I had been experiencing what I thought was sinus pain but the MD at Medical City though it might be a dental issue. BL Dental is in my neighborhood so I made an appointment. The office is very clean and everyone on the staff is wearing a mask as they should in these Covid times. During the exam, x-rays were taken which revealed an infection in the root socket area of two molars. Options were discussed including a visit to periodontist and/or an oral surgeon. Prescriptions were issued to address infection while evaluating the possibilities. My choice was to schedule an extraction as it was the dentist’s opinion the infection could not be eliminated dues to its location. The procedure was painless aside from the first injection of numbing agent. As this was not my first “rodeo”, I was prepared. Post extraction pain was nonexistent because of the pain med prescription. Healing was without incident. Subsequent appointments for routine exam and cleaning have also been thorough and professional.

I have never been comfortable with being in a dentist office for myself and it’s 1000 times worse on me having my children in a dentist chair… Everyone in this office are absolutely amazing. They made sure all 3 of my children were not only comfortable but enjoying the experience. They have a wonderful and beautiful way with children that makes my mama heart fill with warmth ease and joy. Thank y’all so very much for taking care of my babies’ mouths. I am very grateful to y’all!

It had been quite a while since I went to a dental cleaning, so I was nervous – but Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Sultana both patiently told me what to expect from the process, step by step. The actual cleaning itself was done very nicely, and I felt very comfortable. Afterwards, I was given a very thorough, easy to understand explanation on properly taking care of my teeth. They are extremely knowledgeable in the field, but they know how to explain the various aspects of tooth health in layman’s terms, which made it very easy for me to learn from them. Through them I understood just how sensitive and complex teeth are, and how important it is to properly maintain your teeth. The overall office is set up very cleanly, and is nearly arranged, so the experience of the appointment is wonderful from the moment you walk in. To anyone reading this, if you are looking for the best place for dental care in the area, this is hands down the best office.

My 9 year old brother has always been afraid to go to the dentist. But it was important to take him at least somewhere. I was looking for friendly dentists near my zip code and found this place. At first, I was a bit worried since it’s a new place but decided to give it a shot. The dentists over there are so down to earth and so far most kids I have seen at the clinic seem to enjoy the vibe. Dr. Chowdhury has a hilarious humor and he would play movies and tell kids jokes the entire time to distract any fear. I was happy as my brother did not panic and told me he would go next time. I definitely recommend the place. The staff are very nice and helpful as well.

I had an excellent experience at BL Dental! Both dentists were very caring and knowledgeable and did everything they could to make my experience wonderful. They always took extra time to explain everything and make sure that my teeth are in great shape. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Recently we visited BL Dental & Orthodontics for our 2 kids. We were very pleased with our experience at Dr. Chowdhury/Dr. Sultana’s office. They had very caring and compassionate staff. She was very helpful and accommodating in setting up the appointment and getting the paper works completed. Dr Chowdhury is very friendly with the kids and he knows very well how to handle kids. Our kids were very happy with him and they were not scared at all being in a doctor’s office and not a single drop of tears from their eyes. From our discussion with Dr Chowdhury, we found him very knowledgeable in his field along with his long experience. When he finds a problem, he explains it very well and provides different options of addressing it. He also suggests the best options to choose. He nicely explained about how to take care of our oral health. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Mohammad Chowdhury at BL Dental & Orthodontics. He has built a great team!

Our whole family comes to this office: they are super friendly with kids, and take the time to explain everything to the adults. They dont rush their patients and answer any questions one has. They aren’t quick to do work that can be waited on to see if it remineralizes on its own with proper care, and they provide affordable prices for those without insurance. They have alot of experience and provide outstanding dental care for their patients. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this dental place to everyone, I’ve taken a friend of mine for a checkup and everything was done in a timely manner and customer service was top notch. Taha Master took care of us and he did his job in the most professional way possible. I will definitely come back here again for any of my dental issues and I know I will be highly satisfied. Thank you guys for everything, i think I made the perfect decision by choosing this dental place 🙂

My family and I had a great experience at BL Dental & Orthodontics! Both Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Sultana make the process so easy and discuss all options to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My sister and I had our wisdom teeth removed here, and as scary as the process was, we felt at ease knowing we were in good hands. BL dental is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff were super nice and the office was very clean. The doctors helped me understand what issues I had wrong with my teeth and walked me through the whole treatment. They even gave me advice on ways to take better care of my teeth. I will definitely be back!

Where to begin amazing dentists, very thorough and friendly. I had my tooth filling done recently, Dr Chowdhury explained it very professionally with pros and cons of every step and I had several of them done in one sitting without experiencing any pain/discomfort. BL Dental & Orthodontics is a phenomenal office, filled with kind hearted people. The staff is extremely welcoming when you enter and they take complete care of you. If you make an appointment, they are ready on time, and even if you walk-in, then they do their absolute best to accommodate and fit you in. They inform you well of everything and are extremely transparent. The office manager, Taha, handles you with such care and effort, and it really makes an impact on your dental visit. The two dentists, Dr.Sultana and Dr.Chowdhury, really care about you and your dental hygiene. If you book a consult, they will literally give you a detailed breakdown on each of your teeth (and they will give you the best life advice too!). They only want whats best for you and are serious about the longevity of your teeth. My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences here, and we highly recommend this place to others in the community of Plano.

He not only treats your dental problems but also teaches you how to achieve and maintain good home Oral Hygiene round the year.
