I’ve been seeing Dr Gerkin for 10 years. He is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I get regular cleanings and have no major issues. He’s replaced older amalgam fillings. No major work, my husband, however has had a partial made, an implant and has deep cleanings done. I’ve relocated and tried other dentists for convenience. I was disappointed and will travel an hour and 20 min just to get my teeth cleaned because I’m confident he’ll educate me to keep my oral hygiene optimum and only do the work he feels necessary to keep my teeth in the best shape possible….AND he’s super personable. Great Dentist. You wont be disappointed!

Has been my dentist for a long while now. When I didn’t have insurance they let me pay for a very expensive root canal in installments. If you have a high tolerance to anesthesia as I do he’ll load you up. He once did give me the largest amount of pain (no worries we laughed it off. Pretty high pain threshold as well) any doc had given me so to counter he made me so numb I couldn’t feel anything for the rest of the day. I don’t tell you this to brag but to to say ever since he hasn’t made the mistake again. He remembered my individual need and that’s great! Staff is always friendly and I love that they give you a heads up before they do literally anything while you’re in the chair. 10/10 get your tooth doctoring done here.

Dr Gerkin and his staff are all kind, compassionate and caring! The office is clean, calm and organized. Our daughter had to have her last two baby teeth pulled today so she was nervous. The hygienist held her hand and Dr. Gerkin was caring and efficient. He talked to her and told her she was doing great. I highly recomend this dental office!

I’ve had several bad experiences with Dentist in the past, so needless to say I did not get the check ups that I needed . I first went to Dr. Gerkin to have a crown put back on. Then I went in and had my teeth cleaned. Dr. Gerkin and his staff are the best. they are always happy and helpful. They have walked me through each procedure before it happens and they discuss the financial aspect of the visit. I still get very anxious about the “Dentist” office, but they put me at ease and understand my feelings. I can’t say that I look forward to my visits, but I don’t get physically ill thinking about it either.

I am not a fan of the dentist. I had a bad experience as a child and it has carried over into adulthood. However. Dr. Gerkin and his caring staff go above and beyond in their concern. I have never met a Doctor so willing to go the extra mile to be sure that the patient is comfortable and understands each step of the procedure. I can not recommend him highly enough! He’s the best!

I found a new dentist for my family and couldn’t be happier. After losing our family dentist of many years we were a little nervous about going to a new office. Luckily for me I got an inside tip from a friend and ended up at Dr. Gerkin’s office. When I arrived one of the first things I noticed was how professional, courteous and organized the Dr.’s staff was. Then after my time in the chair and meeting Dr. Gerkin in person I was convinced we were in good hands. 5 out of 5 stars for this office. It was a great experience.

I moved to Dr Gerkin’s practice after my dentist of 50 years retired. This was the easiest transition I’ve ever had. Casey is my hygienist and she’s fabulous, nice, gentle and thorough. Dr Gerkin is exceedingly easy to talk with, he too is very thorough and explains what he’s seen and needs to be done. I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic for any dental needs.

As someone with a fear of the dentist, Dr. Ben Gerkin and his staff are amazing. They provide the perfect balance of compassion, warmth and professionalism. From routine cleaning to more extensive procedures, I’ve been very satisfied. Dr. Gerkin was happy to talk me through each step of my root canal, which really helped relieve my anxiety. Additionally, the hygienist who does my regular cleanings is probably one of the nicest people on the face of the earth. She is thorough and professional, but makes it feel like we’re old friends having a chat (while she just happens to be scraping plaque off my teeth). Last but not least, the ladies at the front desk are very kind and eager to help. They explain what my insurance pays and what I pay in a very clear way so that I’m never surprised with a bill. They also make sure I leave with a copy and estimate of the next step in my treatment, so I know what to expect. And they’re even really friendly on the phone (something that seems increasingly rare in the medical field)! Simply put, Dr. G and his staff are top notch.

I have posted on here before right when I had started going to Dr. Gerkin. I have been going to him for quite a while now and I could not say it better than all of his other reviewers have said. ALL of these reviews are SO true. I just had my 4 front teeth crowned and was skeptical to have it done at first although I really did need to have it done sooner or later. I am now just regretful that I did not have him do these a long time ago. He did the best crowns that I have ever seen in my entire life. Seriously! My teeth did not even look this good when I had gotten my braces off. His prices seem to also be better than other Dentist’s too from what I can recall. He has been extremely great to me along with his entire office staff. They are just extremely awesome people. He is the only Dentist that I have ever had where I have fallen asleep while he was drilling on my teeth. I have never been able to do that with any other dentist no matter how long that I had been going to them in the past. It is just so relaxing. I also highly recommend him to anyone who is very afraid to go to the Dentist. I promise that you will not be sorry. Many thanks to Dr. Gerkin and his entire office staff. You are ALL special to me and just wonderful people to do business with.

Dr. Gerkin’s staff is so friendly. They introduce themselves, smile and are happy to see you. I have been going there for years now and they really know who I am and seem to care about me as a person and a patient. The hygienists are very gentle and keeps you informed about what they are doing. They listen if you are having any issues or discomfort. It seems to be their goal to prevent you from being in pain. Dr. Gerkin is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and kind. He will listen to your concerns and make sure that he answers all of your questions.

Eight years and many fillings later I would recommend them to anyone. I had some major trauma with a Dentist as a child so my anxiety around dental work was high. With the excellent staff you only need one appointment to experience the difference. BTW since using Dr. Gerkin my anxiety is gone. I trust him and his team 100%

I was very impressed with the office’s response to the COVID-19 guidelines. The office requires you to call before entering, you have to initial a documents with COVID-related questions, have a temperature check, the staff is wearing masks and everything is clean and sanitary. The hygienist and dentist have a great sense of humor and show genuine concern for their patients. The dentist is very personable. He actually listens to you regarding your issues, if any instead of rushing to the next patient. I highly recommend Gerkin Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist or looking for a change.

The business has been expanded of late and all the staff has the utmost education and corresponding professionalism. They are truly invested in their patients. It’s a lovely office with a happy staff who make everyone relaxed and comfortable. Even if you’re a difficult patient, like my grown daughter, they understand and do whatever it takes. Ben says his practice is “centered around prevention and comprehensive care”. I couldn’t recommend it high enough.

My Mother is the most difficult person I know. So much so that Telemarketers and CSR’s usually hang up on her about 3 minutes into the conversation. It is humiliating, embarrassing and many other “ings”….. One evening my mother mentioned she needed a new Dentist, and before I could stop myself, I told her how great my Dentist was. I immediately realized my mistake and wished I could take it back. After considering the fact that Dr. Ben’s office staff would realize it was me who made the referral sank in; I considered a legal name change, a new phone number and email account….. My mothers dentist appointment date came and….. Success! My mom loved Dr. Ben and his staff. Moral of the story; don’t share your favorite place with your difficult mother! Usually, when i go see a Dentist, i get judged when the Dentist see my teeth. Well, whats left of them. I got no judgment from Mr. Gerkin and that made me feel so, so comfortable. I was referred to Mr. Gerkin by a coworker and every word was true and exact. The staff were very courteous, polite, and extremely hospitable. Has far as the service go, he came in got straight to the point didnt try to speak to me above my head told me what i had going on inside my twisted mouth, told me what i should do how i should do it and why. 1 to 10 i would give Mr. Gerkins an 11. As long as he is in practice this is my Dentist.
