Great experience with Dr. Redmond. After having braces 12 years ago I recently visited for a check up. Coming back felt like seeing an old friend. In addition to fixing my retainer, Dr. Redmond was able to make a quick and complimentary cosmetic correction to the shape of my teeth – a remarkably easy solution to a problem I had expected to be complex.

Dr. Redmond is above and beyond amazing! He connects to the kids in a way I’ve never seen before. He talks to them, and genuinely seems to care about their answers. Beyond that, Dr. Redmond makes coming to his office fun. There is always a coloring/writing activity to work on while you wait and his office has a relaxed, comfortable feel. Every employee has a smile and a kind word. Once, my son was is tantrum mode–the kind of every parent’s nightmares. I had to drag him kicking and screaming up the stairs barefoot in his pajamas (yes, I’m embarrassed to write that). The staff smiled and offered to send Dr. Redmond outside for his check up. Then, everyone smiled and raved about the shark PJs he was wearing. That got my son into the back room. Dr. Redmond continued to put him at ease with kindness and a head massage that others might have been envious of. To say “above and beyond” is an understatement. We left happy and calm. Yes, we are receiving competent orthodontist care. We have gone through spacers and teeth moving just as they are supposed to. The office runs on time. If you are looking for a great orthodontist, your search should stop here!

I took my time researching local orthodontists in my area – I knew that my daughter could get her braces anywhere but I really wanted her experience to be positive and as enjoyable as possible. I made an appointment for a consultation with Bill Redmond Orthodontics after seeing all the outstanding reviews. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the receptionist and then met with Dr. Redmond. My daughter and I were thoroughly educated by Dr. Redmond on the entire process and he really helped us understand what was happening and what to expect. Dr. Redmond has such an awesome personality. He’s funny but professional and my shy daughter really warmed up to him. Long story short, she has her braces on now and we couldn’t be happier with Dr. Redmond and his amazing staff and my daughter looks forward to her appointments. We absolutely love Dr. Redmond and we are so glad we chose Bill Redmond Orthodontics!

My son was referred to Dr. Redmond’s office from another local orthodontist. From day one I knew he would get the services he had been needing and deserving for quite a few years. My son was born with a cleft lip and he’s had multiple surgeries. Thankfully his pallet was intact. After the second round of braces and now finally filling the gaps in his upper gum line he will soon to be completely done. Wait late in providing this review, but got reminded today of how long ago it was since I had my braces put on and then removed. 2014 had Dr. Redmond look at my lower front teeth as they had shifted and were no longer straight. As I expected, he suggested braces and then unexpectedly, provided several options, prices and the differences. Even though I had no experience with him or his staff previously, unfortunately its easy to be cynical and think the worst, like they are going to tell me I need $10,000 worth of braces. That wasnt the case at all and was quite the opposite. I chose the option I wanted based on all of the information they provided and it was very reasonable. I had them on for the duration the doctor estimated and amazingly, my teeth never looked better. They removed them, put on a permanent retainer and only in 2016 did I need to have a small adjustment after I ate something that pulled one section lose. Yesterday, April 2, 2019 I called explaining my retainer was lose. They scheduled me for the very next day. I arrived to see the same very friendly smiling faces greet me, that had always been there before and after 10 min, everything was back to normal. This is a business that has some of the most wonderful, caring people I have ever met, including Dr. Redmond. They seem like a family and make you feel the same way. Thank you again Dr. Redmond to you and all of your staff. Sincerely appreciated.

Dr. Bill and his team are AMAZING! Right from our very first phone call to his friendly front office staff to set up our initial consultation appointment, and throughout our son’s treatment thus far, we have received such top notch customer service. Everyone works really hard to make life easier for you, being very flexible with appointment times, treatment plans, and working out insurance issues.  Dr. Bill goes out of his way to make sure all of your questions are answered thoroughly and is patient with us even when we have a lot of questions and he is busy with other patients.  We are very pleased with how our son’s treatment is progressing and can’t wait to see the final results. From what we’ve seen of Dr. Bill’s work for his other patients, he really knows his stuff and can create ‘million dollar smiles’ for them. There are so many orthodontists to choose from in our area but with confidence we can say that we’ve found one of the best! Our whole family highly recommends Dr. Bill!

So glad I bought my daughter to Dr. Bill!  He is a perfectionist as well as an artist. It’s extremely apparent from your first visit that Dr. Redmond and his staff care about you as a person. They are easy to work with on rescheduling and the waiting room should be called s sitting room because we never have to wait!  That’s my kind of Orthodontist!  You’d be crazy to go anywhere else.

Dr. Redmond is absolutely amazing!  My daughter had her teeth straightened four years ago by Dr. Redmond.  Not only is her smile beautiful…but when she had severe mouth pain and we did not know who to call, he drove to the office on a weekend and cheerfully investigated the possible causes.  He was helpful in every way that he could be…and simply indicated that he hoped others would do the same for his children.  Kudos and a huge THANK YOU!

Highly recommend BRO Ortho! Dr. Redmond took his time to explain my options between traditional braces and Invisalign and what best fits my case. Crystal and Tracy and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Even with the new Covid regulations my appointment went 10/10!

What can I say about this office and denist, they are amazing. My daughter started going to Dr Redmond 3 years ago when we first found out she needed braces. We had been referred by a friend which turned out to be the greatest gift, in turn I have referred friends to them. My daughter has the most beautiful smile now and I really didn’t think that would happen. Her teeth were a huge mess it took longer than most there were teeth that needed to move, fall out and jaw to shift. So with Dr. Redmonds magic hands it has happened. I would recommend him to anyone. Also the front office ladies rock!!!
