I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with Bethesda Sedation Dentistry. I was having work done that would require multiple visits and many hours in the dental chair. The entire process was very efficient: my initial consult with Dr. Rob, receiving a detailed treatment plan, explanations of exactly what I could/should expect, setting the apointments with Rocky, and ultimately having the dental work done. Their practice is run with the utmost professialism with a little bit of much needed humor at times. Throughout the process the entire staff was professional, thorough and consistent in ensuring I was comfortable during each procedure as well as with follow up calls and emails hours after I had left. During my numerous visits I also spent time with Dr. Deb, Danielle, Yessica and Dora during different stages. My experience with everyone involved at the practice was positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. Thank You!

I am such a baby when it comes to my dental care… I have always been fearful of dentists but since Bethesda Sedation has come into my life, I am a new person! I recently had my teeth cleaned which is something I never could have done in the pass. They are the best at easing fears and making you feel comfortable. I love the staff, always pleasant and the best at making you feel like family.

My husband and I have been patients here for well over 10 years. I’m impressed by the care we get from everyone in the office. They make you feel like you are their only patient. Dr Deb and Dr. Rob are excellent dentists and stay current with the latest technology. They make a great team and with their wonderful staff, its almost a pleasure going to the dentist!

My husband and I have been going to Bethesda Sedation Dentistry since they bought this practice from our previous dentist. That was 12-13 years ago. And we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Deb and Dr. Rob are excellent dentists and have recruited a fabulous staff. Their practice is state of the art and the office is pristine, lovely, and welcoming. And the icing on the cake is the friendliness and sense of humor of everyone!

I thought I would never find a dental practice as extraordinary as BSD. During my first visit, Dr Deb conducted the most thorough history I’ve ever had.  She talked with me in a quiet, private setting and allowed me to relate my past dental care experiences in detail and without interruption.   As I was prepped for my first procedure under sedation, I became aware of how very caring and professional the staff was. For  the first time in my adult life, I am receiving outstanding care!

BSD has been servicing my dental needs for some time. I have the utmost trust and confidence in Dr. Deb and Dr. Rob. In addition to their professional expertise, they are warm, compassionate people, who genuinely care about you. Dr. Deborah Klotz (“Dr. Deb”) transformed my messed up teeth into a smile beyond my expectations! My teeth look like beautiful teeth after so many years of mismatched crowns. Hey Folks, I have been a regular at BSD for several years now.  At my last cleaning the lady found two small cavities forming.  I am diabetic and that makes your saliva acid which makes cavities form.  I get checked 2 – 3 times a year so we can catch problems whilst they are small.  Today I was in for some Novocain and a little drilling, and the problem is solved.  I avoided dentist for 15 years, so believe me: I know how this game ends if you don’t keep on top of it. You have to try these guys.  Really, I think of it as visiting some friends who happen to be dentists. I don’t get sedated, so I am conscious during the work. These folks are highly skilled, and the seamless interaction between the dentist and the tech is impressive. Twice now random people have told me what nice teeth I have.  No kidding!  If you have been avoiding the dentist, or you just want the best, try my buddies at Bethesda Sedation Dentistry.

Having your 2 young Grandsons ask “Why don’t you smile Grandma” is gut wrenching. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was traumatized at a young age and neglected my Dental needs for over 30 years. From the moment I walked into Bethesda Sedation Dentistry I knew they were different. Dr. Rob and Dr. Deb have created an atmosphere of comfort, honesty and trust. Everyone in the office is caring, supportive and genuine. I’m still in the process of redesigning my smile but am already amazed at the difference. I look better, feel better, have more confidence and best of all so happy to Smile with my Grandsons.

I’ve been a patient at Bethesda Sedation Dentistry for a few years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else. From implants to crowns to cleanings, Dr. Rob -Dr. Deb and the entire staff are extremely professional and so incredibly personable. This practice isn’t cheap. But you’re getting quality service, and more than what you pay for honestly. Rocky, at the front desk, is a tour-de-force, a bright and delightful person who wants what is best for you, and is willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve that. Dr. Deb is sweet, attentive, non-judgmental, conscientious, and a wonderful listener. I’ve worked with Dr. Rob as well. They are both very skilled, kind, and focused on making the patient’s experience as un-traumatic as possible. Danielle the dental assistant who worked with Dr. Deb on my last visit was also charming, attentive, positive and engaged. Every person I interacted with in the office was similarly well disposed and helpful. The entire focus is on helping you feel comfortable. Dialogues and conversations about your history, concerns, goals, etc occur in a private comfortable sitting room, not in an uncomfortable dentist’s chair. They offer sedation in various degrees so that they can help you overcome any fear or discomfort you may experience in a dentists office. They also handle all forms of dental work, and have comfortable, high quality facilities and equipment. And they validate for free parking as well! The way they do billing is different though, since sedation is not usually covered by dental insurance. You pay up front, and they they provide forms for you to invoice your insurance company for reimbursement. They also offer non-insurance, 0% interest, payment options though Care Credit or Green Sky Financing to help cover costs with payment plans that suit your financial situation. They are not pushy in recommending dental work that is costly or that you don’t really need, and have concrete and heart-to-heart conversations about your dental goals and financial situation to be able to recommend and provide the best plan for you to reach your dental goals. My entire family gets dental work in this office, and they are like our extended family. Cannot recommend them enough. They are also LGBT friendly 🙂

Where do I begin!!! The office is the WHOLE NINE. Not only is the office space immaculate down to the very fine lines, but nothing beats the standard of care these doctors provide. Both Dr. Rob and Dr. Deb are the most genuine and caring people. It is so apparent and translates even through their staff. Rocky greets you at the front with the most pleasant personality and sweet smile. Yessica will also make sure you are the most comfortable throughout your visit. Cannot say enough about this rockstar office! You no longer have to fear the dentist when you walk into Bethesda Sedation.

Bethesda Sedation Dentistry is a great dental office. The Dentist and Staff are competent and very welcoming! One staff in particular was very pleasant. I believe that staff is a hygienist by the name Yessica! She was so sweet and really took her time to make sure I had a pleasant visit, despite having to go in for major work! I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a fear of the Dentist like me!

There is no experience as good as Bethesda Sedation Dentistry. From the moment you walk in to a beautiful and welcoming office, you are treated by a very professional and attentive staff. You will hear Bethesda Sedation Dentistry advertise on the radio frequently, and with many sponsors who advertise on the radio the hosts on these stations will all swear and vouch for the quality of the products and the companies who sponsor their radio shows. How can you go wrong with such a sincere imprimatur? Well, sometimes the sponsors are not all they are cracked up to be, radio host vouch notwithstanding. I am happy, however, if not ecstatic, to say that Bethesda Sedation Dentistry is an amazing place. I first went 14 years ago when Dr. Dougherty was running the practice and loved it then. Dr. Rob and Dr. Deb, and the entire staff have continued the excellence, and perhaps have taken it to a new level. Whatever level of anxiety you may have about being at the dentist will be allayed by everyone on staff. Everyone. And the care goes beyond their compassion, indeed, the level of treatment and dental work is impeccable. Just last week I had a root canal, a few cavities filled and periodontal work, all performed under sedation, and when I went home I had no idea that major work had been done on my mouth, save that my teeth were exceptionally clean to boot. I can not recommend Bethesda Sedation Dentistry more, they are fully deserving of the highest praise.

PHENOMENAL dental practice, and this is from a former Dentist-phobe. My aversion to Dentists stemmed from my childhood Dentist, who was not the most gentle practitioner (putting it mildly). This fear of going to the Dentist let me to more than 15-years of avoidance of dental appointments. Despite my fastidiousness in taking care of my teeth, the 15-years of avoidance was detrimental to my dental health. Bethesda Sedation Dentistry has completely eradicated my fears of going to the Dentist and I’ve been a regular patient for many years now. Dr. Rob and Dr. Deb are top-notch Dentists (and people) and use the most advanced technology and equipment to ensure that your dental health is as good as it can be, while ensuring that you remain comfortable and pain-free during your treatments. I would recommend Bethesda Sedation Dentistry to anyone in need of a better dental experience.

I have never walked into a dental office that at once seemed so professional and so welcoming. The atmosphere is not at all clinical and very comfortable, and the staff excels at helping those with fear or anxiety to feel listened to and informed, with their boundaries acknowledged and respected. This is the only dentist in the area I have been to that doesn’t try to convince patients to “be brave” and suffer through less anesthesia than the patient knows they really need. They’re extremely responsive to inquiries, and the entire staff is warm and friendly.

They are wonderful dentists! I highly recommend them. They are professional and warm and welcoming. I had extensive work done and it was a breeze- both my adult children are also patients and they wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Started going to Doc Rob after years of avoiding a dentist. With sedation dentistry & their family, caring office I completed major repair work. Doc Rob & Doc Deb have the highest standards for their work & I still receive compliments on my smile.
