From start to finish, this was a great experience! When I called to make an appointment for my father I was greeted warmly over the phone. I was offered several time slots for a cleaning, which made scheduling easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they answered all my questions about insurance coverage as well as the anticipated cost for the visit. The dental hygienist was thorough while she carefully reviewed my father’s medication list to help determine the cause of his dental problems. Dr. Ro did a great job explaining the concerns regarding my father’s dental conditions, and provided realistic recommendations for good preventive dental care. This practice definitely cares about their patients!

My husband, myself, and our four year old son have been patients of this practice for about a year. We all have anxiety related to dental procedures, and we struggled for many years to find a sympathetic office. Well, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ro and Dr. Purvi. They are compassionate and understanding and we are so grateful that we found this office. I just had extensive dental work done today and they offered me nitrous oxide for my anxiety. They also had a note in my file reminding them that I get cold during procedures, so they provided me with a warm and cozy blanket right away. I will also say they do an excellent job with my four year old, and he enjoys watching Netflix while getting his teeth cleaned. Our whole family would (and do) recommend this office for all dental care!

We have been going to Drs. Ro and Purvi since they purchased the practice. We absolutely love them! They make us feel like old friends every time we visit. Before we started seeing them my 3 year old daughter was terrified of dentists. They happily let her sit on my lap during my check ups and they would talk to her and explain everything. She’s now 6 and looks forward to getting her teeth cleaned. When we drive by she always says, “Mom, there’s our dentist!”. Now with my one year old, she also sat on my lap during my last visit and everyone in the office was so sweet to her. As for the service, we think they’re great. They are gentle and not aggressive. They make us smile 🙂

I’ve had many dentists growing up in the area and continued to search for a new dentist it felt like yearly until I got introduced to Dr. Ro. Since I’ve come to them, I appreciate the great work they do and they give an honest opinion, it never feels with them like I’m a customer, it feels like I’m a patient. Many other dentists made me feel like they were trying to up sell another product to me, here it didn’t. Would recommend them to everyone, thank you Dr. Ro and Dr. Purvi. I’ve sent my father in law here to see them and he was thoroughly impressed, he now tries to send his friends to them. Cannot say enough good things about them!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! My dental hygienist, Toni did such a thorough job cleaning my teeth and resolving any issues I was having. I was able to immediately see all my x-rays and images on a big screen and Dr. Arora was incredibly patient and explained everything very well and they sent me home with everything I needed. I loved the atmosphere and entire experience and I’m coming back for sure! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Bingham Farms Family Dentistry for a few years now, and can’t say enough about how professional, friendly, and helpful the whole staff has been. Scheduling appointments is simple and easy, and they are always on point when it comes to customer service. My Dental Hygienist, Ashley, makes the cleaning process as pleasant and painless as possible. Dr. Rohit has been nothing but knowledgeable and straightforward about the health of my teeth, and is likewise as courteous as any dentist I’ve had. Anytime one of my coworkers or friends is looking for a new dentist, I always recommend Bingham Farms Family Dentistry!

Drs Purvi and Rohit are awesome! Makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience for the whole family. The hygienists explain everything to my kids as they go along during an appt which makes their cleanings a breeze. Very happy with their up to date offerings of the latest cosmetic treatments without the pushy sales tactics that I’ve experienced elsewhere. If you’re seeking a new dentist, look no further. I’ve been coming to BFFD my whole life, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Ro and Dr. Purvi are both phenomenal dentists who treat their patients like family. The entire staff is wonderful, the office is clean and beautifully renovated, and the location is convenient. Simply the best!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Arora’s. I first saw while he was doing his training in dental school. I have continued treating with him since then, and would never consider going to see anyone else. He is not only an exceptional dentist but his staff is wonderful and is office is beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Arora to all my friends and family.

Joined my husband’s work insurance and health plan. He was given a $25 gift card to Target (happy day!). The front desk, and dental assistants are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all questions and concerns. Dr. A is also immensely calm and intelligent, and will make you feel like you are receiving personalized dental advice and care. Made my first time getting cavities filled relatively painless and fearless! 🙂
