The Wilkoffs have been my dentists for my whole life and they are amazing. They always make me feel like family and I actually enjoy my experience every time I go to the dentist. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist! They do not try to make you do unnecessary procedures just to get your money. They are great people and great professionals! I hope to stay with them for a long time – even if I move away!

I met Dr. Willems for the first time on 3/16/22 and she was very professional and gentle and explained things Thoroughly . My hygienist Deann is the best ! Very kind and gentle while cleaning my teeth. and explains what she is doing and also gives recommendations how to have healthy gums and teeth. First I will say deann is a great hygienist. She really cares about you and teaches you how to do better with caring for your smile. She cleans teeth so they shine and are spic an span! Dr brad worked on me with utmost gentleness and he really knew what he was doing. Even the assistant was good. The office works hard to help with the insurance and paperwork that needs to be done. My experience with Deann’s cleaning is always excellent. Deann always explain her process, which makes you feel comfortable and takes the best xrays ever. I have been going to Borson’s Dentistry for over 20 years. Leah, the Office Manager has been with Borson’s for over 19 years and has always been personable, never forgets your name and keeps up with what’s going on with you and your kids. Love it. This is one place where customer service has always been excellent. Never had any complaints with the service or the staff. Keeps me smiling.

Looking for a new dentist, I read about Borson on their website, and was impressed by the years of experience among all the staff. I went for a cleaning and was very pleased. Since then I have had other dental work and everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. They take time to be sure I have no questions and am completely satisfied. The dental plan offered by Borson has saved me quite a bit – well worth looking into. Overall I am very happy with Borson Dental. [Update] It has been almost a year since I have been going to Borson for dental care, and I still am very pleased. The entire team is knowledgeable, talented, helpful, and so nice. I received great service even during a small emergency when an old crown broke – I called and was seen later the same afternoon! Their dental plan has saved me more than anticipated – even covered retainers.

I had not been to the dentist in over 20 years, from a fear and very bad experience I has as a child, Around Christmas time last year I chipped my tooth and knew i had to get it fixed. I called the nearest dentist, praying they are good. Well they have exceeded my expectations.. the Entire Staff is excellent. They took everything I has been through as a kid going to a horrible dentist and made me feel like family. Lea is super nice and when ever i became scared or I felt I had too many questions she quickly calmed me down and assured me I has nothing to worry about. I have has 3 fill in done and 1 more to go and I plan on taking my kids. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who has a fear or just looking for a dentist. the Dentist is EXCELLENT he never let me get scared and we always talk about how many steps we’ve done week LOL. Borson is great, the entire staff is so knowledgeable and personable. The dental procedures I had were made virtually pain free. They believe in performing needful dentistry, not needless sales. They were very accommodating with working out a payment plan option for my crown and silver filling replacements when I didn’t have insurance at the time I was offered their dental plan. I’m so grateful for this place. They do amazing work. If you are looking for a new family dentistry this is a pretty good start and stay.

I had been a client of Borson Dental some 20 years ago and had to leave because of ever-changing dental coverage. When I had an issue recently when a crown came off, I decided I would call Borson Dental, and see what they could do for me. They were able to get me in the next day and reseat the crown, no problem. I then decided that I would give them a shot again for my annual cleaning because I didn’t have a dentist lined up for that. The hygienist, Deann was who I was scheduled with and wow, she was great! Very gentle and attentive to any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Borson Dental and Deann for any friends and family. It feels good to be back.

I love the dentist and the staff, they are and have always been super friendly, caring, and professional. I have been going to Borson for 12 years and I have always had a great experience regardless of new or old employees and dentists. My children go here also and they are very comfortable and actually enjoy going to the dentist. I like that they use technology as well and they text your appointment reminders, so you don’t forget! I live about 30 minutes from them, I work near by, but they are worth the drive!

Upon notifying Melissa that I had arrived she greeted me via phone in a very professional and welcomed voice which put me at ease. Megan arrived at my auto to escort me directly to my designated room after initially taking my temperature. Megan was great , she had such a pleasant personality and she made me feel very comfortable. She demonstrated that she has a passion for her profession. Megan explained everything that she was going to do beforehand to reduce any anxiety. Overall, it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Borson for any dental needs.

I’ve been going here for years. I picked Borson Dental out of a phone book. (yeah remember those things) I had some wisdom teeth to be pulled. I have an awesome Dental Hygienists her name is DeAnna! She is very skilled and knowledgeable. What I love most about DeAnna is how kind and thoughtful she is as well as how carefully she explains procedures and reasoning for said procedures.
