Dr Benedetti is an excellent orthodontist. She took great care of my entire family. She is meticulous and a perfectionist. She takes great pride in her work. Dr Benedetti takes the time to explain in detail the treatment she is offering. She never rushes you and is incredibly caring. I would never go to any other orthodontist. She is the best!!!!

Today I had my consultation with Dr. Benedetti. I went with my mother, and when we first walked in, the staff welcomed us and provided us with hospitality. The staff is fantastic, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Benedetti has wonderful bedside mannerisms and discussed the explanations of my issues with me and my mother. She made sure to involve me in the conversation, and shared her extensive knowledge to provide me with the best path for my teeth. Dr. Benedetti is respectful, knowledgeable, and I am glad that she will be providing me with my braces and treatment! Thank you all very much!

Wonderful doctor and stay great with children, friendly, everyone’s smiling and saying hello the minute you walk in till the minute you leave. Very helpful, will bring you same day for problems or issues with braces. My kids both have braces and they love the entire staff. Brad is great with helping out with payments and Dr. Benedetti herself is a wonderful bright person person she makes you and your family feel so at ease and she explains everything great bedside manner. I love her and so do my kids I recommend her highly.

Just had lower braces removed. Beautiful result. Dr. Benedetti is wonderful. All the staff are respectful and professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments and they always accommodated my schedule. At 65 I’m probably one of their oldest patients. The office is up to date and has all the equipment to do everything on site. My case wasn’t the easiest and they spent a lot of time getting it right. They also communicated several times with my Boston dentist to make sure the treatment was consistent. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Dr. Benedetti from the beginning to the end of my treatment was an amazing time. Her and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. I was always treated with respect at every single visit. Dr. Benedetti and staff did an excellent work. I’ve already recommended others and trust me, anyone who chooses to go to Benedetti Orthodontics won’t be disappointed.

My daughter just recently needed to get braces. After researching several orthodontists we selected Benedetti. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by not only a truly lovely office/reception area, yet also a friendly and conscientious office staff. Dr. Benedetti is very knowledgeable, informative and extremely personable. On our visit she explained in detail the process of getting braces and the customized type of braces my daughter would be getting. Very patient and kind. Michelly, her assistant was amazing. She was friendly, thorough and explained in great detail all about the cleaning, the do’s and don’ts of the braces and what you can and cannot eat as well as everything involved in wearing braces to make for a successful process at the end of bracewear. 5 stars to Benedetti Orthodontics.

I happen to be a general dentist that works hand in hand with Ana since she started her office. In the 5 years working with her in over 100 of our mutual patients, I can attest to how much she cares and how thorough she is. We must talk at least 3 times a week reviewing our cases, our patient’s expectations, and how we can achieve them in a timely fashion. If you want someone who cares about her patients and quality, you should be checking out this office for orthodontic care.

Been so busy this review is late but last month I was visiting family in the area and and of course the one thing I forgot was my bands. I first went to another nearby orthodontist’s office and offered to pay whatever just to get a bag of bands and they stated the orthodontist was out and they couldn’t help me (which was fine) but they were very brisk with me like they couldn’t be bothered (which I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t). Anyway I decided to try one more place and came across Benedetti Orthodontics. Although busy, the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. I couldn’t remember the exact stats for my bands and they went out of there way to speak to my orthodontist in CA and get the most similar bands they had to what I have to use which apparently are somewhat rare. Anyway when I offered to pay they responded “No thank you have a great day!” I wish I had gotten their names but I was really impressed and also appreciative. The office was extremely nice and the staff were great! If I still lived in the area I would definitely come to Benedetti Orthodontics just based of my brief encounter. Thanks again for your help!

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the office and immediately felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this orthodontics office to anyone and everyone I know!
