Can’t say enough great things about Bella Smiles.  Both doctors and the staff try their best to accommodate all of their patients.  The entire staff is knowledgeable, articulate and have extreme pride in their work. They have the latest equipment and the place is extremely clean and organized.  Thanks guys for making one of life’s worst necessities actually not so bad lol.

Having just moved to town and I was quite nervous about leaving my old great dentist and the prospect of finding a new one. I am SO happy I came to this place. From the front desk, to the Dental Hygienist, all the way through to the Dentist himself, everyone is friendly, professional, and extremely comforting knowing how to diagnose my current situation and the preventive measures or practices that are available to keep my teeth healthy and feeling good. I have absolutely no issue in recommending Bella Smiles and I will continue to go here for all my dental work.

I had been thinking about invisalign for years and never really felt comfortable with moving forward with it until I came into Bella Smiles. Finding a solid cosmetic dentist in Vegas has also been tough, but Dr. Chow is clearly that. Throughout the process he’s made me feel super comfortable, and has been very gentle with my smile makeover (and it was quite a makeover). I ended up going with the invisalign treatment and veneers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to all the above, the office is swanky and the front office girls are cute and friendly. Thanks Bella Smiles, appreciate the new smile 🙂

I’ve had several dentists in the past, and won’t go anywhere else other than Bella Smiles. Pay them a visit and you’ll see why. Outstanding customer service, quality work, and an overall fun environment to be in. I never really look forward to dentist visits, but now it’s like I’m going to see a group of friends (and make my teeth look amazing while doing it) hands down the best dentistry office in Las Vegas

I hate dentists because they are always telling me what I am doing wrong. My aunt, Katie, has been doing my teeth for 2 years now. She has convinced me to take better care of my teeth by explaining the importance of them, and scaring me about what will happen if I don’t. The dentists are cool there too. But I haven’t needed them for cavities because Katie makes sure I don’t get them. haha (Hayden, 13)

This is not your typical dental visit where you have to cringe your teeth with agony. This may have been the first time at the dental office where I felt an extreme warm sense of welcoming and friendliness. The hygienist that worked on my teeth had the gentlest hands. Oppose to contrary beliefs she made my experience very comforting by reassuring me that I was in good hands. I was also extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The equipment used in this facility is state of the art. My compliment goes to Alyssa whom I believe is the manager there. She personalized the service by enquiring all the important information directly towards me. Her professionalism is extremely delightful and her attitude spoke volumes in passion for the company. I would recommend this office to any of my close families and friends. Thank you for making my experience rather enjoyable.

Love Bella Smiles! They’re an absolutely amazing office. From the incredible front desk employees to the sensational doctors, everyone here is very professional and they are very caring about EVERY patient. All the staff were very friendly and helped me out tremendously. Can’t say enough about Bella Smiles! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office!

The people are very nice! Front desk is very sweet! Just go in there knowing what you need to get done and don’t waste time. Have your teeth clean, there’s pain on a certain side, whatever. I had 3 procedures (minor) and all turned out great. One of the front desk was nice enough to offer to check up on a retro–thing because my insurance was late to pay for their portion of the procedure. I’ve had Dr. Casey Chow my first 4 visits. One in 2017 and 3 in 2018. I believe there were three this year. He’s a very nice guy, always visits his patients and shakes their hand to see how they’re doing. That’s a good doctor. Very personable and very nice and respectful. You can talk to him about anything and he is very patient. Just don’t be late or he’ll kind of put you on the back burner, but is it his fault you were tardy for your appointment? I really like coming here. It’s close to where I live, but the most important thing is that the staff is very nice, competent, and the place is very clean and nice too. I’ve been to a dentist office prior to Bella and it was nice and clean too, but the advice from the dentist was…..disturbing. Dr. Chow tries to have empathy for your concerns. One of the things I almost forgot to mention was Dr. Chow’s way of working with patients. Dr. Chow was going to do an inspection on one of my right molars. He said if it’s REALLY deep, we’d have to do a root canal and crown. He checked and said, “It’s close to being unsalvageable, but we can make something happen, I think we’ll be ok”. He was able to fill it with porcelain and said that that was what he was hoping for instead of doing a root canal and crown because it would have costed me a lot and because he was hoping to start with a small procedure if he could and then go big, if he had to, RATHER THAN go big and ignore the small part. I like people who don’t believe in unnecessary costs. The last thing I think he wanted was to nickel and dime his patient and I think Dr. Chow is very against nickel and dime’ing because no one likes that. My previous dentist would recommend all things big first as far as procedures go. Dr. Chow tries to go with the lowest cost treatment for you to preserve and restore your teeth’s health and your wallet. That is the one big thing I like a lot about Dr. Chow-minimizing unnecessary costs to your teeth and your wallet, if he can help it. Like I said earlier, “Don’t go in there as a bullshitter”. If you need to get your teeth cleaned and there’s no discoloration or pain in your mouth, they’ll take care of you. Make sure you have insurance and ask what it is you’ll be responsible for so that way you know what is going on. That’s what I do, and the front desk are always keen in finding your answers. When I understood what he was saying about my right molar, as far as if we can salvage it and it can stay as healthy if it can be preserved, I knew right then and there that I wanted Bella to be the place to get my teeth cleaned and serviced. Btw, of all their procedures, I’ve not had any issues. No pain, no nothing. Awesome place! Plus, free wifi while you wait! 🙂

I’ve been going to Bella Smiles for about two years now. By the time I made an appointment, it had been about two years since I had seen a dentist. Alyssa at the front desk is always helpful and always has a smile on her face! My first appointment was with Dr. Chawla for a cleaning. Since it had been two years, I unfortunately developed a cavity. I get anxious with any dental work, as I’ve had quite a bit done, but Dr. Chawla and his technicians were great! They recommended I come back for my next cleaning in 3 months instead of 6 and I agreed. About a year after my initial visit, I was seen by Dr Casey Chow and we discussed replacing my veneers as cavities started forming behind my front two teeth. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He explained the benefits of replacing them and what he would do differently, as well as suggesting doing the front 6 teeth instead of 4. He wasn’t pushy about it at all! I decided to go with the 6 but was anxious about the pain. Dr. Casey and his techs were great through the appointments. Always making sure I wasn’t in pain or discomfort. It has been almost a year since I got my veneers and I couldn’t be more happy! I get compliments all the time on them! I definitely recommend Dr. Casey and his team!

After years of doing my research on various dentists in Vegas and going to endless consultations, I decided to go to Dr. Casey at Bella Smiles for my veneers. Beyond delivering amazing results, the Bella Smiles staff is extremely professional and freindly. I felt apart of the process the entire time and the staff took the extra step to make sure I was comfortable during treatment. I am absoultely ecstatic with the results I received!! If you are looking for an incredible smile, make an appointment to see Dr. Casey. You will not regret it! I have received nothing but constant compliments from friends, coworkers, and strangers on my smile. My veneers look completely natural! My friends and coworkers kept telling me how great I looked, but they couldn’t figure out what I had done. I had to actually point out that I had dental work done. I wish I had found Dr. Casey sooner!
