Today I went Transcendental Smiles of Memorial for extensive bridge work. Dr Bill So was so gentle and very concerned he was hurting me. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the chair and have the most respect for Dr Bill. He is AWESOME. I strongly suggest-anyone needing dental work to visit Dr Bill So at Transcendental

The office staff are Professionals, engaging, helpful and pleasant. Hygienists are also professional, pleasant and thorough. Appointment times are always kept, i.e. no waiting after scheduled time Have been very pleased with Dr. So and his treatments especially after seeing another Dental office in area for a few years. You never know who was going to see you and it seemed office staff were only interested in how much insurance coverage you had and if you spent your yearly allowance. This is definitely not the case with Dr. So and his staff of professionals. They care and treat patients extremely well, listen and discuss what to expect, as if your visit and time is important to them as it is to you. I have recommended the Westway Park office to my friends and will continue to do so in future.

Every element of this staff is amazing. The administrators are so efficient, the hygienists are knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. So is just wonderful. He is super amiable and his approach to treatment I’d pretty comprehensive. He takes time to ask about habits, diet, etc., when trying to get to the root of a problem.

Dr. So and his staff members are very caring professionals. We have been clients for 10 or more years. He has done the following for me: teeth whitening (Zoom), crowns, Invisalign. It is especially wonderful to see how he cares for children who all seem to adore him, which says volumes about his interpersonal skills with all clients.

Dr So has been my dentist for the past 3 years. He’s been excellent in his service and has been great in explaining services and sharing information. I had a recent crown done and he was terrific in explaining the procedure and doing the work with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. So if you are looking for a dentist. His office staff and dental assistants, etc are all very friendly and easy to work with as well.

I recommend the ceviche… oh wait, wrong review. I would not recommend eating ceviche before going to the dentist but Dr. So would probably be cool with it. Therefore, I highly recommend @billsodentistry. No joke here. I’ve been around a lot of medical people and not all of them love their jobs. You can tell Dr. So does. Yes, of course he makes sure you are comfortable but more important to me… he keeps you informed. When my mother had to have some dental work done as she was fighting leukemia, Dr. So made sure that every precaution was taken care of in consideration of blood and medication issues. He was very thorough and it made my mom feel very safe. Unfortunately, leukemia won in the end but she had a beautiful smile. The bottom line is that you can trust Dr. So. My family has for years. I mean jeez… how many people do you know that have fought Saddam Hussein and gingivitis

Like most people, I have a long standing fear of sitting in the dentist chair. As soon as I sit down my heart rate sky rockets, palms get sweaty, and anxiety goes through the roof when I hear the sound of that drill. Dr. So and his support staff cured me of this phobia! Dr. So is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to. Kind, patient, and completely painless is how every experience at Trancendental Smiles of Memorial was for me. I had TWO root canals this month and both went better than I ever could have hoped for. I’ll never go to anyone else for dental work.

I’ve come here for the past two years for my cleanings and X-rays. I love the staff here they are friendly and very attentive. I like how they notify me about upcoming appointments through texts and emails. Dr.So is very professional and kind during my evaluations.The staff that has done the cleanings have been amazing as well.I did have an issue regarding my insurance due to me coming for more than my two cleanings within the twelve month period, Jeannette called me to inform me that my insurance hadn’t covered it. She gave me all the information and allowed me an extension to pay what I owed at the office. Also, the inside of the office is very clean I’ve never seen a place that well kept. Thanks for the wonderful service.

This was our first “official” visit with Dr. So other then our initial consult visit. The office staff was very pleasant and my son came out of the exam pretty happy. Dr. So and his staff are the absolute BEST hands down!!! My best friend recommended him when I was in horrible pain from an infected and super swollen wisdom tooth. I have really bad anxiety (especially at the dentist lol) and they made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and answered every question I had and never rushed me. I actually had FUN if you can believe that. I didn’t even feel any pain when he pulled my tooth out! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!!! **Update** After making this review I noticed they also take children so I quickly switched my kid’s insurance so they will go here from now on!!

I love the communication they have for appointments. I always get multiple reminders… email, text message… If they have a cancellation I get a text asking if I would like to take an earlier appointment.
