I have had the unique experience as a part of work that I did last year to spend quite a bit of time in the offices of Orthodontists around the country. When my own child needed orthodontia, it was a pleasant surprise to find that one of the best practices was right in my own back yard. My experience over the last 6 months has been that: 1. The staff are very friendly!! 2. The staff are excellent communicators 3. The office is modern, clean, well-appointed and warm 4. The office is equipped with some of the most state-of-the-art equipment 5. Dr Bivens makes sure to see us at every appointment, even when his capable staff is completing some of the work 6. They truly CARE about the kids and their treatment! 7. In everything they do, you can tell that the Dr. and his team CARE about their patients! The Lombardi family would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Bivens Orthodontics for all they do to make a sometimes “not so fun” procedure into a great time, resulting in great smiles!

Currently my daughter and I are using Invisalign technologies, under the direction of Dr. Bivens Orthodontics in Westchase. Want to emphasize the appreciation I have for Dr. Bivens who prefers a conservative approach to overal dental care. After obtaining films and analyzing results, he presents the facts and provides an analysis of his treatment plan. His integrity for the best possible outcome is sincere. If he feels treatment for other dental procedures prior to his will make that happen, he will encourage it. I say this from factual experience when led to believe otherwise. If they believe it, are driven by other means, or willing to chance…… FF 2020, I’d much prefer treatment by the Dr. who takes pride in the end result AND for the best long term outcome. The wonderful office staff keep things running consistently working as a cohesive team. Each are friendly, knowledgeable, and all business while Crafting Beautiful Smiles.

I am now a patient of Bivens orthodontics and I must say they have really impressed me. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome there. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. They even had a sign welcoming me there by name, just for me. Sounds small, but it really made an impression to me that they care enough to make those little extra efforts that no one else seems to do anymore. I felt like family from the moment I walked in. They treated me like I mattered, and even gave me a tour of the facility. Working with Kristy, the treatment coordinator there, has been nothing short of VIP treatment. She has been friendly, accommodating, understanding, and very helpful in every way. I usually hate asking questions because I always feel like I’m bothering people, but she has made it a very comfortable experience and has made sure to help me with any question I had. All of this has resulted in me choosing them over many other options. I like the feeling that I am in great hands. Dr Bivens is by far the most informed ortho that I met with, and that makes me feel as I will get the results I am looking for. I took 2 of my children here for a consult after their dentist recommended them to go for an evaluation the staff is amazing and very friendly and professional they do not pressure you into anything they make you feel welcome and well do anything to make your visit there wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone . My oldest needs braces and the doctor went over both options and my son choose to go with invisalign so we go to pick it up in about 4 weeks can’t wait to see the end results.

Just moved to the area And I was in need of a new orthodontist. I looked on google and they had the best reviews. I see why! First off the office location is perfect and the office is amazing. We’re first timers in the braces realm and Dr. Bivens’ office has been a great experience. They are efficient without evoking the feeling of assembly line/volume practices. The kids are very much a part of the process in terms of making sure they understand what’s happening and why as well as answering any questions they have. They also work hard to make the experience as fun as possible by allowing the kids to earn points towards gift cards by getting good grades in school, getting regular checkups, etc. The staff is friendly and will go into as much detail as you desire.
