It took me nearly 50 years to find a dental practice that goes above and beyond to ease my dental phobia! These practitioners are as kind as they are talented and the staff is hand picked to continue this competent vibe. Although I may never “love” going to the dentist, I have the peace of mind that I’ll be well taken care of when I’m in the chair . Thank you to the entire Blue Back Dental team ❤️

Enthusiastic and friendly staff. They really love getting to know their patients. This has only been my second visit after not seeing a dentist in several years. They are incredibly accommodating and go the extra length to make you want to see your dentist. And great office location with a great view.

I don’t do reviews normally, but I do need to do a review for Blue Back Dental. First of all the staff is awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. The Doctors are outstanding, very caring and up to date on all procedures. They give new patients so much, came home with a huge bag of goodies, a spin brush, whitening toothpaste, alot of cool things. First of all, that is impressive that they care enough to give you all that. Plus when I referred someone I got a Max’s giftcard- $50!! Really cool. I will bring my family over now. Very impressed!!

This place is GREAT!! The office is modern and up to date with the best and newest technology. Everyone is as helpful and accommodating as possible. I have been a patient for approximately 2 years and in that time have always been seen promptly even as an emergency patient. The staff and doctors have a lot of pride in there work and I feel confident with quality of the dental work.

Great COVID-19 protocols. Socially distanced, surgical air purifiers, pre-entry call to maintain distancing, alternative coat hangers to avoid germ spread, temp checking on entry, plexiglass shields in office and on staff, air tools on hold to limit germ spread. Regardless of all of that, the staff was as courteous, professional, and welcoming, and no different than pre COVID-19. Great experience.

I have required extensive restorative dental work. I initially saw Dr. Wu for a second opinion and readily chose to work with him. I found Dr. Wu to be very competent, compassionate, and extremely down-to-earth. The office staff is very professional and accomodating. I have been very satisfied with my care at Blue Back Dental and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Wu and his staff are wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. The office is attractive, comfortable and offers the latest and greatest treatment options. We drove 50 miles from the shoreline to get Six Month Smiles as an alternative to traditional orthodontics for our son. The treatment was everything it promised to be and was well worth the commute. Our son now has a straight, natural, great smile for a fraction of the time and expense and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Dr. Wu and Blue Back Dental.

Really great experience, had my teeth cleaned and whitened. Although the parking in the garage was crowded, they did validate… so actually it works really well especially on a snowy day. It was my first visit, and it really made an impression. I’m recommending them to all my friends. It makes dental work ALMOST fun. Really nice hygienist and the doctors came in to introduce themselves

I got out from work late but they accommodated me. I arrived half hour late for a one hour appointment. In spite of that Casey (the hygienist) did a great job and my teeth felt cleaner after 25 minutes of work than after the previous scaling I had which took an hour. Dr Tim is personable and professional. As a busy professional, it can be difficult for me to make or keep appointment times. They are remarkably good at understanding this and finding ways to take care of me. Update December 2019 Though Casey left, Victoria was quite efficient and looked out for my comfort by using warm water with the ultrasonic scaler. Had significantly less sensitivity while she was working. Dr Wu was covering for my primary dentist; he was thorough and personable. Also the practice has updated their post-visit goody bag by using post consumer paper bag and eliminating the water bottle. Though I’m not yet a parent, I would prefer to leave a habitable planet to the next generation and this practice’s efforts to be more earth-friendly are admirable and mean a lot to me.

As you can see from previous reviews, this facility is top notch! I arrived 15 minutes late and they were so patient and understanding, it was unbelievably wonderful. Since most places cancel you if you are more than 10 minutes late, I was extremely grateful. The hygienist was so friendly! The front desk staff was very personable! The paperwork was effortless! The reminders via email and text are so convenient, and I was able to confirm my appointment via text!! How awesome! Dr. Wu came and examined my cleaning and made suggestions for improvements. He spoke to me like a human being! Not in a condescending tone like with other medical professionals that I have experienced. The office is SUPER CLEAN & ULTRA MODERN! So glad I found them. Watching TV or listening to music while your teeth are being bathed in luxuriousness (Lol- they made me feel like royalty!!). I love going to this dentist and will recommend everyone I know!!

Couldnt be welcomed to a nice place like this office. The Crew are very welcoming and pleasant as you walk into their place. They say hello and make yourself comfortable while you wait. Theres no other place where I want to take my teeth to get checked! Thet are the professionals as they take care of you right there. It’s about YOU not THEM! They are a HUGE FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!
