Dr. Biggio and his staff are both friendly and professional. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Biggio’s for as long as he has been practicing in Baton Rouge. I recently had an emergency dental situation, and the staff as well as Dr. Biggio were quick to respond and fit me in to make sure I had a proper evaluation. Once evaluated, they fit me into their busy schedule so that I would not have to endure a painful weekend. I appreciate their second-mile service!

The experience was great. I have multiple dental issues and Dr. Biggio addressed them all and the dental plan will start soon. They are even going to call my dentist back in Colorado to ask some important questions about previous dental work. All the girls that work there were lovely friendly and caring. Visited for the first time today and they welcome you like family as soon as you walk in! A very clean, quiet, and friendly environment. The staff made sure I was taken care of and Dr. Biggio listened with intent to my concerns and then made sure I understood every part of the visit. I had to have extra work done in a short amount of time and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I would have found this office sooner!

I definitely appreciate all of the methods of communication they provide to keep you abreast on your dental care needs and appointments! I initially came to the office many years ago with an emergency situation and was in extreme pain due to breaking a filling. The staff and Dr. Biggio made me feel like I was a longstanding patient and I felt very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons I continue to go the Biggio Dental Care! A dental office may be one of the most intimidating places you go but you will not feel pressured to make any decision and Dr. Biggio will provide all options and information for you and in your best interest. Dr. Biggio and his staff are amazing! I had a dental issue that needed immediate attention and hadn’t been to the dentist in years because it was never a pleasant experience for me. They were able to see me that same day and were not only some of the nicest people ever but were super efficient! The office is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming! They really calmed my anxiety about the whole ordeal and you can tell they actually care about your well being. It was such a pleasant experience and I cannot say enough nice things about them. Super excited I finally found a dentist that not only do I trust, but that himself along with his whole staff are very sweet and caring. Actually looking forward to the dentist now! I never thought id say those words haha

One of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time! My dental hygienist was so professional, organized, and friendly. The office was super cute, modern, and professionally decorated, with the perfect family appeal. Office staff very organized, fast! The doctor was so professional, and seemed very knowledgeable and genuine. On my way out, I was shocked to receive a goody bag. Very customer-oriented atmosphere. Nice! Awesome experience!! I am totally in awe of the care that I received from Dr. Biggio and his staff. They truly made me feel comfortable and they were able to quell any fears that I had initially. They were also able to answer any questions and present me with different options that I had in terms of treatment plans as well as the costs of their services so I don’t feel blindsided at all. I love this practice! I feel like they care about my comfort , they care about the results and they care about me in general! I recently had a root canal with zero pain and excellent results. Pros: – Follow up prior to scheduled appointment to confirm day and time. – Special attention to covid protocols, social distancing and cleanliness. – hygienist explained the procedures throughly and asked if there were any questions. Dr. Biggio and staff are super professional. Setting an appointment was easy enough and filling out the paperwork with the help of the kind and patient woman at the front desk was easy. My dental hygienist was very kind, gentle, and informative as she was examining, cleaning, and polishing my teeth. I enjoyed talking with her as she answered all of my questions and considered my thoughts and opinions regarding toothpaste pros and cons. Talking with Dr. Biggio is comforting. He explains the teeth very well and answers all questions with a gentle tone (even when you know he has almost certainly answered the same questions multiple times a day). He set a very comfortable environment when he asked about my family (who are also patients of his), which just makes the whole experience very enjoyable. My initial experience with Biggio Dental Care was as the spouse of a patient, and I had already formed a generally good opinion of him and his staff as they cared for my husband’s teeth; Now that I am a patient, I can say that Dr. Biggio and his staff give the utmost care and concern for your teeth and general well-being. 5 stars for the ease of customer service over the phone 5 stars for the kindness of the staff 5 stars for the professionalism of the practice.

I’m a huge dentalphobe. I hadn’t been in some years. Dr Biggio and his staff made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me, and were very accommodating! The process was way easier than I could have ever dreamt- it went perfectly with no problems or pain! I had a amazing experience at Biggio Dental. I was a new patient and everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done but it was all made easier with a warm blanket that the awesome dental assistant gave me, a rocking playlist and a tv in the room. I mean, who starts singing with their mouth wide open getting cavities filled? Me, thats right! I also had a great view looking out the window near the water. Dr. Biggio and his staff are truly amazing! I am a dental chicken and he put me at ease. After 3 consultations with other dentists, he was the most honest and didn’t try to upsell me on veneers. He made excellent and reasonable recommendations for my treatment plan. If they know that you want to be worked in on a certain day, they will text you as soon as they have options. Great staff, great customer service and overall, a great experience. I had a filling today and he was gentle and super fast! I am very pleased and I can honestly say that he’s my favorite dentist and I recommend him to everyone!

i am a first time visitor to Dr Biggio… I am from Alaska, but visit Louisiana twice a year. Due to rising costs in Alaska i am making Dr Biggio my regular dentist! i was very pleased with the visit , the cleaning, exam and fluoride coating! Staff is extremely friendly! I have never visited a dentists office like this and be treated like a 5 star guest! Allison was so friendly to me and made me feel very comfortable during my check-up. When Dr Biggio came to review my x-rays, he explained my x-ray in a way that I could understand it. Dr Biggio also took his time answering all of my questions/concerns about my teeth. Dr Biggio didn’t act like he was in a rush or displayed any sign of becoming aggravated or impatient. All dentists could learn a lot from Dr Biggio! I will definitely return to Biggio Dental Care!

This place is AWESOME!! The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention they always work around our busy schedule. Dr. Biggio is so patient with me. I have extreme anxiety when in the chair and he is always so patient with me and understands. Being sort of new to the area and having kids its always hard to find a sitter, so they usually tag along. The staff makes sure my kids are comfortable with plenty of cartoons to watch while i’m in the chair.

Dr. Biggio is great! He is nice, and his entire office staff seems to care about the patients. For example, Dr. Biggio sent me home with some dental casting material when I needed to make an impression of a bird beak for a school research project. Dr. Biggio did not charge me for the casting material, which is unheard of in most doctors’ offices. Most importantly, Dr. Biggio knows a lot about teeth. He is also knowledgeable about cosmetic procedures and treatments.

Dr. Chad Biggio at Biggio Dental Care is by far THE BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! Everyone in the office that I had contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. He and his team made my visit pleasurable. Both dental assistants made sure to listen to my concerns and they were both very helpful in getting me to have more confidence in my smile( prior to me seeing the dentist). They both helped to ease my anxiety during my visit because they were personable and funny! From the moment Dr. Biggio entered the room, he was attentive to all of my concerns. He shows that he cares for his patients by being present and consulting with patients himself. Throughout my consultation, Dr. Biggio attentively listened to all of my needs and answered every question that I had. Not once did he interrupt me nor did he suggest anything that would not be medically, cosmetically, and financially beneficial for me. Dr. Biggio THOROUGHLY explained the work that I needed as well as future procedures. In addition to him informing me of what work I’ll need, he used models, dental impressions, and technology so that I would be able to actually see the procedural process as well as what the end result would look like. Dr. Biggio and his team are awesome! They all gave me the confidence in my smile that I’d lost! I would highly recommend Biggio Dental Care to anyone in need of dental care. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a cosmetic procedure, I would definitely see Dr. Chad Biggio!
