I cannot express how impressed I am with this dental office. The receptionist went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find orthodontists within my network. This was not something she had to do, but could see I was emotionally upset about my appointment (not wanting braces again) and took time out of her day to help make my life easier. I have nothing but positive feedback about Belltown Modern and my dentist (Dr. Polillo). Two of my other coworkers have even switched dentists to Belltown. Thank you for the superb service!

Dr. Monacelli is the sweetest most caring dentist ever she’s so gentle and loving, you can truly tell she loves her patients! Dr. P is also a hoot, he’s so fun and energetic and makes sure you’re always satisfied! I highly recommend anyone going to this office, they deeply care about everyone who walks through their door. Jaylyn is also fantastic she always makes sure to confirm my appointments because life gets busy and I often forget. Desaia their OM is the BEST! She’s so helpful with payment arrangements and is always so willing to help. This is the best office I’ve ever been to for my dental needs, thank you so much Belltown for treating me so well!!

Amazing dentist office. Super friendly and young staff, which I liked. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years, they didn’t make me feel bad about it. Took care of the work that needed to be done in a short period of time. Did a whitening treatment for me at the end and I’m obsessed with the results. I’m super happy I found this place. I can’t remember the dentists name, younger guy with a red ponytail. He’s awesome and describes everything that’s going on in full detail without rushing you at all. I’ve never spent so much face to face contact with my dentist. Love!!!

Thank you Belltown Modern Dentistry. We were in Seattle for Thanksgiving and my son had an emergency dental issue. We were not sure what to do however, we walked by your clinic and saw that you accepted walk in’s. The staff was wonderful and welcoming and in no time the exam and treatment were complete. While travelling from Australia I lost part of a tooth. This fabulous practice was able to give me an emergency appointment to have my tooth seen to. Dr Brian Polillo provided amazing service, repaired my tooth which allowed me to continue travelling as planned. From the moment I entered the door of this practice, the service from all staff was 5-star. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has ANY dental problems.

Belltown Modern Dentistry is awesome!!! I had been needing a new dentist and couldn’t be happier to have found BMD. Dr. Polillo was very informative and personable. He made sure I was comfortable during my visit and did a great job with my dental work. He was also very honest and let me know what would be best for my oral hygiene moving forward. The new office is great (I’ve never been to a dentist with cable TV chairside!). The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was by far the best dental experience that I’ve had. I will be back!!

Omg omg omg omg !!!! I have so many awesome things to say about Belltown Modern Dentistry. I wanna say I am not from Seattle and trying to find a Dentist is extremely hard in Seattle. I went to two different low income sliding scale places and I had the worst luck. Long story short if this dentist wouldn’t of worked I would of stopped trying. I need to have a root canal done that was a emergency situation that was infected and needed to be treated. I have other teeth issues but this needed to be addressed first. I had the dentist Brian Polillo and he was amazing. The office staff all extremely nice and broke everything down finically so I could understand the expenses. I was not “left in the dark” they did a amazing job breaking everything down. I do have dental insurance and they explained what was covered. The energy is great in that office from the lady that greeted me in the front to the dental hygienists to the dentist. They all worked as a team to help satisfy my needs to my tooth fixed. I will be referring to others and I highly highly suggest this dentist if you are having issues finding one to meet your dental needs. Keep up the great work ! They also have longer hours for those individuals like myself that work 8-430.

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Polillo and the other staff I’ve worked with at Belltown Modern Dentistry. After I check in here, the staff is always prompt and on-time to call me back to start the cleaning. Dr. Polillo makes sure there is always an opportunity for patients to ask questions or discuss concerns. I’ve also been impressed with the staff’s ability to quickly clarify billing matters. Before getting started with any treatment, they communicate exactly what my insurance will and won’t cover and how much I’ll pay out of pocket. This removes any anxiety about receiving a large unexpected bill after-the-fact. This office clearly cares highly for its patients.

Convenient, Awesome staff, Brand New Office, Modern Equipment, Those are a few touch points; but more specifically the level of service here is so consistent with the level of service I got when i was going to Dr. Pilillo’s office in Lynnwood and that is rare to find when it comes to most businesses.. also Shout out to Ashley who is the office manager she is a Pro through and through; I’ve had scheduling issues due to work on my end in the Lynnwood office and now at the Belltown office and she still makes me feel valued as a customer when i call in to reschedule assuring me they will always make time for me, when im ready. The hygienists and dentist always helped me feel comfortable through the appointment and made sure I understood the status of my oral health and how to keep it up at the end of the appointment. This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Belltown Modern Dentistry for over a year now, and must say I am very impressed with their staff. Dr. Monacelli is amazing, she was able to find out what was bothering my tooth that I’ve had looked at for years and no one else could find the problem. She pays attention to detail and is very patient and kind. Her and Dr. Polillo also placed my wife’s implant and she could not be happier. They made sure she was comfortable and did not hesitate to do things to make her more comfortable. This place is amazing, I highly recommend going here

I came to the dentist for the first time in an embarrassing amount of time, now that I finally have dental insurance. I was afraid the dentist was going to shame me for this, but there was none of that here. The reception staff, technicians, hygienists and dentist were all thoughtful, and obviously cared about their work and about my comfort. I struggled with the initial X-rays, and the tech assisting me worked as fast as she could to minimize my discomfort as much as she could. The dentist was fun, smart, and easy to talk to. He walked me through every action he took and almost even made the experience fun. That’s a very weird thing to say about a dentist’s visit, but it’s true! When I was struggling to figure out how to manage my co-pay, the staff assisted me in accessing a program to help with the bill. I can’t recommend this dentists office highly enough. They really blew me away. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Belltown, downtown or lower Queen Anne area, you should give these guys a try!

I love these dentists. I am what you would call an extremely sensitive patient and they both have gone above and beyond to make both me and my wife (queer friendly business) feel like we can trust them. They are very protective of their patients and extremely empathetic to someone who has a lot of dental trauma.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office!  From the front desk to the back office, everyone is absolutely professional and top notch.  I should mention that I am an RN and super picky when it comes to my healthcare.  Dr. Polillo is positively the best.  He explains everything thoroughly but simply.  He makes sure that you are comfortable and checks throughout the procedure to make sure you are still in good shape in that regard.  His office is spotless and has state of the art equipment.  If you want the best, you have found it!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was in a ridiculous amount of pain for a tooth that needed to be extracted right away. I called at 1:45 and the receptionist had me come in at 3:00. EVERYONE here was caring, professional, and warm. You can tell they are genuinely concerned about their patients. Dr. Polillo was as good as it gets. I had an extremely difficult extraction and he and his assistant Madison took such great care to make me feel at ease comfortable during the procedure. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and the people here. This was an absolutely stellar experience. I’m actually looking forward to my follow up because I know the care will be outstanding.

BMD was absolutely wonderful and turned my awful dental experience at my last doctor into a good one. I am very thankful for the BMD staff who are kind, comforting, and enthusiastic about their work. I came into the office feeling high levels of anxiety thanks to a very bad experience at different dentist earlier in the week. BMD staff took time to get to know me, chat with me, and make me feel comfortable before beginning any work. The doctor and assistants were patient and calm with me when I was concerned about a procedure. The filling process itself was the best I’ve ever experienced thanks to the expertise of the doctors who are skilled both in people and technical skills. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here and will continue to recommend this place to friends.

I recently saw Dr Polillo at Belltown Modern Dentistry, and it was honestly the best experience I have had at the dentist! The whole staff was welcoming and friendly, and the clinic is very clean, well organized and appealing. I appreciated Dr Polillo taking extra time to talk to me about my concerns regarding my dental health and TMJ. He and his staff provided me with a bite block to ease the comfort of my cleaning due to hearing my history of jaw issues and discomfort without me even having to ask, and I left with clean, sparkling teeth and a great experience. I’ll be back for my regular cleanings and checkups for sure! Belltown Modern Dentistry left me with a good taste in my mouth, pun intended! 😉
