Dr. Uparika Sharma is warm and takes time to explain the procedures. This makes me comfortable especially since I have a fear of dentists and hesitant to see a dentist. I had a jaw clicking problem, Dr. Richter and Dr. Sharma took a CT scan in their office and they resolved the problem without expensive surgery. They also did a good work on a filling. They promptly gave me a next day appointment to help. When I came in the office was spotless . Beautiful bright space and very welcoming dental staff all around . Being terrified of the dentist, I have never ever said this before, but I had a very pleasant dental experience with Dr. Uparika Sharma, and this was for a root canal. I had heard that it’s painful procedure but I had very good experience. I had no pain or problems since then. It was an emergency visit, the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The dentists here are the best I have had by far. I have extreme dental anxiety to the point where I ask for topic numbing just for cleaning… and Dr. Baik was nothing but kind and accommodating! She took so much time with me to make sure everything was comfortable and well explained and that I was okay throughout everything. I came here for an invisalign consultation and throughout the process they have been great at getting me in for initial fillings and exams and keeping me up to date on the whole process. Dr. Sharma made a point to come in during my exam to insure I didn’t have any additional pain in my jaw, something I felt was extremely kind and telling of the lengths they go to for their patients! I’d recommend anyone scared to see a dentist because I have no anxiety coming in here at all only excitement to invest more in my dental health!
