I had my first visit today and let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed! The bedside manner was exquisite and everyone in the office was extremely professional. Most offices that I have been to typically have long wait times, not at this office! I was seen at my appointment time and my visit was very thorough yet quick. I plan on returning for my treatment plan!

I have only wonderful comments about the Berkshire Family Dental and their diligent staff. I have been coming to Berkshire Family Dental since 2014 and my experience has been excellent. They are wonderful with patients. I have personally experienced their fantastic care for children. They have been very patient, professional, and welcoming with my daughters. They usually let my 4-year-old watch her favorite cartoons while doing her cleaning, and waiting for my husband and me to finish our dental appointments. Needless to say, my 4 year old loves to come to her dentist visits. Stephanie is the dental assistant that we usually see. She has a great attitude and her skills as a dental hygienist are the highest that I have ever experienced. She is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Grewal’s expertise makes her one of the best in her field. Also, Dr. Chehayeb and Dr. Grewal’s friendly demeanor and smile make them very approachable and pleasing to patients. It is a great team! Thanks, Berkshire Family Dental you for all these years of good oral health!

What can I say about this practice.. Staff are always so pleasent as well as professional. They are absolutley amazing. Dr C is a very skilled dentist and has bought my teeth a long way. I remember when I first came to him I was very scared because of the previous dentist I had saw who really butchered my teeth. Dr C saved a tooth that was ruined by the previous dentist and was very gentle while insuring me that I will be okay. That tooth is still doing well as of today, the orginal surgery for that tooth was in 2007. I lost touch with him after that because I forgot where he was located. I searched & searched until I found him again. When I finally found him and got my first appointment back. I embraced him & thanked him for being so wonderful. I told him he better not ever retire because I wont have anybody to continue my exceptional care that he has given me for the last ten years. I recommend this office highly. They are Magnificent !!!

I went to Berkshire Dental yesterday for the first time. I can strongly state that it was the best cleaning I have ever had. Stephany (hygienist) was very professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The cleaning was followed by the consultation, and Dr. Chehayeb was patient and explained all the treatment recommended to be done in detail, yet not pushy. Will certainly go back for cleanings and dental treatment.

I was so pleased after my visit today. I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, and after getting three fillings all at once I can honestly say this is the best dentist experience I’ve had. The entire staff was very friendly and the dentist herself was very calming and kind! I highly recommend to anyone who dreads going to the dentist. When I first became a patient, I hadn’t seen a dentist in 14 years due to an awful, traumatic experience with a dentist as a child who resolutely drilled into my nerve without proper anesthesia. As a result, I came to Dr. Chehayeb with extreme dental fear and a mouth in great need of his expertise. Dr. C immediately earned my trust and a lifetime of gratitude for his expert care, kind and skilled staff, and affordable services. Today, I am a patient of Dr. Greywal. She continues to honor the esteemed legacy of Dr. C and has continued to enhance the services and amenities of BFD. One example are the video goggles, which are such a nice distraction that makes my tooth cleaning even that more enjoyable. All of the staff go the extra mile to ensure patients’ comfort and expert care is their hallmark! I truly cannot recommend them higher! No matter what your dental concern they will treat you with respect, kindness and employ their extensive skills and expertise to resolve your concern thoroughly and efficiently!

I have gone here twice now since I recently got new insurance. My first visit I needed x-rays- a full mouth series- which is not usually a fun experience. However, the people I was working with were very understanding and patient with me and went over all the details of what they were looking for in the x-rays. I got a cleaning that time as well which was fine and they let me know a couple spots that I should keep an eye on and din’t panic and make me get a bunch of fillings. I went back this morning for another cleaning and the woman at the front desk did me a solid and confirmed with my insurance that my visit was covered before they started. Took a little bit of time but if it hadn’t been covered it would have cost me money so I am glad they did that. The cleaning was pleasant and he was considerate about some sensitive spots I have. Overall good experience!

I was so scared to go to the dentist for the first time in 2.5 years. But I chose the right place, thanks to LivingSocial. (Thank you, LivingSocial!!!) My sweet young Berkshire hygienist (whose name is escaping me at the moment) was a total sorceress: sweet, calm, confident, and and deft with a whizzy pick. The nice dentist affirmed her work at the end of the appointment and generally made me feel great about coming here. There was no hard sell for expensive tooth work (as I was partially expecting), and I got a nice plastic dentist bag of tooth goodies and a sticker. Couldn’t be happier with my choice. Flossing starts tomorrow!

I was given a bill for a procedure which was not performed to me(to my knowledge) and they claimed that it would not be covered by insurance. I intend to take this matter up and follow up with it. I think the lady(Vera) thinks I would forget about it by the time they are done with the claims process. Very fraudulent practice of over billing

I have been coming here for about five years, and have always had a great experience thanks to Stephanie, my awesome dental hygienist. She is terrific, very personable and kind, but also very professional and thorough. She is also very gentle on your gums, so you don’t leave with a sore mouth (like some of my previous hygienists)! Sometimes their front desk staff can be a little abrupt on the phone when scheduling appointments, and I would recommend adding an automated scheduling feature on their website (with a calendar and available time-slots to select, etc). Overall, very pleased.

I just recently visited this office and it was the best dental experience I have had in years. X-Rays did not hurt and pucture my cheek. Did not feel the film in my mouth. Doctor was very good at detecting some issues as the result of previous dental work and explained easily why using the X-Ray. My cleaning was done very professionally. Overall, I highly rate this office. I fail to understand why folks would critize a dentist office for getting paid. But I never sensed them trying to hard sell or show any real concern aboutr getting paid.

I was referred to Berkshire for an oral sleep apnea appliance. Even before arrival, Brittany helped make sure I knew what my insurance would cover and she was very thorough and helpful on the phone. The office has convenient parking and is in a nice, well-furnished building. The receptionist was also helpful and friendly. My visit with the doctor was one of the best of my life. So informative, so patient, so friendly, so caring. I never felt hurried by her schedule and felt listened to. Her answers really took into account my entire medical history both in the reports she had and my personal story. I have now switched to use her as a regular dentist and for the first time in years, I look forward to going to the dentist.

I never really liked going to the dentist before Berkshire. I have been going to their office since 2006 and have never been disappointed. Cleanings are well done, fillings are done with as little discomfort as possible, and the dentists are top notch. There are several things that make me really like the office, here are a few: The office hours are great – they even have weekends. Sometimes on the weekends, or during a dentist’s vacation, I have seen a different tech or dentist, but all my work has been done by one of the primary dentists from the practice. Stephanie is an amazing tech, she lets you know what you need to work on, and notes when she sees you’ve been doing it. The office is not large and overwhelming, they are terrific about getting you in when you need to, and the appointments run in a timely fashion. I have never waited more than a few extra minutes for a previous patient to finish up. The back office staff is also great. That was one of the deciding factors to choose the office initially, they really do help work through payments – my first year there I had to do all the dental work I was holding off on, and they worked with me on what I owed after my insurance paid their portion. They are very fair. I stopped working and living near Berkshire Family Dental and tried another office just out of convenience. I had a horrible experience there and wish I never went, now I make a 40 minute drive each way just to visit Berkshire Family Dental. It is worth it when you have a dentist you trust and a 1st class staff!

Very pleased with my experience. Thankfully, their flexible night scheduling made it possible for me find an appointment time that worked for me. I had recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and was having continual problems. Strangely enough, I was having a hard time finding a dentist that accepted PPO plans, but this one did. Before my examination, they found that my insurance didn’t cover general exams. Luckily the out-of-pocket costs was very low, so I had no problem. Everyone was friendly and they got the job done, so I came out extremely pleased.

My wife and I have been going to Berkshire for years now. The entire staff is great! At one point when I switched jobs we realized the insurance I signed up for wasn’t accepted at Berkshire, so we changed to make sure we could still see Dr. Chehayeb. He’s a phenomenal dentist, very kind and very concerned about all his patients. Recently, we switched to Dr. Grewal for our dental care. At first I was hesitant to leave the care of Dr. C, but I was quickly put at ease when I first met Dr. Grewal. She’s incredibly nice, and equally concerned about her patients. I first wen to Dr. C because of a mishap with an area dentist. While the circumstances that brought me to Berkshire were regrettable, my care has never been better. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and work hard for their clients. I have recommended this practice to many friends and I don’t think anyone who decides to check them out will be disappointed.
