Dr. Bontempi and his team replaced two of my teeth with implants. Excellent job! For comparison, I had a consultation with an outfit in Woburn. This office did everything “in-house” with the only difference being that they make their teeth from zirconium, whereas Berkshire facial surgery makes their teeth from porcelain. Oh yeah, and the price was significantly lower with the porcelain. While I could probably find a lower price somewhere, I felt more comfortable going with someone local. If there’s an issue, they are there to stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home. I first met Amy and her staff at the front desk, they are 3 of the most wonderful ladies that you will meet. When you meet them from starting your procedure to getting your procedure and finishing your procedure Amy and her staff is there for you. Doctor Bontempi and his surgical staff are miracle workers. Doctor Bontempi makes you feel so wonderful and relaxed. You will walk out with the biggest smile you ever had. I had a great experience with Berkshire Facial Surgery. I had my consultation in the longmeadow or east longmeadow office not sure where it was located exactly, however they were very friendly and professional. One of my insurances wasn’t accepted here, and My other insurance only covered a small amount. It ended up being quite pricey, as expected though for a wisdom tooth removal. I’d also like to add that the wait time was not very long. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, which is uncommon for these types of businesses. I had my extraction at the Hadley office. It was a very nice, clean office. The staff was very friendly. They even asked if I wanted a blanket during my operation since it was quite cold in the room. The doctor was very friendly, and we joked before I was put under. I felt very comfortable, and every room I entered was very clean and nice. Although it was expensive, you were definitely getting what you paid for. My 4 wisdom teeth extraction healed perfectly. There were no complications. They gave me a bag full of the necessities I needed for recovery, which I actually didn’t use most of, however it was still very nice they provided the items for me. They also gave me papers listing what I could eat and foods I should avoid for each day after surgery. I had interacted with two other wisdom teeth removal businesses before finding Berkshire Facial Surgery. The McNally brothers operators were not friendly at all, and quite frankly I had a very unappealing experience with one operator located at the Springfield office I believe. The other place was Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery of Western Mass, PC, and the wait time was just ridiculous, however I believe they did take my insurance there. I 100% recommend going to Berkshire Facial Surgery.

I found Dr. Bontempi and his staff to be professional and caring. They were informative on pricing and procedures. I worked in my husband’s dental office for 20+ years and was very impressed. My implant procedure, compared to a previous one, was without incident and I had minimal pain. I highly recommend him!

Great experience getting two implants with Dr. Bontempi and his professional staff. My 80 year old teeth with fillings, broken teeth, crowns in the front from playing ice hockey getting hit in the mouth with a hockey stick cracking in half needed some dental work. Courteous and helpful staff. Dr. Bontempi calling me later that day to see how I was feeling. I had no pain during or after surgery.

Having fractured a tooth and broken the crown, I was referred here by a friend who also had work done by Dr. Bontempi – saying that they had a fantastic experience getting their own implant. The front office staff were professional and welcoming – in particular Amy was very personable and warm hearted, as well as fantastic in getting me in as soon possible. The first visit involved a thorough assessment of my diagnosis and having all my questions answered. Having a painful nerve condition on the side of my face where I had to have the procedure done was very nerve racking for me and adds a level of complexity, but Dr. Bontempi made the procedure painless, fast and comfortable. He is a very talented surgeon who has great bedside manner and answered my questions thoroughly. Although I experienced some pain after the anesthetic wore off, the staff were fantastic at helping manage my pain. I highly recommend this office. Best experience I have had in regards to my teeth in a while – thank you!!!
