Ok, so the main reason I chose this dentist was because I live 2 blocks away. I was a bit turned off by all the”bling” (“bling” screamed pricey and flashy to me) so I didn’t know what to expect. But I was put into ease immediately by my hygeinist, Michelle. She was very nice and personable, and did everything she could to make sure I felt comfortable. The x-rays were the most painful part, because I have a small mouth but she was very patient. The gum check and cleaning were not the most comfortable procedures, but I was easily distracted by ear phones and a TV screen showing of Mean Girls on the ceiling, what a great idea! Michelle was very knowledgable about dental health and bruxism (teeth grinding) and answered all my questions well. After the cleaning was done, we had trays made for teeth whitening (which were FREE). Then, Dr. Katie Ball came in to talk to me and examine my teeth. She was very friendly, and gave me some more great advice on bruxism. Overall, I was happy with my 1 hour and 45 minutes new patient appointment. Left with a big goody bag and will be picking up my teeth whitening trays in a few days. Can’t say that I’m dying to return, but I’ll make sure I’m keeping my 6-month appointment!

Dr. Raymond and Dr. Katie and the entire Bling staff help make a trip to the dentist an event to which I look forward. The staff has performed regular check ups. Both hygienists have been thorough and gentle. I have had a filling on a front tooth to address a receding gum. This was completed expertly. Most recently I began Invisalign treatment to address the shift of my teeth after having had braces 25 years ago. Braces in my 40s was something I anticipated. However, I would much rather have my teeth into my 80s. Dr. Raymond, Dr. Katie, and everyone at Bling Dental do excellent work. They receive my highest endorsement.

Best dentist anyone ever had. I have been with them for almost 3 years now and recommend them any time a friend needs a dentist. They have a beautiful space. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making it beautiful and welcoming. This kind of effort infuses every part of Dr. Katie’s practice. Bling Dental has many amenities that help make me feel comfortable: warmed blankets cleaned after each use (great for ACed offices), TVs on the ceiling with headphones, warm moist towels scented with lavender for face and hands, pillows for knees and neck (with removable coverings for cleanings between use. I don’t care about that much, but I know others which is why I included that info), hygienists wear casual uniforms that make you feel less in a severe medical situation and more hanging with a professional friend, single use toothbrushes in the bathroom, full length mirrors around – they are easy to avoid if you hate that also easy to gravitate toward if you love a mirror. Though they specialize in cosmetic dentistry I have hardly taken them up on that aspect of their practice. I mostly go to the (3 times a year) for cleanings. I have been through two dental emergencies with them, a root canal cap replacement, a front tooth chip (twice, my bite is messed up so it will almost always inevitably chip again, but they fix me up beautifully each time) and I have found them to be kind, personal but also very professional, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, smart, competent and just really comforting. Dr. Katie is seriously amazing and smart and so so nice. My hygienist, Jordan, is so non-judgmental, knowledgable without being condescending, very charming and funny. She’s the best! I really do look forward to my dental appointments which I think is the best compliment I could give a dentist. Anyways, I love the environment they have created there and hope my insurance lets me go to them forever!

I am usually very nervous when I have to see my dentist. After my first visit at Bling Dental, Dr. Katie Ball I ‘learned’, there is no reason at all to be nervous. The whole team there is very friendly. They took the time to explain everything in detail. The whole atmosphere is perfect. It starts when you actually enter the office. It doesn’t feel like a dentist office at all. I also had the feeling that the team is taking care of you and they want to do the best for you and not to make money. I only can recommend this office, I will definitely stay with this team, no reason for me to find another dentist, I almost feel comfortable when I am there. Definitely 5*****!

Dr. Katie and her staff are the most exceptional group of people. Their office is beautiful, and everyone within it is gracious, fun, warm, and accommodating. Dr. Katie is committed to providing her patients with the kindness, expertise, and care of a true professional. Whoever hates going to the dentist, has not yet experienced Bling!

Love! Love! Love! I drive an hour each way to visit the wonderful, professional staff at Bling. I have never been to a dentist where I have felt like they REALLY care about you, your smile and dental issues. The dr’s and staff always are upbeat and positive, no matter what procedure you need done. From cleanings to Invisalign, to crowns and bridges~definitely the BEST in the NW!! I strongly recommend you give the staff at Bling a shot at serving you and your dental needs. I have truly been blessed by the compassion and treatments I have received there. I love my smile and it’s ALL because of Bling!

I ordered one of the new toothbrushes through a coupon site. An error occurred where I actually ordered it for full price, plus another one that I had bought at the discounted rate. A member of the staff called me back within one day and had the problem corrected. My refund was in my account the following business day! She also sent me an email to follow-up. Wonderful customer service! I hope the toothbrush works just as well!

Bling does an exceptional job, but beyond that they have something that most dentist offices have long lost … customer service. This is visible whenever you call the front desk, to when you are greeted and cared for by an assistant to when you have conversations with and work done by the doctor. They ask questions, listen to your answers and want you to have the most pleasant expereince you can, while experiencing the best care and leaving the most satisfied. I have long feared dentists. They have turned me into someone who knows I’m being looked after and cared for and will not leave feeling like I was not given personalized service. They really went above and beyond, and for that, I will be a forever patient.

I have had a phobia of the dentist since I was a child. I have not been to the dentist in the past 10-12 years. I finally broke down and made an appointment. WOW…my first appt for x-rays and a cleaning was FABULOUS! I had to return for a crown and I am so amazed at how easy it was. Dr. Katie is so nice and patient. The dental techs are absolutely amazing. They are so sweet, patient, and gentle. There is a flat screen tv on the ceiling to distract you (you can bring your own movie or they have some to choose from). The dental chair massages your back while they are doing the dentistry. They cured me of my phobia of the dentist. I highly recommend them for any and all dental needs!!!!
