let me come in hour and half early. We had a consult with Sharon. She explain everything for us in detail. She also found a great payment that was great for me. She explained everything great and was very professional. She told me that they could get the braces put on the same day! The down payment and monthly payments were way lower then any other place that I checked. Fast forward to 4:00 and braces are in. The staff was AMAZING and Dr. Beal was awesome. The staff made us feel at home and I would recommend anyone looking for braces to come here!!!
