This review is so long in coming, but worth it because I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for 12 years.  No one, but no one, IMHO is better than Dr. Scott Kim at Dentistry in the Los Angeles area. His Staff is a group of the most caring and knowledgeable collective of professionals working in this field today. Many of his staff have been with him for years and years.  His office is so clean, you literally could eat off the floor.  He uses the most up to date technologies in his practice, his office is open on Saturdays and they are very reasonably priced for even people without insurance and just need an emergency tooth repair or filling.   I could go into lengthy history of what Dr. Kim and his staff has done for me that I personally know, but it is better for you to go there and experience this Master-marvel of this profession yourself. Dr. Kim is one particular reason why I have never chosen to move to another state when offered a job because I am literally worried to not ever find a Dentist of his high caliber.  He also surrounds himself with additional professionals (Endodontist and maxillofacial) who are just as top notch.  You truly cannot find anyone better. One small example – I was referred by Dr, Kim to his Endo and Maxillo  counterparts for wisdom teeth removal and root canal with crown.  The wisdom teeth (all 4) were removed in less than 20 minutes with a special procedure and the root canal, I literally, laughed all the way through it with the Endodontist’s hands in my mouth.  (Both painless and healed in less than 1 week.) When Dr. Kim retires, and I truly hope it is not anytime soon, this area will lose someone who is dedicated to a point of having a passionate view of providing this service. I joked with Dr. Kim once, I said, “Dr. Kim, you know you’re the best Dentist in all of Los Angeles,..”  He laughed and was being modest and said .. “No..”  then he said.. ” Well, it is kinda funny, I have had some folks work for me, then move across town and go to work for someone else, but they usually come back to my office for dental treatments with their families.” Seriously, Going anywhere else is at your own risk

I have been a patient at Beverly Dental since they were a one chair, one dentist office. I’ve had many bouts with different dental issues and have never been disappointed in the care that I or my children received from this group.  My daughter, now 27,  has been a fan of Dr. Kims’ since he called her a princess at age 5.  She is the only person I know that gets excited whenever she goes to her appointment.  When my son was 3 years old, now he’s 25, Dr Kim referred him to a childrens dentist.  After a year going to that dentist, my son was able to see Dr. Kim, and has been going ever since, without clamping his mouth shut.  Being newly retired from the health field, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.  I have also, never had a problem with the front desk staff.  On many occasions, I have been running late, called in, and was told to come in anyway.  I am sold out to this group. They are the best, in my opinion.
