From the day I went in for a consultation to the day I got my braces off Dr. Bergh and his staff have been absolutely amazing. Everyone was always super FRIENDLY, the office was always SPOTLESS and Dr. Bergh’s attention to detail on correcting my smile made my experience one I’ll never forget. Dr Bergh and the entire office is pleasant and provide a friendly and welcoming environment. Their technology is up to date, and most importantly they always meet their appointment time. That’s extremely important for busy parents, who don’t have time to wait two hours passed their appointment time.

My daughter just got her braces off and is very happy with her smile. Throughout her treatment, Dr. Bergh and his staff were always patient, kind, professional and fair. Initially we chose Dr. Bergh because he was the only orthodontist around who was confident he could straighten her teeth with Invisalign. I think he is much more experienced in Invisalign than your typical orthodontist. Eventually, we had to switch treatments from Invisalign to wire braces (my daughter’s fault, not Dr. Bergh’s), and he was totally fair about the cost of that plus was incredibly patient and non-judgemental of my teen who was not complying with the Invisalign routine.  I’ve been to other dentists and orthodontists who lay on the guilt trip when kids don’t do what they’re supposed to, but Dr. Bergh is a kind and patient professional who just gets it done without the drama.  He and his staff treat their patients (and parents of patients) with professionalism and respect, which I appreciate greatly.  I recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Extremely professional and family friendly atmosphere. The team is great and very approachable. Dr. Bergh is an amazing doctor with a friendly and inviting personality, I can see why he’s a legend in the field of Orthodontics. As for the treatment, the ortho team is one of the best. You will feel no pain nor discomfort AT ALL when getting your scans and pictures. If you want the best care, customer service, and a perfect smile I only recommend Bergh Orthodontics.

Dr. Bergh and his entire staff are always kind, friendly, professional and prepared– the serene environment is wonderful given the nervousness many kids feel about orthodontics– they have truly covered all ground: patients can watch tv, play hand-held video games, read magazines, admire the beautiful aquarium or just enjoy the relaxing music that’s always playing in the background– there’s barely any waiting involved, and they are kind enough to remind you every time you have an upcoming appointment– Dr. Bergh was flexible and generous regarding the cost of treatment, and the results were fantastic– I feel I owe Dr. Bergh a personal thank you every time someone compliments me on my smile 🙂

My name is Cindi, I am a registered Dental Hygienist. I have been practicing for 22 years now. When it was time for me to find an orthodontist for my three girls, my pediatric dentist gave me three names of orthodontist in my area, and told me that with my background to interview each, and pick my preference. I chose Dr. Bergh for his gentle demeanor, professional attitude, and his punctuality. His office was by far the most up to date, in technology and sterilization. I began treatment with my first daughter in April of 1998. Seeing that my girls are each 2 and a half years apart, one would complete treatment, as the next one would begin.I am happy to say we have now completed all three girls treatments. Each girl represented a different treatment plan, and Dr. Bergh addressed each one individually. When a problem would arise, such as my eldest daughter needing a particular appliance that after wearing for a while did not work for her, Dr. Bergh was available to discuss revising the appliance. I found the office staff to be incredibly professional and friendly. I cannot tell you how pleased i am with their smiles and can truly say the past 11 years have been a pleasure, working with Dr. Bergh and his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Bergh’s orthodontic office!!

My hygienist spoke great things about Dr. Bergh. After my consult and a few months into my Invisalign treatment, I believe the hype. Professional, courteous, clean office with high standards. I had a difficult case in which other orthodontist said I’d need jaw surgery. Dr. Bergh recommended the Invisalign and no jaw surgery. Couldn’t be happier. Recommend this office 100%.

Dr. Bergh and his staff receive 5 stars. They are all amazing at explaining what my daughters plan is for her braces, what to expect through the process and always smiling and making my daughter feel comfortable. As soon as you walk into the office, you are greeted with a secretary with a beautiful smile. The office is always clean and well organized. Dr. Bergh has a beautiful fish tank that my daughter and I enjoy looking at. They use a system that promotes effective communication with their staff and with the patients.

Over the years, my bottom teeth were drifting severely outward due to a combination of scar contraction pulling down my bottom lip and my tongue constantly pushing out. I knew at some point I’d have to have orthodontics work done b/c it got so bad I could not make a bite. I was dreading it b/c I knew some people who had gone through it (NOT with Dr. Bergh) and told me what an ordeal it was even though their problems were nowhere as severe as mine. Finally I went to Dr. Bergh for a consult. He assured me he’d be able to get my teeth back in alignment with minimal pain or discomfort and laid out the cost and timeline. I had checked out and was impressed with Dr. Bergh’s credentials, and meeting him in person only put me more at ease. I thought he and his staff were very nice and professional; Dr. Bergh himself was a kindly, soft-spoken man who had what I considered ideal “bedside manner.” To make a long story short, Dr. Bergh delivered what he’d promised. The changes to my teeth were dramatic. To give you an idea of how far my teeth traveled: I used to be able to stick my tongue right through between my top and bottom front teeth, and now they are aligned. And the most pain I ever experienced was some mild discomfort early on when the wires were tightened. (I’d heard horror stories about people not being able to eat and what not; I suspect their orthodontists just did not want to take the time and rushed the process.) As for Dr. Bergh’s practice, his office is very nicely appointed and up-to-date. He has computer terminals at all his “stations” and for each patient there is a flat panel TV built into the ceiling and audio headset. Oh, and he has a nice little salt water aquarium. The couple of times I had to make an “emergency appointment,” I was able to get in right away. I also never had to wait for more than a few minutes even though I’m usually a bit early. (Dr. Bergh runs a tight ship, so try to be on time!) His assistants and secretaries are unfailingly friendly and professional (they also go all out for holiday decorations). I still check in with Dr. Bergh a couple times a year and always leave his office with a nice warm feeling. My positive first impressions have turned out to be right on. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Bergh is involved in the community with his charity work. In short, I could not be happier with Dr. Bergh or recommend his service more highly. I only wish I knew people I could refer him to. I figured the least I can do is take a bit of time to write a review. I hope this helps someone make a decision to see Dr. Bergh.

I was very shy about my smile, and really wanted to get it looking good. I wen’t into Dr. Bergh’s office 4 years ago. When I went in, I explained to him what kind of smile I wanted and he was very tentative, professional, caring and patient. His entire staff is highly professional and provide excellent service overall. I know myself, I’m a picky person and him and his staff met all my needs. He recommend Invisalign as an option, and even showed me what my teeth would look like by the end of the treatment. Fast forward 14 months later and he delivered a better smile than what I asked for. It’s been almost 3 years since my treatment and I smile all the time. I constantly have people asking where I got my teeth done. I’ve referred friends and family and they all go to Dr. Bergh now. I hadn’t seen him in over 2 years and I just got off a tele-health appointment with him to check in on my retainers. He treats you like family, and is still very tentative to all your needs. He doesn’t treat his patients as a transaction, he genuinely cares and wants to make sure you’re happy with everything. Thank you again doc, sorry this review took so long.
