I highly recommend Dr. Li-Cavallo! I had a cleaning and x-rays taken. She and her receptionist were very friendly and professional. Dr. Li-Cavallo was very thorough, and it was the least painful cleaning I think I’ve ever had! She even took the time to explain my x-rays to me. I will definitely go to her from now on!

Dr. Li truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. You are not just a faceless number or stranger here as she and all of her staff are super friendly. She looks out for you financially as well and helps you make informed decisions regarding insurance/billing. I have had routine cleanings and Invisalign done at Bella Dental with excellent results.

I am a non-resident person who lives outside the United States in Oman. I am registering specifically on Yelp to provide this review because I had such outstanding treatment from Dr. Li-Cavallo. During my vacation in the U.S. my tooth cracked while having a delicious meal at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Up-State New York. On the prompting of good reviews from the Internet, I travelled all the way to China Town for an appointment with the Bella Dental and their Dentist, Dr. Li-Cavallo. I wasn’t disappointed. I am one who is really scared of dentists and has great anxiety. However, Dr Li-Cavallo made me very relaxed as she repaired the cracked tooth. Moreover, she did not use any needles with the anaesthetic, which I was thankful for. I was very happy with the service which was very affordable. I am so sad that I live outside the United States. But, if I have to do any major dental operation in the future, I will make sure I make a special trip and appointment to see Dr. Li-Cavallo. Thanks, Dr. Li-Cavallo!!!

There are surely many great dentists in New York City -but there is only one Dr. Li. Does anybody like going to the dentist? Dr. Li will change that. Yes there maybe times of discomfort, novocaine, needles and drilling, but with Dr. Li it seems less painful, why? because she is a real joy to be around. She makes you feel comfortable. She shows personal interest. She makes you feel at ease. She is gentle but yet very thorough with her work. She is constantly taking classes to keep up with industry standards, new techniques and products. She has a very kind staff. She’s not only a great physician but will become a good friend. My wife and I have been clients for over 5 years and are happy that she and her family are here in New York trying hard to keep all our smiles bright. Xiè xie Dr. Wen-Li and the Bella Dental team!

This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to! Dr. Li is super friendly and professional! The whole staff is friendly too and make you feel comfortable during your whole visit! By the way me and my Dad make special trip from Midland Park New Jersey to her office and all worth it. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!

Probably one of the best dentists I’ve been to hands down. During my most recent visit, Dr. Li-Cavallo did her best to avoid a procedure I was a little adverse to and her patience and excellent work paid off! She really listens to her patients and is super considerate of what they’re hoping to accomplish in visiting her. She’s a great conversationalist and very personable so if going to the dentist makes you nervous her excellent bedside manner should help calm some of those worries. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the work I’ve had done so far. When my process is completed I’m definitely coming here for my general cleanings and checkups. Less I forget, her staff is amazing.

if anyone is more afraid of the dentist, its me. Dr. Li Cavallo is an amazing Dentist. I was petrified to come in for my appointment, but when I got there the entire staff was so warm and friendly, I felt like I had a whole support team there with me. I’ve had really bad experiences with the Dentist and try to push off my routine visits. This was my least painful dental experience ever. Her bedside manner is awesome!! everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. She actually cares about her patients! I will be following her where ever she goes, She is the best dentist you can ever have!!

Dr. Li and her staff are phenomenal. Every visit feels very welcoming and I leave looking forward to a next appointment. First the staff preps the tools and chair. They’re all so friendly and ensures you’re comfortable for the session. Next, Dr. Li comes and states what will be done plus handles any final preparations. For example, first time I went, super sensitive gums and had numbing gel applied. Second visit onwards, she makes sure to apply ample numbing gel before a cleaning procedure. Exceptional care taking and very much appreciated. After a session, she explains what’s improved and what needs to improve for dental health. Perhaps an updated x-ray review, if applicable. Last but not least, creating an appointment at the front desk before leaving. Additionally, a very valued factor, all my appointment times rarely require waiting. If so, I hardly roll past an additional 10 minutes in waiting time. They make certain patients are seen on time. A super big plus if you experienced long waits at clinics (don’t deny, in NYC that’s standard!)

Dr. Li-Cavallo and staff are the most attentive, thorough and caring dental health care providers in New York City! I was worried after a few years of going to average or below average dentists in the city that there aren’t any dentists that care much anymore. Good thing I found her. She’s at a super convenient location in lower Manhattan and I get the best dental care now. Woot!

I first came to Dr. Wen 4 years ago and she’s been my dentist ever since. Before that I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years and felt both ashamed and terrified. I sobbed uncontrollably in her waiting room because I have a major phobia of the dentist that just completely takes over. Dr. Wen and everyone on her team sat with me and shared their fears and phobias until I calmed down and felt more at ease. They were so dedicated to making me feel comfortable!! She also told me that I should never feel ashamed and that I made a big step even coming in to her office. Now at every visit, she reminds me of the amazing progress I’ve made and that my teeth have gotten so much better!! Which is music to my ears being someone who has such a fear. Dr. Wen never rushes and always takes the time to chat with me (and all her patients) explaining in detail everything she’s doing and making me feel calm and at ease. She’s so talkative and I love it so much because you literally forget you’re at the doctor! She’s funny, warm, so caring, and an excellent dentist!! I cannot recommend her enough. If you have any sort of phobias around this kind of stuff, do yourself a favor and go see her! I always have issues with my teeth, from fillings to root canals, you name it. But I know I’m in the best hands with Dr. Wen – she’s truly like an angel on earth. She will make you feel calm and comfortable and well taken care of. You may even forget you’re at the dentist!
