I decided to try this office after a bad experience at another office in the area. The waiting area didn’t feel sterile like most dental offices. The staff is warm and welcoming. I was offered a breakdown of my dental benefits and this has never happened before. I will say that my examination was thorough. Dr. Bingham was very careful to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It was refreshing to see an entire staff of women. I am very pleased at the level of professionalism this dental.office displayed and I will return. I trust the plan recommended by Dr. Bingham.

I found this new practice via a google search. I was looking for a new dentist as my old one has had some turn over with her office staff, and the new folks were not cutting it. I made an appointment for both my husband and I for an exam and cleaning. The practice is decorated very nice and the office staff are very welcoming. The hygienist took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone clean my teeth that well. My teeth were bright and shiny and felt great afterwards. This practice has the latest technology and used all of it during my exam. Dr. Bingham-Lester came in and took her time with my exam. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of my visit, I was presented with a welcome gift, which was a water bottle and other little goodies. My husband and I already scheduled are follow-up visits.

The receptionist and hygenist staff, which is often the first impression to most businesses appointments you make, is extremely courteous and professional. I had to call them a few times for directions due to rerouting because of a traffic accident.  From the moment I walked into the office, everything was top notch.  Honestly this establishment feels more like a spa-getaway than a dentist office.  The waiting area was filled with rich colors and earth tone woods that felt more like a cabin in The Peaks in Telluride. They even had books about art and culture, not the standard 2004 copy of People Magazine with a missing cover. After preparation, Dr. Bingham-Lester herself took me on a brief tour and then provided a thorough cleaning along with imaging and x-rays.  Did I mention their dental chairs are ridiculously comfortable!!??? (they may have a contract with Eames).  And oh yea…they also have HD television screens with Direct TV at the viewing angle off your recline. Every single piece of equipment they have is state of the art.  It was unintended, but I spent 3 hours here by choice.  They have managed to transform an experience that you either put off too long and then dread into a welcome and comfortable escape of sorts.  Make your appointment now…Your teeth and your Spirit will thank you.
