I recently started going to Dr. Britt’s practice. The people who work there are professional get friendly. You don’t feel as though you’re being rushed through the visit. When asking questions, Dr. Britt is thorough. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I had two old fillings replaced by Dr. Britt. The procedure was well done; a very positive experience. I highly recommend this practice.

I had my first experience with Britt Dental Practice as an emergency visit. I had been going to another practice after recently relocating to the area. They were not interested in solving my problem. From my initial phone call until I walked out of the appt every person made me feel as if they were concerned about my situation. Dr. Britt spent a good amount of time with me and explained everything to my understanding. He wanted me to see a specialist. His staff immediately scheduled an appt that day. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Britt definitely has a great staff to enhance his skills. He is both very knowledgeable and personable. He has a calming, easy way about him. I was so impressed that everyone spent such a good amount of time with me and I wasn’t a regular patient. I am now!

I have lived in the Triangle area for about ten years and in that time I have had about four different dentists. Of all of them, I have been most impressed with Dr. Britt and his practice. I usually arrive one minute before the appointment time and I’m in the chair in less than five minutes. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and Dr. Britt does great work – both in terms of actual procedures but also providing longer term advice. For instance, he recommended that we pre-emptively pull two of my sons baby teeth to allow the permanent teeth to come in straighter and reduce the odds of needing braces later. One year later, it’s turning out just as he suggested it would. Highly recommended.

Have never loved going to the dentist or to get my teeth cleaned,  but I LOVE going here. Dr Ben Britt is wonderful and Tonya is the best Dental Hygienist. The wait is never long, the service is exceptional and the staff are fabulous!  Who knew going to the dentist office could be so delightful and that I would look forward to it!  Thank you Britt Dental Team!!

My first visit for a cleaning was a joy from beginning to end. Emily, who did my initial x-rays was personable, well-trained and knowledgeable. I was gratified that she was engaging so that the experience was not a cold and unattached technological one. My hygienist, Lauren, was excellent—providing me with a pain-free cleaning. She was thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and, like Emily, very engaging. Both Emily and Lauren made me feel quite at ease; and, I am convinced that I need look no further for my dental care. Following the cleaning, Dr. Britt came in to do the final evaluation. Immediately, I was impressed with his personable manner and good sense of humor, both of which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was evident from the outset that he was a well-trained and knowledgeable professional. His eye-to-eye contact made me feel that he was genuinely interested in my concerns. Needless to say, but this practice has my highest A+++ rating.

I’ve been going to Dr. Britt for 10+ years and have always had the best experience. I’ve had cleanings, root canals, crowns and extraction and Dr. Britt is always patient, gentle and kind. The assistants and hygienists are great too – especially Tonya! Our whole family (young kids and all) go to see Dr. Britt.

Our entire family goes to Britt Dental. I would consider us a high maintenance dental needs family. We’ve had Invisalign, retainers, multiple additional yearly children’s cleanings, teeth chips, whitening, emergency calls all of which Dr. Britt and his team did quickly and professionally. We for sure feel we are part of the Britt Dental Family. The staff is warm and friendly and makes it truly a nice experience for all of our family.

I was a new patient, I had fillings done and they were super fast, clean and friendly! They made me feel at home and comfortable.They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Britt is an excellent, excellent, dentist and the rest of the staff are also quite good. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Britt for 4 years and have always been very pleased with the dental care provided. Today’s visit is what prompted me to post a recommendation. I had 2 different problems in my mouth that were challenging on a number of levels. I emailed Dr. Britt’s office on a Saturday afternoon. He personally emailed me back 4 hours later and we met at his office 9:00 Monday morning. His office was closed, like every other office, because of Covid 19, yet Dr. Britt still gave prompt attention to my situation. His diagnosis, explanation, and proposed plans of action for both my problems were very clear and insightful. I have gone to a number of dentists over the years, most good, and one not so good. Dr Britt, the dental hygenist, and the office staff, clearly surpass the level of care I have experienced anywhere in the past. I am pleased to highly recommend Britt Dental Care!!

One of the friendliest and most accommodating dentistry in Raleigh/Durham area. I was referred to Dr. Britt by an Endodontist friend to get a second opinion. My previous dentist had me convinced that I need a crown or may even have to get a root canal..but Dr. Britt not only was able to squeeze me without a prior appointment but saved me from having to get a crown. The staff is very friendly, eager to help, and professionally competent. I and my family have Britt dentistry as our most recommended dentistry. Beside Dr. Britt is an easy to talk to and always takes his time to answer questions and addresses any concerns in a timely manner.
