Professor at NYU, very experienced Dentist, and he takes care of each patient tooth like a faerie! The difference being that is you who put the coin…that’s why he doesn’t have wings:) But I can leave with that! Seriously an art person, very concern, precise with Technic erudition in his domain! Dr. Godder is a phenomenal dentist. He comes with an extremely organized and polite staff that I genuinely like as people. He utilizes state of the art equipment and is on the top of his game when it comes to his technique. He is very empathetic and caring when it comes to his patents’ feeling any pain, and he makes sure that they are as comfortable as possible. The dental office is always clean and organized, and is located in a beautiful building in midtown Manhattan. When you sit down in his chair, you get to see a great view of Manhattan’s inner city from the 15th floor, and the dental assistants are kind enough to put vaseline on your lips before treatment so you don’t leave with super chapped lips. He is also currently teaching at NYU which I think is super cool. It is clear to see that he really cares about his patients’ well-being, and isn’t just all about the money. He has made me feel extremely safe and protected when it comes to my oral health, and I plan on keeping Dr. Godder as my dentist for the rest of my life.

The work he has done for me from general cleaning, to a Crown, to Invisalign has all been wonderful. My teeth are beautiful. I go to him for cleanings/x-rays and Invisalign. He’s helped my teeth tremendously and I’ve never received more compliments until after I started going to him. As someone who moved a lot I had seen many dentists during different periods of my life. I feel very lucky that I found Dr Godder in 2005 through a recommendation of a friend of mine and even though I moved again from the city to Long Island I’m still keeping him as my dentist because he is no doubt one of the best dentists in the city. Dr Godder’s involvement with NYU gives him access to the latest developments in the field of dentistry and he frequently updates his equipment with the most modern technologies which usually means more comfort to the patients. My teeth always needed a lot of work and in the past ten years Dr Godder really improved the condition of my mouth. I have been a client of Dr Godder since 2005, he did miracles on my teeth. In my opinion he is one of the best dentist in the Manhattan, who also specialized in cosmetic dentistry. Mr Godder, also put two crown in a very tough spot all the way in the back, where at NYU dental school they have told me that i have to go through a surgery, down a piece of my flash, where Mr Godder did it in gracefully with out touching the flash. Going to the dentist is supposed to be a scary experience, but not with Dr. Godder. So far, I have had my teeth bleached, he did some great aesthetic work on my two front teeth–my smile now looks more symmetrical, he filled two cavities (the shot he uses vibrates in such a way that you don’t feel the actual needle, you feel the base of it so it distracts your nerves) and had a mouth guard for the grinding of my teeth at night. His chair side manner is welcoming, and knowledgeable. I learned such things as the right way to brush (who knew that I was doing it wrong all these years). The office is simply beautiful. As you’re in the chair, you look out into a great view of the city. He has classical music playing and a flat screen television to keep you occupied as he’s taking care of your pearly whites. His equipment is all digital so each time I visit, I see my previous X-rays and pictures of my mouth. The before and after reminds you how far you have come under his work. Thank God for Dr. Godder.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Godder’s for over fifteen years and I’ve been extremely satisfied. I like that he’s a professor of dentistry at NYU, since it seems to ensure that you’re receiving treatments that involve the very latest methods Over the years there have been a number of times when he’s mentioned that he’s doing something in a different way than in the past and it often involves reducing discomfort during treatment or greater durability, etc. There’s never a sense that you’re dealing with a dentist whose skills/knowledge have ossified over the years. He’s also a stickler for keeping the office spotless and while I have a hunch he’s a very demanding employer, he seems to appreciate the abilities of his staff. I’d like to specifically refer to two people who work with Dr. Godder. His dental hygienist, Lena, is terrific and I credit her for the vast improvement in my gum health. Also, his office manager, Natasha, is wonderful. Between my wife and myself we’ve seen enough poorly run medical offices to really appreciate the way in which she skillfully handles all the insurance issues and everything else. We’ve left good doctors who have poor staff due to the mountain of paperwork that gets thrown back at you due to their incompetence. With Natasha, it’s the complete opposite – she’s an additional reason to stick with Dr. Godder.
