Berro Orthodontics has provided excellent and professional service since I started bringing my son a couple of years ago, but the other day their service was so amazing that I am inspired to write this review.  We were all set for a family vacation to DC when my son’s retainer broke, leaving a wire sticking out of his mouth.  It was 11:00 at night and we were catching a plane in just a few hours.  Out of desperation I called Dr. Berro’s office and left a message on their emergency number.  Karina called me back in 5 minutes, heard of our plight and agreed to meet us at the office.  She repaired his broken retainer at 11:30!  It took her 5 minutes and we were back on with our vacation plans.  Who does this?!  I’ll tell you who–the best Orthodontics office in Southern California.  Thanks, Karina!  You are amazing.

I highly recommend Dr.Samuel Berro to anyone who wants the best version of your smile. He cares every details and has an amazing touch to fix anything. I am an adult who’d never had braces when growing up, and took me 2 and half years to remove them, just as he said that’s how long it would take to complete at the first counseling. All the stuff members are very friendly. I’ve never had a single bad experience/ day from here for this entire 2 and half years coming to this place. He even fixed my tipped front tooth as a final touch today and it came out so beautiful more than I imagined. Thank you so much Dr. Berro for all your work and care. I love my smile now. My only regret is that I didn’t visit you sooner!

Our second child just finished braces with Dr. Berro, and we expect our third to start soon. We have been very happy with Dr. Berro, the staff and the office. Dr. Berro is caring and professional, he does not push treatment that he doesn’t believe necessary. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful – we have generally been able to get appointments that are convenient, and have never struggled to get in on the same day when necessary. The office is clean and cheerful. I would happily recommend Dr. Berro to anyone.

2 of my childeren have had braces with Dr . Berro. I really like him. He always listens to any concerns. For the first 2-3 years we saw him he said they were not ready for braces/ retainers and to return in 6-mos to a year. Never charged for the assessment. As opposed to our previous dentist who referred us to his inhouse orthodontist from the time the kids were 7 yrs old , all needed braces, retainers, NOW, IF YOU DONT DO IT NOW THERE WILL BE GREAT PROBLEMS. – Baloney! We waited until they were in 6-7th grade and now they have great teeth.

Over halfway through my 20 month Invisalign treatment. Dr. Berro and his staff are always friendly and professional. They worked closely with my traditional dentist, as well as other specialists all in close consideration and coordination given my various jaw and alignment issues. In each case they all collaborated to make the best decisions for me! Highly recommend.

Dr. Berro is an Amazing Orthodontist!  My husband and I were a bit worried about braces and an expander for our oldest since he was only 7 years old at the time (no space for his teeth to come down and he had a side bite).  Two years later, we are so happy that we took Dr. Berro’s advice.  Not only did Dr. Berro fix the side bite, but he also was very meticulous about how my son’s teeth would look before he took the braces off.  We will be moving out of State and Dr. Berro is now working on my second child’s side bite and will be referring us to an Orthodontist where we move.  How is that for Great Service?  Another perk is that the staff is always so friendly and helpful.  There were a few times that my son’s wire needed to be adjusted and the staff took our call on a weekend and got us right in to fix the problem.  I would recommend Dr. Berro to anyone needing a Professional and Skilled Orthodontist!

Today I had my last appointment to remove my braces after 1 year and 10 months and I am 1000% happy with the complete process! I was hesitant being in my mid twenties and barely getting braces but am so happy I did it! Dr Berro is absolutely AMAZING! He always listened to all of my needs, questions, wants and concerns, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. His entire office staff completely reflects how great of a doctor he is. They are so kind, helpful and polite! His office runs very smoothly, with no long waits, everything is modern, neat and clean and every time I called they were extremely courteous and helped me out right away. If you’re in need of braces I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Berro and Harrison’s office is awesome! A clean, friendly, professional office and the quality of their orthodontics stands out above the rest!!! The kids love to use the Nintendo DS while their teeth are being worked on and the video games in the waiting room are also fun for siblings while they wait. The kids love to save up their ‘nickels’ to buy one of the cool prizes on the wall. The ladies in the front office are friendly and always greet you with a smile and a hello. They are always willing to work with you when scheduling after-school appointments. The office is run very smoothly and you are seen within 5-10 minutes of your appointment time. There are no worries with insurance questions or treatment fee questions, since all of the ladies in the front office are knowledgeable. The back office is exceptional. All of the ortho assistants are professional, competent, and have good bedside manners which make the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Berro is superb. From the first meeting with him you feel at ease and confident in his expertise. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Berro and Harrison’s office to anyone looking for a great orthodontic experience. I was referred to Dr. Berro by our CPA, after seeing her in braces. Her smile had already taken shape for the better. When her braces came off, the improvement was notable. There is good reason patients come in for Dr. Berro. . . this is the cleanest, nicest office with the best staff and the smiles he creates are 2nd to none. Today, I went in to see Dr. Berro and take receipt my new lower retainers, as I had lost my original one (from 13 years ago) about 3 months ago. (Seems the price on the new retainers was the same as it was in 2003). Dr. Berro carefully checked my smile to make sure it still looked great and also kind enough to adjust my upper retainer! I’m all set to go for another 10 years. Thank you Dr. Berro!

I absolutely love the customer service and treatment here. I was referred by a friend and after having such a bad experience with my previous Ortho Dr. Berro came to the rescue. The staff is always extremely peasant and over all friendly. My treatment was great my teeth are perfect just the way I wanted them to look. I’ve had the best experience here and would recommend anyone to this office.

My smile is my best feature thanks to Dr. Berro. I think I took it for granted until a new dentist told me how beautiful my teeth were and wanted to know who my orthodontist was. He talked about it for several minutes. He was very passionate about it. In any case, I no longer take my smile for granted. My teeth are a huge source of confidence for me. Thank you Dr. Berro! My teeth still look great after almost 2 decades!

My older brother went through braces, then I did, and now our younger sister is about to, 5 years later. Wonderful memories of a cozy (underwater) atmosphere, with games to play to relax before an adjustment. Friendly, smiling faces everywhere. My two favorite aspects though was the point system, that once you got a certain amount of points, you could win a prize. It made the appointment something to look forward to. Other little challenges in the office too, like the pictures on the walls that you guessed what or where it was. Finally, getting to sign your name on the ceiling once your braces got off. There was a sense of pride, and joining along side other names of “braces veterans”. My brother and I still come in to make sure after treatment progress is continuing smoothly. A great aspect of Dr. Berro, even after the braces come off, he makes sure everything is still going alright and not moving around again haha. The office entirely is a friendly, clean, organized, and bright place. The exams are comfortable, and the cheery assistants are always listening to the patient: “How are you?… What flavor would you like?..This is what I’m gonna do… This is what I’m using… Do you feel okay… Are you comfortable… What color would you like for retainer/rubber bands/case/etc.?” I got my braces off in 7th grade, and Dr. Berro actually remembered the high school I decided to go to, 4 years later. SO CARING, PERSONAL, AND STEP BY STEP. My parents especially liked the payment plan (having three kids go through the same treatment), because it’s reasonable for families with a tight budget. Will not disappoint!

Awesome orthodontist. Dr. Berro is the best! From our initial consultation to the day my daughter had her braces removed. Very professional and proficient office. His staff makes him shine even more. They are all so knowledgeable and extremely kind and personable. I am so thankful my daughter was treated by this office. From Lucy, Dr. Berro’s right-hand girl who is absolutely wonderful and took great care of us to Tiffany the receptionist who is so much more than that! Not to mention my daughter’s teeth are perfect and beautiful. Thank you Dr. Berro AND staff. It has been a joyful experience watching my daughter’s beautiful transition!! If I could give you ten stars, I would!

Dr. Berro and his team are AWSOME!!! I went to Dr. Berro over 15 years ago for braces. My teeth are still in impeccable shape; I could not have asked for a better outcome! I get compliments on my smile all the time. I recently broke my retainer. I went to my regular dentist for a replacement retainer and did not have a good experience at all. I then called Dr. Berro’s office right away to schedule an appointment to get a new retainer. I was fitted for a new retainer and picked it up today… it fits perfectly!! You can’t go wrong with Dr. Berro. He is awesome!

What can I say! Wow! Dr. Berro is awesome…. I feel that with most doctor visits or dentist appointments that most Dr.’s sometimes can treat you as if your beneath them…not at all with Dr. Berro. Really nice guy and you can tell by his office that his staff likes working for him. I feel from A to Z they really make you feel comfortable and take great care of their patients. I have to hand it to his staff too… they must see a ton of patients a day, and it has to be tiresome, but every time I walk in, all I see is smiles and a willingness to take care of me! Coming from the service industry myself, I REALLY appreciate customer service and I think everyone does a GREAT job, and that starts with Dr. Berro! Please feel confident in Dr. Berro and his team! Not to mention, he doesn’t try to squeeze money out of you, like most places…if you need it, he will tell you, if you don’t, he will tell you that too!

Dr. Berro worked closely with my dentist (Dr. Ong) and due to their collaboration, they were able to prevent my needing an implant. Not only did Dr. Berro give me a great smile, he also saved me from having to go through more extensive dental work. I would highly recommend he and his staff to anyone I know. I can’t thank you enough!

I absolutely love Dr. Berro and his staff! Both of my boys have a great smile because of Dr. Berro’s expertise. He is very professional and his staff really care about you as a patient. My younger son started treatment at age 7 because his adult teeth were big and he had a little mouth. This early treatment was needed to guide his teeth with his growth. I would definitely 100% recommend Dr. Berro to all my friends and family.

After being in braces for 21 months; my son for 2 and a half years, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Berro and his staff are a truly talented, professional and sincere team. The front office is incredibly knowledgeble. We switched insurance companies several times throughout treatment, Mary and Diane handled it like a pros!! Now it’s my daughters turn and one more waiting in the wings. Thank you Dr. Berro and team, for giving us the gift of beautiful teeth.

Had my braces removed back in 2008. Called to make an appointment for a new retainer since mine was over 12 years old. Dr Berro looks the same as he did over a decade ago! Staff and everyone was great! Always nice to come back and see the Berro Orthodontics trademark items on display. They still do the pictures on the wall also.. Thank you Dr. Berro and staff!

My 7 year old daughter became a patient of Dr. Berro’s in August and so far the experience has been fantastic. Her pediatric dentist wanted her to be seen due to a significant overbite. He gave me the name of a few orthodontists in the area that he trusts, and we ultimately decided on Dr. Berro after speaking to my own dentist who had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Berro, he did the orthodontic work for his children and told me that Dr. Berro actually tends to see a lot of dentist’s children. He placed 4 braces on her top teeth to align them prior to her getting the “twin block” retainers to treat the overbite. The price didn’t change with the addition of this extra step and the interest free financing is very affordable. My daughter received the twin block on Thursday and indicated some discomfort with the device the next day. I called and they happened to be open this Saturday so we came back in. I honestly thought my daughter was just getting used to the device, but Dr. Berro made adjustments two times to make sure that she felt comfortable with it. The office staff is all fantastic and I’m happy with my decision to choose Dr. Berro.

I’ve had my braces for a little under two years. I had a very bad cross bite, and Dr. Berro was able to fix it without any surgery! I am more than satisfied with my smile. The staff is very nice, and will do their best to accommodate their patients. It’s a very good place for kids, as there is a Nintendo DS at every chair for them to play with while waiting for Dr. Berro or one of his assistants. There are also other game consoles for patients to play with while they’re waiting. Their service is fast, and I never had to wait too long, even if there were a lot of patients. Also, they have a points rewards system kind of thing, and basically if you show up to your appointments on time and/or wear their shirt to your appointments you get these wooden coins which you can cash in for a giftcard! Overall, the service here is wonderful. Everyone is really nice, understanding, and helpful. I sincerely recommend them for any orthodontic work!

I am so happy with my decision to have Dr. Berro work on my teeth!!! After having appointments with numerous orthodontists in Orange County I chose Dr. Berro because he was the most knowledgeable and confident about his treatment plan for me. My teeth were overcrowded and I had a severe open bite which every dentist told me that needed surgery to be fixed. I explained Dr. Berro at my 1st visit that I did not want to have surgery and I wanted to know what he could do for me with just braces. He was confident that he could close my open bite with braces and lots of rubber bands and HE DID!!! I had braces for 2 years and my teeth look amazing now! I could not be happier with the results 🙂 He has an amazing staff, all the ladies working there are so nice! My experience with Dr. Berro and his staff has been excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone needing braces!

This is one the best run businesses I have ever been to. The facility is clean, bright and interesting. Doctor Berro and his team are excellent in every way. I am 71 and had bottom braces on for 10 mos. My appointments were always right on time and the state of the art check in and appointment scheduling is perfect.  I cannot say enough about this very professionally run organization. Plus my teeth look amazing. The waiting room is great with coffee and treats and super magazines.
Please consider them for you braces.
