Dr. Miller and staff are outstanding. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for many years and he and his staff are the greatest. You will be taken care of with the best care, technology and professionalism. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, and he explains the process. You cannot ask for better care or a better experience of a doctor visit. This doctor and practice goes the extra mile to make what might be a painful or dreaded experience; one that is very pleasant and enjoyable while you are being cared for. You get to watch the best movies ;…the experience is awesome, the care is awesome. You will leave this office cared for by the best and feeling the best….sounds strange but is true. Dr. Miller checks on you to see how you are doing after you have had a procedure done. You cannot ask for better care.

As a new patient, I came to see Dr. Miller about a seriously cracked molar with an abscess. He discussed with me all the various repair options, and explained in great detail WHY an extraction and bone replacement graft would be best. I had a TON of questions that he and his wonderful staff were happy to answer. Everyone at Bent Tree Dental was so kind, patient, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. In the past, I have been known to cry in waiting rooms, shake in the chair, etc. I avoid dentist like the plague after a few bad experiences In the past. Because of this, I have a vast array of issues with my teeth, and have become ashamed of my smile. This morning, I woke up with tooth pain and unilateral facial swelling. I work about a block away from this practice, was able to get in same day (as a new patient), and felt completely at ease the entire time I was at Bent Tree. Dr. Miller is fantastic at what he does. I’ve never had a local block work 100%, but here I am multiple hours later with a numb cheek and no pain after a molar extraction and bone graft. Speaking of the extraction, I didn’t even realize he had done it until 10 minutes after the fact, and only because he told me. No yanking, prying, pressure or pain. I felt absolutely NOTHING. I can’t express how much I appreciate this amazing dentist and his entire staff. They were able to not only resolve my pain on short notice, but help me get on track to making my smile something to be proud of in the future. At no point in time was I made to feel like my teeth were ugly, too far gone, or that I had anything to be ashamed of. In fact, I was told “Life happens! You’re here, and that’s the first step!” Both Dr. Miller and his wonderful assistant were optimistic, funny, and made me feel better about my situation (and about dental visits overall). I was sent home with a wonderful care package, and told to call Dr. Miller personally if I had ANY questions or concerns over the weekend. That is true dedication. They aren’t in network for my insurance, but l would literally pay every cent I have in the bank to continue going to Bent Tree. The customer service, quality of patient care, honesty, and kindness are worth every penny. This visit alone has changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Thank you Bent Tree Dental, and thank you Dr. Miller!

My coworker referred me to Rick Miller and I am happy that he did! After moving to Dallas in 2014, I struggled with finding an honest and truthful dentist. Rick and his office are so welcoming and they really try their best to make sure you have the best customer service. After my first visit, I recieved a handwritten note from them thanking me for my business. And after getting a few fillings a few weeks later, I recieved a hand written note from the hygienist saying that she hoped my mouth was healing okay. I’ve never really enjoyed the dentist (who does?!) but this place is great! 10/10 would recommend.

Well, you know it’s bad if the dentist meets you on a Sunday. Thanks Dr. Rick for driving in for my daughter’s emergency. Truly a person who cares about people, you won’t find a better dentist. This was the most exceptional dental visit I have ever had. They love their work and care about their patients. I left the office and immediately called family to describe the experience. I continue to share the story with friends. Every staff member works to make the patient feel like they matter. I was greeted and provided a comfortable seat. Magali brought me back for X-rays on time and then sat me for cleaning. I had not been cleaned in a year and a half and Vivian worked meticulously and gently to repair the damage my neglect had caused. Both Magali and Vivian were very kind to me despite the condition of my teeth and provided me with some education I was missing. I ended up getting three fillings as well. I was very surprised that they were able to fit me into the schedule. I took this as evidence that Bent Tree Dental is not the type of dental office that seems to over book to increase revenue at the expense of the customer experience. Rita even came in to help since my stay lasted longer than expected. This is an office where you get to know the staff and Dr. Miller; where you are unique and are provided with the attention your treatment warrants. Dr. Miller performed the fillings and was excellent at communicating the experience that was expected at each step prior to taking the next step. He was also careful to check that the described experience was the one being had. He provided me with additional education that I had not received at any other dental office. Despite the fillings, experience was not only comfortable and painless, it was enjoyable. During my visit I also learned about the staff and their families some. As I discussed some of my history as a veteran, I learned that Dr. Miller has been going out of his way to support veterans and active duty service members. He and his staff are actively involved in community outreach and service. It is apparent that the care I received at Bent Tree is not simply good business practice, it is genuine. I just found that their office’s facebook page has a background with the quote, “Let our lives be full of both thanks and giving”. They live that quote and I will be a patient for as long as possible.

I have been using Dr. Miller for two years now. Being completely scared of dentist and not going to one since I was very little, I went on a friend’s recommendation. I found his staff to be excellent and Dr. Miller, well, you can’t ask for a better dentist. I had to have fillings in quite a few teeth and never once did I feel the needle. He always speaks to you before beginning the processes to ensure you understand what you are there for and what he will be doing. As the procedure progresses he explains everything and checks to make sure you are comfortable. After my first experience with him I will never go to another dentist. His office always works with you on payments, paying a little every month, since they know these procedures can be pricey but never blind siding you with cost. Everything is explained and if you have questions… ASK! I would highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff to anyone!

I used-to be traumatized by Dentists prior-to becoming Dr. Miller’s patient. After going to Dr. Rick Miller, my fears of Dentists vanished! He is super gentle and very knowledgeable. He’s good about using just-enough gas to help relax me whenever it’s needed it, and he also explains exactly what he’s doing throughout the entire session, which makes it way easier to feel extra comfortable. During times when I didn’t have any health insurance coverage, he worked with me to make his services affordable, which was a big help. He cares about his patients and is a top-notch Dentist for sure!

My experience with Dr. Miller was BY FAR the best dental experience I’ve ever had. His team is excellent. They answered every question, filed my insurance for me, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They showed me pictures and X-rays, explained what I was seeing in plain English, and let me ask questions. Then they explained my options, showed me the bottom line, and let me make the decision. The filling I got was quick and painless, and that’s not an exaggeration. I think the whole filling process took less than half an hour. Dr. Miller did an incredible job numbing me. Like most people, I have serious anxiety about dental procedures. Dr. Miller’s detailed, but understandable descriptions made the whole process much less scary. Best of all, the visit was very affordable. I’ve paid twice as much for fillings that weren’t even half as good. They even offer complimentary nitrous oxide. Overall, I’m VERY happy with Dr. Miller and the team at Bent Tree Dental, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This a wonderful, inviting dental office! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Liliana to complete paperwork in the beautifully Thanksgiving decorated and calming lobby/waiting area, I just knew this may very well be the dental office for me. Shortly afterward, I met Rita. Rita is highly knowledgeable and presents dental options in an organized and easy manner to follow. Largely due to her detailed explanation of potential future dental treatments and her sunny disposition, I considered continuing my dental care at Bent Tree Dental. Enter Dr. Miller with his calm and reassuring bedside manner, coupled with comprehensive explanations and patience as I asked questions, I decided I am definitely returning! Finally, Rosemary and I met to discuss payment options. Since I no longer have dental insurance and would be paying out of pocket, I inquired about payment plans and she gave me Care Credit information. In about 10 minutes I was approved for a 12 month, no interest account. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff for making my first dental appointment in five years a non-threatening and enjoyable experience. I look forward to working with all of you. Blessings always!

Dr. Miller fitted me with all porcelain caps 24 years ago. He was fresh out of Dental School and was so eager to please. Twenty four years later, he is still that young, eager to please professional. He did such a good job, the only dental work I’ve had done in 24 years have been the usual cleanings. He also took care of family members, including two small grandchildren, who loved him. I believe he is honest in his evaluating each case. He states the facts, shows you the x-rays and recommends what needs to be done. Ultimately, it is the patient’s decision. If you are lucky enough to have insurance, they will process it for you. His office is as state of the art as you would want and his staff very professional and accommodating. Dr. Miller has a big heart and it shows when he is working on you and he is trying to make the procedure completely pain free. I highly recommend him and his staff. You can’t go wrong here!

I’ve been going to dr Miller and his team since I’ve moved to Dallas back in 2014. Him and everyone member on his team have been super helpful and kind. Today (4/23/19) I called in asking if I could be seen due to a pain I was having in one of my molars. They were able to get me in and taken care of. My boyfriend and I are both patients of Dr. Miller’s. His office is very clean and updated with the latest technology. His staff is very polite & friendly. He is thorough, professional and not a whack job looking to make extra bucks trying to get you to do procedures that aren’t necessary. He is willing to work in patients that are in pain or on an emergency type basis which is almost unheard of these days***** His office offers lots of specials on teeth whitening and such so call if you are interested in a particular service. I do know that once you purchase the whitening trays as long as you maintain your cleanings the whitening solution is free! How cool is that!

I have been coming here for 5 years now. I was reluctant to see a dentist after having a very bad experience with one in the past, that has all changed. Rita always explains everything in detail so you have full knowledge of everything going on. Vivian does the cleanings and is amazing (I use to hate cleanings they were so uncomfortable till I came here, now I look forward to them). The ladies at the front are always so helpful on the phone with my scheduling. I have now not only seen Dr.Miller for regular care and cleanings, I am now a proud wearer of invisalign. He is always looking into the newest technology and keeps up to date with everything invisalign and the change in my teeth and confidence was worth every penny. Everyone at this office is amazing at their job and making you feel welcome. I never wait, my appointments always start on time, hands down the best!
