I had a great first visit at Biltmore Commons Dental! I was nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and expected them to be upset with me. The hygienist that did my cleaning and xrays was extremely friendly and made my teeth feel amazing. The dentist was welcoming and professional and helped me feel good about my dental health again. I made my follow up appointment and actually am looking forward to my next dental cleaning!

They got me in the same day for my dental emergency, gave me a (very reasonable) cost estimate before they did the work, demonstrated safety protocols that put my mind at ease, and talked me through the whole procedure.

This is a great dental office! Dr. Sadowski is very thorough and so gentle. He goes over each step of the treatment and offers alternative options when possible. His staff is efficient and friendly and we’ve never had any issues getting in. Procedures that in the past have taken multiple visits to address, he was able to do in one visit. And he doesn’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. He is truly looking to provide the best dental care possible and make sure your oral health is top notch.

The staff is always so friendly, takes thorough precautions for health and safety, and always provides a timely experience. In addition, they have very early appointments that allow me to get the appointment out of the way before work. About 4 years ago a coworker referred me and two other coworkers & we all still go to Biltmore Commons for our dental care. The hygienist and dentist are always so engaging and I enjoy my time in the office.

I had a emergency an abscessed front tooth. OMG sooo painful. With the mandatory closure’s of our medical office they were beyond kind and helped me right away while keeping with needed precautions. Thank you for all you did for me. This is the dentist that you want to always use for everyday care and especially when you have an emergency. Above and beyond kind.!!!

Yes I am Dr. Sadowski and though I am one of the doctors, I just wanted to comment publicly on the amazing people who work at Biltmore Commons Dental care. It is a joy to work with and associate with such kind and warm people. The entire experience at the office is filled with genuine kindness. Thank you to our wonderful team for being who you are.

I had an excellent overall experience , however the dental hygienist, Michelle  left a memorable impression which motivated me to write this review . I usually dread the cleaning , but it went smoothly; even the flossing part was pain free . She was very knowledgeable and made me aware of the areas that need a little more special attention on my part .   I’ve met two of the dentist , both of whom make you feel comfortable and explain the process  clearly .The front desk was very friendly and personable  .

From the welcoming and friendly front desk staff to the dental hygienist all the way to the actual dentist and his assistant , five plussss stars !!! I was very pleased with my whole experience here !! I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you’re treated kindly and with the utmost friendliness. I just LOVE THAT. !! These days that is a rare find !!!!! Excellent place and awesome group of people here !!!

I had just been in the Phoenix area for a month or two before I chipped a tooth one night. We called the office at 7am and they were able to work us in that morning. The doctor was kind and caring. He had to basically fill in an entire part of my front tooth. After his first attempt, he thought it looked a little off so he took the extra time to shape it. It looks exactly the way it should and I appreciated the fact that he took his time, even though he had worked me in the schedule. I have no dental insurance but the prices weren’t bad considering the work he had to do. With the “first timer” discount, it was about $350. I’ll definitely use them again.

Never have I ever said, “I love my dentist” until finding Biltmore Commons! Friendly staff, thorough dentist, and meticulous hygienists. One of the few dentists I’ve been to that take time to explain treatments, make sure you’re not in pain and get to know you as a person not just a number.

Is this a dentist office…more like second home! I never really looked forward to going to the dentist ever, everyone there is so nice and tons of fun. I’m a new patient there and I feel like I’ve been going there for years. Dr. Sadowski, the dental assistants and the front office staff are so amazing you feel so welcomed from the moment you walk through the door to the time you walk out that same door. I would recommend Biltmore Common Dental that want a fun and friendly environment that will give you the best smile. Look forward to my best visit!

The staff at Biltmore Commons Dental Care are absolutely amazing! From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists, and everyone in between they are so kind and courteous! They make you feel welcome, they calm your nerves, and they explain everything with incredible knowledge so you know exactly what is happening. I can’t recommend them enough!

I don’t really know where start except to say this dental practice is totally different than any I’ve been to before. I’m absolutely terrified of ALL doctors. I’ll allow myself to stay in constant pain til I can’t function anymore and then I’ll get whatever ails me fixed and neglect everything else. Normally this would’ve been the case as well but when I called at 7am with a horrible tooth ache and they got me in immediately and I met Dr. Sadowski, that changed. I explained my issue and told him I was not a fan of the dentist. He walked me through what he wanted to do and made me comfortable enough to actually WANT to fix the rest of my dental issues. I’ve been to dentists in the past that can’t wait to hand me a laundry list of issues that “absolutely must be done now!” and a bill for $20,000. I always get so freaked out by this that I make the appointment, and then the morning of the appointment am having a full blown anxiety attack and can’t make it. Biltmore Commons is a pleasure from the time you walk in til the time you walk out. Infact, this is the 1st time I’ve ever had a doctor walk me out or even occasionally come get me from the waiting room. Or for that matter really take the time to understand how my psyche works. I’m a mess when it comes to doctors and I have at this point successfully made it through 2 root canals, 2 crowns and I know there’s more to come. But I haven’t ran away yet and that is 100% because Dr. Sadowski and his staff are fantastic.
