i have a new dentist! I have had a tremendous amount of unpleasant dental work over the years & had gone off the grid, so to speak, after another dental group in Bartlett messed up 2 crowns & had to redo them & put me thru the agony twice. Add that this other group kept telling me what a big tongue I had, making me feel like a freak. Dr. Mefford & his staff were awesome–they treated me like I owned the place, a true wow experience. He explained everything to me as he worked so I would know what to expect. Plus I left in one visit with my new crowns!

It was a very good experience. Dr. Mefford took his time since day one to explain my procedure on Invisalign. After that Kristie on my next appointments would always be so kind to answer my questions. Let’s not forget Haley she is awesome always giving her best suggestions and sharing her previous experiences with Invisalign so makes me feel more comfortable having someone that relates to what I talk about when I have any questions about it. Missy is the receptionist she is such a lovely person everyone in there are very knowledgeable. Prices are really affordable without insurance. Very friendly from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out the door. I say they are the best in Memphis. As of now I am finishing up my Invisalign process and I will be coming back for my cleaning or any other that you guys can do for me! I always recommend everyone to come see y’all! You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family was so happy that we found Dr Mefford! He is a truly amazing person with such compassion. His staff is so kind and professional and have always given us the attention we needed. I would like to say it is just us but they treat everyone with the same compassion. I can not say enough good things about their practice, but truly appreciate everything he has done for us. Clayton-Mefford-Dental is an amazing dental office. State of the art facility and they are members of the American Dental Association. They have huge flat screen televisions that show you a diagram of your teeth. If this is not enough, get your fix of television while getting your teeth cleaned. They branched out from Appling Dental and now have an office in Germantown. In my past ten years of visiting their practice, I have had great oral care! In my past experience visiting other dental offices, I was told I needed work done that did not necessarily need to be done it was a way to charge me more. At Clayton-Mefford-Dental they genuinely want to take care of you as a patient. If you are not insured they have a special for teeth cleaning only $39.00. It ends the end of October so come in soon! If you are looking for a new dental office, Clayton-Mefford-Dental is the best dental office in Memphis!

This is by far the best office I have ever been to! Dr Mefford and Dr Dasher are the absolute sweetest. PLUS DR DASHER WILL SING TO YOU DURING TREATMENT!!! His assistant Courtney is also so awesome with keeping me calm. The ladies at the front desk are always so help and Kristin has the answers to any and all of my insurance questions. I will never go anywhere but Appling!

I am more than pleased with my experience! I needed two tooth extractions and was given the option for root canal but it was not pressed on me. they gave me the options and then they listened to my concerns and my financial concerns. They were kind, courteous, told me everything I needed to know up front, the office had a nice feel due to camaraderie amongst the staff. Dr Mefford set me at ease. I would gladly recommend to this office to anyone who might have a phobia of going to the dentist.

I had the most AWESOME experience of Customer Service, her name was Jennifer, she was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH, a great help, very patient and informative, she makes me want to do a commercial about this dental office, I will definitely tell everyone I know in need of a professional dentist with great customer service, this is definitely the place. I am giving Bellano Dental 5 stars. I would give more but that’s the limit. I’ve been a patient for about 13 years. This office is professional and efficient. The staff is friendly and informative. I personally have seen Dr. Mefford, Dr. Clayton, Angie, Kristi, and many more. They are the absolute best. My dental work has been top notch. If you are looking for a family dentist. This is the office for you!!

I was seen there again more recently by Dr. Mefford and I had 6 crowns done at one time. Dr. Mefford is fantastic. Dr. Dasher is no longer with Bellano Dental and I chose to see Dr. Mefford since Dr. Dasher left and I am so glad I did. He is gentle, considerate and just an all around great dentist. The staff there is wonderful. Once again Courtney was the dental assistant to work on me along with Haley and I was just so happy. I use to cancel all my appointments before switching to this dental practice. I now don’t dread going to the dentist. Great Practice cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Dasher is an amazing Dentist I recently had two crowns done by him and they are perfect. His assistant Courtney takes her time and is very professional and caring. I recently had a night guard made and another assistant there took care of me and she was so patient and kind as well, Haley and Courtney are two assistants that are definitely assets to this office.

Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Medford is a wonderful dentist that is gentle and easy to talk to. The hygienist that I see there is one of the best, very thorough and knowledgeable. I am picky about who works on my teeth and Bellano Dental is the office I feel is one of the best I have been to.

Alison cleaned my teeth for the first time today and I was very impressed. Normally I Pay for the gas to calm me down and help with the pain but I did not need it this time. 🙂 She was very gentle. I highly recommend her! The girls upfront are very nice and professional, Jennifer is always a pleasure to see and work with. I love this place.

I have used both dentists. I love these people! They are all very nice; nice office as well. The location is very close to I40 between Memphis and Bartlett. I am a big baby so I ask for nitrous oxide even when I am just getting my teeth cleaned; and they don’t have a problem with that! I agree with the other review…they cater to people who are phobic . Dr. Mefford has been my dentist for several years. It had been approx 3-4 years between visits before I saw him. He was kind and non-judgmental. He continues to be a sincere dentist who is extremely intelligent and dedicated to dental health. The whole staff is friendly. The office is VERY clean. My needs and comfort are always the priority. Dr. Mefford and staff are honest; they communicate open and clearly before making any decision. I can say I don’t get excited about a dental visit, but I do get excited about being cared for and made as comfortable as possible by Dr. Mefford and his team.

The staff here is awesome!!! I had some insurance questions that i asked Courtney about and in turn she went and spoke with Christine in the front office about my specific situation. Together they discussed it and looked up some information on the insurance I was considering and got me an answer. These to ladies went above and beyond to assist me and that was greatly appreciated.

Haley was fabulous as a dental hygienist assistant during my check up. She was very professional, kind and courteous. Felicia is a dental hygienist that has a vast knowledge and experience. She demonstrated expert care as she descaled and inspected my teeth. Dr. Mefford is always professional and provides exceptional guidance to the best oral hygiene.

This office has the most pleasant staff I’ve ever encountered anywhere… they are the chick-fil-a of dentist offices. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Moved here from California and needed a new dentist. I visited Here and was extremely satisfied with the service. It can’t get any better than watching sports center while getting your teeth cleaned. I look forward to going to the dentist now. They took care of me and made sure everything was done correctly. This will definitely be my permanent dentist.

I have been going here for several years because it’s a great place. They have always worked me in quickly if I had a tooth that was hurting. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help with any questions. I have seen all the dentists and they are all nice, gentle, never want you to hurt, and they know what they are doing. Bellano Dental has been my dentist office of choice for the past 10 years. Dr. Medford and his staff are awesome to say the least. When I first visited it was for special cosmetic consultation; however after working with them for just a brief time, I decided to leave my former dentist office and work exclusively with Bellano. If you are looking for a great group of people who REALLY care; and do PHENOMENAL work (From the receptionist desk to the dentists)…. this is the place!!

I’ve been going to Bellano forever. Dr. Hastings was my original dentist but he passed away and now I see Dr. Medford and he is wonderful. Most of my family visits this dentistry as well. The doctors, hygienists, and front desk are amazing. My parents are deaf and the staff works so well with them and are very patient. Definitely would recommend this dentistry to anyone and everyone. So if your reading this and need a dentist. I definitely think you should call and set you up an appointment to see Dr. Medford and have him make those teeth perfect for you. Have a great day!

I was referred to Bellano Dental Health in Bartlett.Therefore, it felt as though I was more or less on a dreaded blind date. Meaning, I truly didn’t know what to expect! I had scheduled an appointment for tommorw morning because, I’d experienced a problem with an existing crown. However, this morning while brushing and flossing the crown came completely out, with a resounding bing in my wash basin. A quick back story, I suffer from PDD/AD, commonly referred to as depression with panic attacks and that’s exactly what happened, that is until Missy answered the phone at Bellano. She quickly reassured that everything was going to be okay! She did so by assuring, me that they would work me in, immediately which they did. Upon my arrival, I was greeted in the reception area by Christy. At that very moment, I knew, I wanted a second date. First and foremost, she made me feel welcome,comfortable and calmed all my fears. Simply by speaking with me regarding issues that weren’t relevant to my pain. Meaning, things like thanking me for my military service and my most favorite subject: my six year old grandson. To my surprise this Luke Bryant look alike strolls into room aka (Dr. D.Mefford). He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure to me like I was a six year old…( that’s my way of saying in laymen terms). A hour and a half later with the new crown (no second visit), I’m home relaxing…WOW!! what a GREAT BELLANO EXPERIENCE!!

I have been coming here for about 5 years. Everyone is friendly and thorough. But the primary reason I continue to return is the way Felicia cleans my teeth. She is very gentle, patient and detailed. I’ve been going to a dentist twice a year for nearly 40 years. The way she cleans my teeth is more comfortable and pain free than any other hygienist I have ever had.

Changed Dentist several years ago and came here. The previous dentist I had been with for 2 decades had a staff that had become hateful and militant. Dr. Mefford takes care of the dental issues and gives you a sense of trust. The dental hygienist creates a pleasant and trusting enviroment taking the time to clean the teeth completely and virtually painless. The front desk is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help you understand Insurance and dental costs. So glad I changed Dentist.

Drs. Mefford & Clayton are excellent dentists. I can speak as a patient of Dr. Mefford. He is a fantastic dentist both because he is gifted and because he is compassionate. Every time I go for an appointment, we have a conversation like a real person; not just a patient to get in and out and on to the next one. The dental hygienist I see is very kind, also. She is extremely thorough not just with my exam but also willing to ask about my dental care between appointments. EXTREMELY clean office and procedure area; very organized and everyone seems on top of their game from the front desk to the chair.

Bellano Dental (Bartlett) are very professional and attentive to the care of their patients. I love the way the make every opportunity to see you at your convenience. Everyone in the office are so polite and always have a welcoming smile on their face. I can truly saw that no other Dentistry has ever treated me better than Bellano. My dentist is Dr. Drew Mefford and he is awesome!!!
